I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for about a year and a half now, and i have a question. My flaccid stretch length has never been anywhere near my BPenis EnlargementL measurment, is this normal. Right now i'm at 6.9 BPenis EnlargementL, but my FSL is only 6.3 at the most. Does anyone else get this, or will more Penis Enlargement'ing fix this? Also, do you think that smaller girth inhibbits the elasticity of the penis?
