Progress thread GAINZ WILL GAIN! My Journey to 9x6.5-7

I forgot to let you guys in on my guys trip to Rosarito, Mexico this past weekend. Had a great time, met lots of women. Getting women is nothing for me, and they always think I'm Massive. Probably because of my confidence, and 6.8-7L/5.5G isn't too small. I had this chick running all night, we ended up smashing 3 times before they left. She literally thanked me while on top of me riding. She also said she almost punched me in my face because the D was so good haha! Many more to come.
 
Hey guys Gainz here for the monthly update, so far for this month no new gainz, we are closing in on month 2 on my new routine. Routine is as follows Monday-Friday (2 days off):
1. Newbie Stretch or warm up= 3-6min
2. SRT Bundles with power assist/lengthmaster= 45-1hr (8-10sets of bundles-6min each)
3. Edging/Manual Clamps (Cock rings w/ hands)= 20-30min
4. Put on my SG for a couple hours


I know i need more time in the SG but it gets uncomfortable so thats something im going to work on. I may switch to hanging now that i have weights for it, but i wanted to see if the routine im on yields any results first.
For you guru's or those of you that have reached your goals, is there any recommendations you would give me. I have been on and off PE for 12+ years but haven't gained significantly. Never stopping tho. I may stay with my routine since its only been 2 months in this new workout. Do you think ive had enough time in my workout? Or is my tunica too tough from trying to PE on and off for a decade plus? Im not discouraged just a little frustrated you could say. Ill be updating every month of my progress. @DLD @Jackxxx @REDZULU2003 and anyone else would like to chime in, any help helps. Thank you!

I do have one but dont use it as much as i should. I used it during my SRT training but not when im in the SG. Im using a small heating fan. Something where you could put it on your work desk. I am it straight at it underneath my work desk.

Heat is very important in PE and I’m working on a routine right now that centers around different heating methods. I know for myself that it was very important in my growth so I’m hoping that different heating sources will bring growth in different ways

Sorry for the late reply but yes when i did my SRT work it was also under a heater bout time im out my room im sweating.

What is your BPFSL vs BPEL?
Hey Jack! Sorry for the late response: So i measured today and took pics.
BPFSL: 7.75
BPEL:7.2-7.3

Idk guys i just have lost a little bit of motivation, ive been trying hard for the past couple of months, but have been in PE for 10 years +, and just feel like the progression stopped. I started at probably 6.5BPEL and now im at 7BPEL over the span of 10 years but on and off. Could be me, but i just want a good routine to gain length now and girth a bit later. I have tools for:
SRT
SG training
Hanging weights
Cock rings for Girth Training. Fat Tires
Silistrechter/sili sleeves

I just need help to grow! Thank you all!

So i have decided that im going to continue to work on length until i hit 8in NBP. Once i reach that goal then it will be on to girth and length until lucky number 9!

You still have a decent difference between BPFSL and BPEL, but BPFSL is less than 8". Your BPFSL tends to be your limiting factor. if you exercise for length, you will grow, and once your BPEL = BPFSL, your girth will start growing while your BPEL will remain the same. At that point you need to work strictly on BPFSL to create a new gap between the 2.

Ok i think i understand, but i calculated wrong @Jackxxx im actually 19.5cm/7.5in BPFSL. I always thought your BPFSL would be longer than Erect length, because as i grow my flaccid, wouldn't it keep growing? And my erect always be some cm behind it? Im going to do some measurements today and get the real calculated number for BPEL vs BPFSL. And post it by the end of the day. I actually believe my BPEL is 7.2 and BPFSL is 7.5, ill get back to you on that.

Not necessarily. You can be exercising flaccid, but you can actually grow BPEL that way, if your BPEL is almost the same as BPFSL. Basically every time you stretch your flaccid penis, you are actually stretching out tunica and CC.

Now, based on the US experience, there seems to be some sort of growth ratio. As you pull your flaccid, you will experience more BPFSL growth than BPEL, but only to a limited number, unless heat is applied to reorganize the ECM through therapeutic temperature. In that case, your BPFSL will be more directly affected rather than your BPEL.

Ok Jack I think I get what your saying, so as of now all im doing till xmas is strecthing my flaccid thru the size genetics, between 1500-1200gm every day 4-6hrs 5 days a week. Do you think in 4 months time i should yield results? Most of the time when i take it off im sweating down below because of all the heat.
 
I have a lot to say on this subject and think people are gonna appreciate appreciate my abstract view I do of what you're saying and how it also affects most of the body. I have been working on a new routine, obviously I need one I need 1, and I'm utilizing much of this research. So hopefully I can have the routine out soon to help guys in this area
