Hey guys Gainz here, my routine is as follows:
Mon-Friday
Silisleeve- all day (Gym)
1-2 Sets of Newbie Stretches (Shower)
8-10 Sets of SRT Bundled Stretches (Mid Day-1hr)
20min in SG at 2800 G's (Takes My 7NBP to 7.2-5NBP)
10-15min of Edging & Manual Clamping (3 times a week-for circulation and EQ, Girth training and to push new blood into new stretched tissue)
Silistrecther to heal the rest of the day.

This will be my routine for the next 3 months to attack length hard. I just bought the 20lbs set for hanging, i cant wait to add that to the regiment! I will keep track of my gains measuring every month. If you have any questions don't hesitate. I will load starting pictures this upcoming week

I love your routine it looks like you covered every base necessary with length. What are you going to do as far as girth goes, only edging?

Hey Boss! For girth just a bit of manual clamping and edging for now, i want to at-least hit 8NBP before i start on girth work heavy.

thanks for let me know my brother. Be very careful with clamping as it can bring discoloration and thrombosis. When you’re ready to put a full girth routine into affect let me know when I can help you with that.
 
Hey guys just did some recent pictures of the pole and what i use for PE. Sad to say i have been measuring my erect length wrong. My correct stats are as follows. 6.5-6NBPEL/7-7.1BPEL/5.2MSEG. This disappoints me a bit, but also motivates me to really hit it hard! My routine will stay the same, with hanging added in and also keeping the silisleeve on while i sleep. I'll also be investing in the PE bible to get some supplements in me to support more growth faster. Gonna reach my goals regardless of the obstacles , pictures below.

A common error and nothing to get completely upset over. Supplements are a waste of money at this point since the main ingredient has been made illegal. If you need any help putting a routine together just let me know

It looks like we had to pull that formula to as there was another ingredient that is illegal. Believe me we are working on this and as soon as we get something that’s going to actually work I will let the whole community know

It’s so hard to keep up with the FDA and what the hell they want us to do. This is the second formula that has been rejected. It’s getting ridiculous so I’m gonna really be concentrating on finding some sort of herb that will replace the needed ingredients. Why does the world have to make things so fucking hard

I forgot to let you guys in on my guys trip to Rosarito, Mexico this past weekend. Had a great time, met lots of women. Getting women is nothing for me, and they always think I'm Massive. Probably because of my confidence, and 6.8-7L/5.5G isn't too small. I had this chick running all night, we ended up smashing 3 times before they left. Hey guys Gainz here for the monthly update, so far for this month no new gainz, we are closing in on month 2 on my new routine. Routine is as follows Monday-Friday (2 days off):
1. Newbie Stretch or warm up= 3-6min
2. SRT Bundles with power assist/lengthmaster= 45-1hr (8-10sets of bundles-6min each)
3. Edging/Manual Clamps (Cock rings w/ hands)= 20-30min
4. Put on my SG for a couple hours


I know i need more time in the SG but it gets uncomfortable so thats something im going to work on. I may switch to hanging now that i have weights for it, but i wanted to see if the routine im on yields any results first.
For you guru's or those of you that have reached your goals, is there any recommendations you would give me. I have been on and off PE for 12+ years but haven't gained significantly. Never stopping tho. I may stay with my routine since its only been 2 months in this new workout. Do you think ive had enough time in my workout? Or is my tunica too tough from trying to PE on and off for a decade plus? Im not discouraged just a little frustrated you could say. Ill be updating every month of my progress. @DLD @Jackxxx @REDZULU2003 and anyone else would like to chime in, any help helps. Thank you!

I do have one but dont use it as much as i should. I used it during my SRT training but not when im in the SG. Im using a small heating fan. Something where you could put it on your work desk. I am it straight at it underneath my work desk.

Heat is very important in PE and I’m working on a routine right now that centers around different heating methods. I know for myself that it was very important in my growth so I’m hoping that different heating sources will bring growth in different ways

What is your BPFSL vs BPEL?
Hey Jack! Sorry for the late response: So i measured today and took pics.
BPFSL: 7.75
BPEL:7.2-7.3

Idk guys i just have lost a little bit of motivation, ive been trying hard for the past couple of months, but have been in PE for 10 years +, and just feel like the progression stopped. I started at probably 6.5BPEL and now im at 7BPEL over the span of 10 years but on and off. Could be me, but i just want a good routine to gain length now and girth a bit later. I have tools for:
SRT
SG training
Hanging weights
Cock rings for Girth Training. Fat Tires
Silistrechter/sili sleeves

I just need help to grow! Thank you all!

Your BPFSL tends to be your limiting factor. if you exercise for length, you will grow, and once your BPEL = BPFSL, your girth will start growing while your BPEL will remain the same. At that point you need to work strictly on BPFSL to create a new gap between the 2.

Ok i think i understand, but i calculated wrong @Jackxxx im actually 19.5cm/7.5in BPFSL. Im going to do some measurements today and get the real calculated number for BPEL vs BPFSL. And post it by the end of the day. Ok Jack I think I get what your saying, so as of now all im doing till xmas is strecthing my flaccid thru the size genetics, between 1500-1200gm every day 4-6hrs 5 days a week. Do you think in 4 months time i should yield results? Most of the time when i take it off im sweating down below because of all the heat.

I have been working on a new routine, obviously I need one I need 1, and I'm utilizing much of this research. So hopefully I can have the routine out soon to help guys in this area

I would fucking love it Boss! I have been doing everything i can not to lose faith so as of now im just SG 4-6hrs a day 5 days on. I WANT TO GROW! Its my biggest damn dream and everyone ive studied here, You, thr???, supra, kingsnake, jackxxx, and more is growing and im just stagnant, even tho ive put hours, and years into this.
Im even looking into Citrulline, L-Arginine, Acetylcholine, Evening Primrose Oil. etc...Ive researched mitosis, done the srt atleast 4 times (4 months-4 times) I get the temporary gains but nothing permanent...yet

I wont stop, ever i just need like 1 fuckin cm and ill be on fire after that..when you do it for so long with no results it discourages you a bit. You feel me?

1DayHugeGainz - I like the attitude; keep studying the Ultrasound PE-Therapy method. For me, I always found heat one of the key components to my PE-gains. In the beginning I never had any results doing the manual PE-exercises. Due to my novice attitude I didn't apply heat at the time, it was too much of a bother. I just wanted to do the PE-exercises and grow my dick. Same thing happens with physical exercise, no one wants to do a proper warmup. Once I truly applied heat, it changed everything for my PE gains.

I been at a sticking point for several years now because of a phyiscal limitation that prevents me from doing either long or intense PE-exercises. I haven't given up yet, and been staying active on the PE forums and waiting for the right method so I can move forward and complete my goal. I believe the US PE-therapy is the answer for me. Yes, US protocol is very time friendly. Account a bit more in between cleaning the US gel, preparing the setup, attaching thermocouples, etc. But still is around an hour per day.
No fuckin way! Ok well im down for sure, ive spent hours a day sometimes doing training with no results. You guys got me kinda excited.

And I did not stop the second period because I couldnt gain anymore, I stopped because of time spent and things I need to improve in order to better execute the routine. If everything was optimal I believe I would have reached closer to 2 more cm in the second period.

But now its time to approach BPEL.

Well i have a goal to hit and im not a quitter i literally have a very hard time at quitting things because i know if you keep pursuing your gonna hit it! You got it Jack that is still amazing! Did your total of 1.3in BPFSL transfer to any BPEL gains? i would think your erect would have to also grow some during that period, correct? @Jackxxx

Can you please explain this more to me Thr???-X? Ill be honest i last about 2-5min on any day, when im drinking about 30min-1hr. But i dont want drinking to be my crutch for good sex. How can i last 90 minutes? Or even 15-20min would be great! I know for sure one thing to cut out is watching adult entertainment on those lonely nights. Besides that what else can help? Teach me your ways! LOL
