Hey guys Gainz here, my routine is as follows:
Mon-Friday
Silisleeve- all day (Gym)
1-2 Sets of Newbie Stretches (Shower)
8-10 Sets of SRT Bundled Stretches (Mid Day-1hr)
20min in SG at 2800 G's (Takes My 7NBP to 7.2-5NBP)
10-15min of Edging & Manual Clamping (3 times a week-for circulation and EQ, Girth training and to push new blood into new stretched tissue)
Silistrecther to heal the rest of the day.
This will be my routine for the next 3 months to attack length hard. I just bought the 20lbs set for hanging, i cant wait to add that to the regiment! I will keep track of my gains measuring every month. If you have any questions don't hesitate. I will load starting pictures this upcoming week
