Progress thread GAINZ WILL GAIN! My Journey to 9x6.5-7

Hey guys checking in, so my routine as of now is simple, im wearing the SG 5 days a week for 3-5hrs, Im working on stying motivated to wear it even longer, my trial will last 3 months to see if i have any length gains at the end of my 3 months. As of now im at 19.5cm flaccid stretch my goal is to at-least hit 20cm flat. Im on my 3rd month as today is Nov. 4th, i will measure at the end of this month with hopefully new gains.

In other news, i purchased the device you recommended and its great! Easy clean up, feels great around your dick, has a warm temperature indicator also. only bad thing is the hole is a bit small and shallow. Im aprox. 7in x 5.2 and if your more than me you will have 1in or more in the cold. Also in girth is a bit challenging to get it out. If your below the numbers mentioned above this toy will be great for you, only $60.

yeah, the device is limited on size, big disappointment in that area. It's 4.5 inches deep, not much on the stroke length, so, you can't go balls deep
Thats a way better way to use it then what i was doing LOL, but i also had trouble pulling it off once, kinda hurt and i was scared for a bit there LOL but i can't wait to get all my devices for US, did you get any gains from the US project yet?
 
I haven't started my PE-US Therapy yet. I have all the equipment for a pulley-system. When testing it all out it was too cumbersome of a process for me to maintain the proper temperature with the 1 MHz transducer. I aborted the 3 MHz as well as the pulley-system. I built a stationary PE-extender traction device. I went throught the priminary testing of it and I'm ready to start my first PE-US Therapy cycle this weekend.

Still in the trials stages, it scheduled on the calendar and I'm moving forward towards my PE-goal.
Man i wonder if im going to have those same difficulties but i know its all trial and error. Thats awesome cant wait to hear and see some awesome results! Im next up too man, i havent been measuring but i think ive grown a bit since doing my 3-month SG trial. Im excited to see what ive done, until measure time im just gonna stay in the SG as long as possible each day 5 days on.

Im proud of how far you have come and your consistency in the group and brotherhood ii'e read post that youve been on from like 20 years ago and you are still relevant today, when most others have fell off. Glad a couple of the titans are still around. Havent heard from @DLD in a while i hope all is well with the King
 
So i couldnt help myself because i felt there may have been some gains made on my end, i believe there has been! In about 2-1/2 months of pretty consistent hours 3-5hrs a day ive gotten 1cm of gains! I thought i was at 19.5cm BPFL but i was more closer to 19cm now im at 20cm exactly BPFL! I hope in this next month to hit 21cm BPFL by Jan 1st! Hopefully more, since ive seen it works it motivates me to go harder in my SG with higher traction levels, so thats what road im on until i have enough to buy items for US therapy!
 
Hello 1DayHugeGainz you are doing great, I keep my fingers crossed, we have similar goals, I am watching your adventure with enlargement and I will tell you honestly that my first centimeter also went fast ?. Now it is growing but slower, I will be with you until the end of your magnification ?. What is your BPEL growth like? Because this is probably the most important thing ?. You have more chances to achieve your goal faster because you exercise more often and for longer ?.

I obviously cant stop until i reach my final goals, I will be wealthy one day also but if some asked me if i wanted a million bucks or a bigger dick, i would go all in on the dick, no questions asked lol I wake up thinking of bigger dick goals lol Right now all my stats are as follows:

Wow huge gains. I am also the same measurement as you except my NBPEL is 6.3" and MEG is 5.6". Mine looks so short due to the girth. And I cant seem to convert my BPFL gains to my NBP.

That awesome man, the girth is what the women want! Most girth is below 5in MEG, thats great that you have passed that, was this your starting girth or what you have gained? Also what do you do for length training?

Anything prior to the MOS server crash, the media links were broken. Any media posted after the MOS crash is working.
Wow that sucks a bit, some pictures i needed for the future US- Therapy, for parts, do you have a link for that? And others pictures i used as motivation to get myself to the next level. Measurements and progression help me push forward, seeing the growth in someone else with my own eyes, ya know?

Hey guys Happy Monday! Im feeling really good about this week, im shooting for 6hr+ everyday 5-6 days on! By the end of Dec ill measure up. My goal for this month is to hit 21cm that will be a gain of 1cm a month! My routine is pretty basic:
Warm up: Warm Air/Cloth or Newbie Stretches
SG start at 1500G and then it moves to 1200, i crank the knobs up every-now and then, and move it around when it gets soar in a certain area.

Im able to have it on from anywhere from 30min to 1hr30min ive gotten use to the feeling and soar ness has faded exponentially, if anyone has questions feel free to ask!
 
Hello everyone, below is how i track my hours in the SG everyday, my goal this next quarter will be to hit 5hrs minimum a day and nothing less, (5 days on 2 off sometimes 6days on) i have been trying to get to 6hrs a day but my discipline needs to be amped up a bit more. I have plenty of time, so thats never a factor. I think the more growth i see the more motivated ill be to spend more time inside.

@1DayHugeGainz - are your numbers hours and minutes (hh:mm)? The reason I ask is, I have a MS-Excel spreadsheet I used to track another MOS member's PE-extender hours. It's based on the quarter-hour for minutes. It gave him what number day and week his was on, along with total days and hours wearing the extender, daily average, weekly average, number of hours left on a goal of 1000-hours for 13-weeks. Which would mean a 11-hour daily average to complete 1000-hours in 13-weeks.

You seem to want a daily average of 5-6 hours a day with a 5/2 on-off routine which means only 65-days instead of 91-days. That would total to 390 hours in 13-weeks at an average for 6-hours a day, much less (325 hrs) with 5-hours daily

This is a screen shot of his second quearter for 1000 hrs which turned out 15-weeks because no training for a complete week and 9 separated days of no PE-extender time. He was 28-hours shy of a complete 1000-hours.

That is beautiful! But to answer your first ? yes i time the minutes also, in my chart the .00 are the minutes. But what were his results after the trial, starting and ending mark?
 
He didn't do well with the PF-extender, he didn't gain anything on his first 1000-hours. I believe he was over-training, he was doing an average of 11-hours a day of extender time and other PE-exercises (unsure exactly what) he didnt indulge to say. So, he went at it again for a second 1000-hours and disappeared after that 1000 hours run.

With the information I gathered on him. I think he was too agressive with it. More PE-training doesn't always mean better and more positive results, the human body doesn't work that way. I think he didn't give himself adequate recovery time after each PE-training.
I think guys read DLD's testimony on his PE-journey, about him training twice a day for months on end with his phenomenal results of 4-inches of PE-gains and think they should do the same.

The MOS member, Fedora, did very well with the PE-extender, with pictures as proof. But, since the SEPT'21 MOS Server crash, all his images are available because the links are all broken now.

Ok thanks Thr???-X your always helpful! But damn this a shame, thats surprising that he didn't get any gains whatsoever, very strange i would think at-least some adequate time would show some results. Imma stick with 5hr minimum moving forward at 1500-1200 traction and go from there.

But as to Fedora, he was my inspiration behind using my SG for the time being before i can start my US therapy. Im actually re-reading his story for a second time LOL, and yes it sucks because his pics were my motivation but his story is still motivating because i saw the proof before the crash and i KNOW im meant to have a big ass tool, so i wont stop until i get there!

I am working a similar routine with the silistretcher at 10 hours per day. I am at about 650 hours right now. In my opinion it is not the fastest way to gain length. I am hoping to hit 8 mm at 1000 hours an to be honest I don’t know if I will. That would be 1 mm per 125 hours, not a lot of return in investment in time. It wouldn’t be worth it but I am also training flaccid size and girth during this experiment so I am fine with not a lot of results, I am able to set it and forget it during the day and only take it off to pee. It will be interesting to see your results good luck
Wow that is very intense! Ill be doing measurments with pictures after new years, or right before hand. And ill do monthly updates with pictures. But as for your routine, 10hrs everyday? no days off? And your results are what, from the 650hrs you have already put in? That is some crazy dedication right there man! Salute!
 
Yup no days off. I have missed 1 day so far in my training. I want to get that first 1000 hours then the next 1000 I am going to see if putting in rest days will help. I think that I am overtraining a bit right now, which is why the gains are so slow. I do want to give it a 3 month chance though, then re-evaluate with more healing time. Good luck on your journey
I think you may have missed my question, what have been your results so far in your 650hrs? But man thats some awesome dedication!
 
Hello everyone, and Happy Holidays, i haven't been as consistent as i will be in the upcoming future. I did want to at-least check in and keep consistent with the brotherhood. Ill be measuring all my stats with pictures either the end of the month or beginning of Jan. Every month ill be doing measurement pics for my visual progress report. My PE routine is 4-6hrs in the SG 5-days on 2-days off. Although i haven't been consistent these past couple of weeks i feel i may have some gains in the flaccid department! We shall see, Keep Stretching!!!
 
Happy New Years Brotherhood! Its Measurement time for me and we have some gains to report! So the pictures below aren't 100%. accurate. I took these today and im sure otherbrothers can concur when taking the picture you lose a little erection, so some of these are 80% so where my NBPEL- is 7in exact, it may be showing 6.8-6.9. And although my BPEL is 7.5, but at 80% its showing 7.2. But on to great news we did get a base girth increase from 6in to 6.1! So hey any gains is better than none. My BPFLS is still 20cm as you can see, but this month im putting in overtime, with my days being a minimum of 5hrs in the SG for 5 days on 2 days off. I will take pictures every month of my BPFLS, i probably wont measure erect length and girth until i hit atleast 21-22cm of BPFLS. I hope you guys can use this as motivation.
