Progress thread From small to BIG: My Epic Journey With PE

Here are some small updates:
  1. The SiliSleeve5 and SiliRing I ordered have finally arrived. They came in the evening, so I was only able to try out the SiliRings for the girth routine. Will try the SiliSleeve5 when I do my length routine the next time.
  2. I bought something called Hot OctoPuss Pusle Solo Essential to see if I can reliably and quickly get 100% hard without needing to use drugs such as Cialis and Viagra. Nothing against them but I want to see if a device I paid for once does the job better than meds I have to keep buying over and over again.
Wednesday was a chaotic day of non-stop emergencies and I couldn't carve out the time. But I did on Thursday and that's what matters.

MORNING/AM - INCREASING LENGTH

EXERCISE #1: Manual Bundled Stretches
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the right, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the left, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
Twisted my penis 1.5 full corkscrew rotations in each direction before stretching.

Only re-griping and re-stretching when I change which direction I stretch out my penis. Still using dishwasher gloves for better grip but I plan to buy MOS Grip this weekend. No more waiting or putting things off!

EXERCISE #2: Basic Stretching

1-2 minutes of deep tissue massage on flaccid penis as a "break" where needed, but at least do it when transitioning to the next group of exercises.
Complete 3 sets of one group before moving on to the next one:

  • Group #1: Behind The Cheeks x 3
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Left -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Right -- 30 seconds
  • Group #2: Straight Down x 3
    • Straight Down to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Down to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Down to the Right -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Down Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
  • Group #3: Straight Out x 3
    • Straight Out to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Out to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Out to the Right -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Out Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
  • Group #4: Straight Up x 3
    • Straight Up to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Up to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Up to the Right -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Up Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
Only re-grips and re-stretches I had to do were when I was switching hands. Stretch is most felt behind the cheeks and going to the bottom, hoping I can soon reach the same point with going straight-out and straight-up.

Again, buying the MOS Grip this weekend and will compare this to using dishwasher gloves

EXERCISE #3: Expressive Stretching
  • Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:
    • Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
  • Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).
    • Set #1 = up, Set #2 = straight out, Set #3 = downward, Set #4 = left, Set #5 = right
Only re-griping and re-stretching my penis when I switch directions. It takes practice to get the grip right, as I want to stretch as much of my internal penis as possible and as little of my exterior penile skin as possible.

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
  • Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10
Still need the 25 mg Viagra, unless the OctoPuss I ordered achieves 100% erectile strength in 60 seconds or less and keeps it there for as long as possible. Combined with the MOS Grip I can finally get the maximum value out of this exercise.

EXERCISE #5: Kegels
  • Ensure your penis is flaccid (or semi-erect or fully erect, whatever helps you best see your penis moving with each contraction), then do the following sets one after the others without breaks:
    • 100 quick Kegel squeezes (if you use a stopwatch, you can do a "1 second on, 1 second off" timing)
    • 50 repetitions of "5 seconds on, slowly release for 2 seconds" Kegels (SQUEEZE your PC muscle as hard as possible)
    • Squeeze your PC muscle at maximum contraction and hold it for 60 seconds (if you get tired, squeeze harder until the minute is complete)
Still prioritizing how my PC muscle contracts when I put my finger at my perineum, although I do look for my dick to move with each squeeze. And still starting this exercise 100% erect even if I can't keep it there by the end of each set.

In the first set, lost my full erection by the 75th rep out of 100. Aiming to get to 100 reps while still having a 100% erection.

The second set was odd. I lost my erection a bit quicker than last time, yet my PC muscle contractions were stronger than last time. I can do all 50 reps without needing to take an extended pause between reps, but it's still a serious challenge.

For the last set I was able to do contractions of 40 and 10 seconds. An improvement over last time and still aiming for do a single 100% contraction lasting 60 seconds. The hardest part is always those last few seconds when you have to force your PC muscle to not relax.

Hopefully by the 90th day of this routine I will have Kegels fully mastered!

Today's entire morning routine took around 60-65 minutes and I think the time will go down once I get the problem of staying 100% erect fixed in the last two exercises. Once I'm at 60 minutes I'll have been as efficient as I can with the morning length routine.

EVENING/PM - INCREASING GIRTH

EXERCISE #1: Superset of Bathmate Pumping and Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJs)
  • Do three sets of the following, with no breaks in-between sets (5x5x3):
    • Enter the Bathmate fully erect using warm water and pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
    • Immediately after, Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes, do this dry
  • Immediately put on a cock ring after all three sets are done to hold your "pumped" state for two hours.
    • After the first hour, remove cock ring and spend a few minutes getting good blood flow back to your penis before wearing the ring for another hour
Bathmate Observations:
  • Managed to get a perfect entry the first time on all 3 sets. 100% erect, proper positioning of Bathmate on the body, pumping to max pressure while in the bathtub.
  • In all 3 sets I achieved a new record: At max pressure my penis measured right between 6.5-6.75in on the Bathmate reading. At the very least I reliably broke above the 6.5in reading and I believe I will inevitably reach the 6.75in reading.
  • Each set felt like a serious workout. My penis was really feeling it and was more intense than any pump I've done so far
SSJ Observations:
  • First two sets were complete 5-minute rep each. They weren't perfect but I managed to maintain as much tension as possible throughout
  • The last set was a four-minute rep, followed by whatever I could do with the time I had left. Won't be long before all 3 sets are executed perfectly
  • Also needed less transition time between the Bathmate and the SSJ (and vice versa) to get 100% erect
  • I still believe I need 25mg Viagra to do this exercise 100% effectively (or the OctoPuss if it works)
Wearing The Cock Rings:
  • Reach 5.25in (~13.35cm) of girth with the 15mm diameter SiliRings, a slight improvement from last time. But they're definitely too tight as I felt some tingling and discomfort. Had to take it off a few times during the first hour and massage my penis to ensure as much blood flow as possible. Obviously, it's a lot harder to get 100% erect with the smaller ring on my base
  • Switched to the 20mm diameter SiliRings and maintained the same level of temporary girth expansion for another hour. I personally felt a slight difference with wearing two rings (one on base and one right below the head) versus just one ring at the base, so I'm not sure if I'll go forward with wearing two rings at once
  • But for sure, the 20mm diameter rings are just right. It gives me the best level of tightness without interfering with my ability to get hard, nor does it give me too much tingling or discomfort in my penis
EXERCISE #2: Testicular Health Massage and Stretches
  • Remove cock ring and applied water-based lube to flaccid penis and testicles
  • In a rubbing motion, massage each testicle in-between your fingers with gentle but firm movement for 30 seconds
  • Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds to fully relax your scrotum
  • 5-10 sets of the following group of stretches, no breaks in-between:
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far upward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far downward as possible
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far downward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far upward as possible
Did 7 sets of this Getting more of a stretch than last time in my penis and I'm starting to experience a larger range of motion when I stretch both my penis and my scrotum.

Temporary, Unofficial Measurements

@DLD This is the part where I need your guidance.

I woke up the next morning after doing both routines and instantly had morning wood. For fun I decided to get some measurements and see where I am compared to April 20th (approximately 3 weeks ago).

I took the following measurements while sitting down (NOT standing up or lying down) and was surprised to find the following:
  • BPEL: 6.5in (+0.4in from April 20)
  • MSEG: 4.875in (+0.155in from April 20)
Double checked these measurements in centimeters to make sure I wasn't fooling myself.

I will need to do these measurements again in 30-60 days the same way (100% erect, sitting down, morning after a routine) to see how much progress I make in the future. And I need to make sure these gains aren't just an after-effect of a routine done 24 hours prior. I want these gains and many more to be PERMANENT.

But if anything, this is picture proof that PE works if you commit to it. I'll be uploading pics at the 90-day stage to verify the progress I've made.

Absolutely - you know I'll be sending another email if growth slows down. Easiest fix would be to switch to every day instead of every other day, but we'll see when the times comes. Hopefully not for a long time! LMAO

Today was a rest day. I had to be outside of my house and couldn't get in my blocks for doing the morning and evening routine.

But I do have some important updates I would like to share with everyone.

Hot OctoPuss Pulse Solo Essential

This device is phenomenal. Guaranteed erections at near 100% within a short period of time. Also a guaranteed orgasm if you use enough vibrating power and hold it at the right spot for long enough.

I'm going to use this device for 1-2 weeks alongside my routine to see if it works consistently. If so, I may hold off on buying Viagra/Cialis for a while.

NEW FSBPL (Flaccid Stretched Bone Pressed Length) Measurement

I'm going to be taking this measurement once a week while in a seated position. What will matter over the long term is consistency, even though I know sitting down tends to make your penile length measurements larger compared to standing up or lying down on your back.

Anyhow, my FSBPL (seated) I took two days ago was 16.75 cm. I'm happy with this measurement but I'll see if this can't increase over the next few weeks.

I'll be using a hard ruler to make the measurement as I know a tailor tape can be somewhat easy to manipulate for length --- yet being reliable for girth measurements.

Improved Flaccid Hang

As @DLD has said about the Testicular Massage/Stretch exercises, eventually your penis will be hanging further down and the head should be lower than your balls in a completely flaccid state.

Even with the little I've done, I'm already noticing a visual difference. More consistently I am seeing a lower hang of my penis while the position of my balls hasn't changed much at all. A sure sign of progress and I'm going to make sure I do 10 full sets from now on instead of the 5 I've been doing.

  2. Found more potential suppliers of Cialis/Viagra, thread is coming very soon!
  3. SiliSleeve5 is super tough to fit on my penis. I have to stretch the everloving shit out of it and compress it like crazy just to get it past my head and onto my base. Then it's another challenge to extend the sleeve so the thicker end is right below the head of my penis. This will need practice, and more stretching to break in the sleeve. Eventually I will be able to use it after my morning length routine.

Some groups I can do with just one hand, while others give me a better stretch when I switch hands. Depends entirely on the direction and tilt of the stretch. With MOSGrip I can probably use one hand for every single exercise without switching.

Also noticed something -- if I tilt my body in the opposite direction of the stretch, the stretch itself is so much more intense!

EXERCISE #3: Expressive Stretching
  • Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:

Finally figured out this exercise. I can do this without having to switch hands. The trick is to grab my penis lower than my think (literally the base itself) and stretch without losing my solid grip on the base. I do that and the internal penis is stretched a lot more regardless of which direction I'm going in.

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
  • Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10
Still need the 25 mg Viagra unless I find a substitute for getting 100% rock hard within 60 seconds or less. Like I said before I want to be 100% erect for as long as possible. Grip needs a lot of work and I think the MOS Grip may be the best way to get as much as I can from this exercise.

For the last set I was able to do contractions of 40, 10 seconds. Better than last time and still aiming for do a single 100% contraction lasting 60 seconds.

Without question, Kegels will be the exercise where I progress the slowest. Still working my way uputo doing 3 sets without any fatigue.

Today's morning length routine took around 60-65 minutes. All I have to do is make getting 100% erect a near instant process without dirty movies and I'll have maxed out how efficient I can be.

  • Awesome pump considering how long it's been since my last session
SSJ Observations:
  • Managed to get a full 5-minute rep for Sets 1-2, and then did a 7-minute rep on Set 3 just for fun. Now I get annoyed before the timer goes off because I haven't squeezed my dick for as hard or as long as I could have.
  • Now the goal is to apply more force consistently within each 5 minute rep.
  • I managed to get 100% erect quickly without dirty movies and the OctoPuss toy I mentioned in my last post was very helpful. However, I am curious to try 25mg Viagra just to see if my results change at all.
Wearing The Cock Ring:
  • When fully erect my mid-shaft girth made a surprising jump: 13.5cm (~5.31in). This is the biggest jump from my starting girth (4.72in) I've had since I did the 5x5x3 routine for the very first time.
  • I'm going to alternate between my two cock rings, the SiliRing and the generic one I bought from an adult store. Both of them are 20mm in diameter but I find myself preferring the use of the latter for some weird reason.

is it normal for the skin on the flaccid penis and scrotum to become stretchier as you do these exercises? I can literally stretch the skin so much to the point where I have to do a double take and locate the actual penile tissue XD

Kicking ass and taking names! This is incredible my brother I am so happy to be working with you! Everybody did I have been taking under my wing writing custom routines for them have all made growth!

The sleeves issues can be solved by using a small amount of baby powder. It will be much easier to get on and off. You do want it rather tight to hold yourself in an elongated state assuring you are healing correctly.

Got the internal penis stretch I wanted. Now all I have to do is make it more intense with each session.

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
    • Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10
Definitely going to order the 25 mg Viagra this week. The stretch isn't the problem, the grip is. Seems to be harder with my dick erect than fully flacid for some reason.

EXERCISE #5: Kegels
  • Ensure your penis is flaccid (or semi-erect or fully erect, whatever helps you best see your penis moving with each contraction), then do the following sets one after the others without breaks:
    • 100 quick Kegel squeezes (if you use a stopwatch, you can do a "1 second on, 1 second off" timing)
    • 50 repetitions of "5 seconds on, slowly release for 2 seconds" Kegels (SQUEEZE your PC muscle as hard as possible)
    • Squeeze your PC muscle at maximum contraction and hold it for 60 seconds (if you get tired, squeeze harder until the minute is complete)
In the first set, lost my full erection by the 82nd rep out of 100. Still aiming to get to 100 reps while still having a 100% erection.

In the second set I can actually do all 50 reps without needing to take an extended pause between reps. Still need to maximize the strength of my contractions such that each one is 100% from the first to the last rep.

For the last set I was able to do contractions of 40, 10 seconds. Same as last time and I'm wondering if I hit a plateau with my PC muscle strength.

As always, still working my way up to doing 3 sets without any fatigue.

Today's morning length routine took exactly 60 minutes. This routine is maxed out with efficiency and now all I have to do is increase the intensity of the stretches.

EVENING/PM - INCREASING GIRTH

EXERCISE #1: Superset of Bathmate Pumping and Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJs)
  • Do three sets of the following, with no breaks in-between sets (5x5x3):
    • Enter the Bathmate fully erect using warm water and pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
    • Immediately after, Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes, do this dry
  • Immediately put on a cock ring after all three sets are done to hold your "pumped" state for two hours.
    • After the first hour, remove cock ring and spend a few minutes getting good blood flow back to your penis before wearing the ring for another hour
Bathmate Observations:
  • Today's session was a complete disaster
  • The Bathmate had the same problem I encountered 1-2 weeks ago: For some odd reason, once I do the first pump, it's almost as if something is pressing the valve-release button and expelling all the water out.
  • @DLD - I may need to think about getting an exchange. Here are all the reasons why my Bathmate not working today was suspect:
    • The Bathmate was washed literally the day before
    • I shaved my pubic area clean a couple of minutes before using the Bathmate. This is the only thing I changed and I have a weird suspicion I would have been better off not shaving at all.
    • The Bathmate has zero problem getting maximum suction on the bathtub floor
  • It took an awful lot of fiddling around before I could get 3 mediocre pumps lasting 5 minutes each. Two of them had me at 6in on the Bathmate reading, and one (somehow) at 6.5in.
  • I need to spend this weekend going through those Bathmate FAQ articles I published earlier and run through every single diagnostic test.
SSJ Observations:
  • Didn't do these today. I was so fed up with the Bathmate and spent so much time trying to fix the pump that I wasn't even in the mood to do them.
Wearing The Cock Ring:
  • When fully erect my mid-shaft girth was obviously lower than before. 5in is what my measurement came out to when fully erect and that's being generous. Wouldn't be surprised if a stricter measurement ended being 4.85in... still bigger than my starting girth of 4.72in, but otherwise a major disappointment.
EXERCISE #2: Testicular Health Massage and Stretches
  • Remove cock ring and applied water-based lube to flaccid penis and testicles
  • In a rubbing motion, massage each testicle in-between your fingers with gentle but firm movement for 30 seconds
  • Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds to fully relax your scrotum
  • 5-10 sets of the following group of stretches, no breaks in-between:
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far upward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far downward as possible
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far downward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far upward as possible
Did a full 10 sets to make up for the shit girth session I had in the evening.

It sounds like there’s something wrong with your valve on your BM. I suggest that you send a message to the sales department letting them know the issue so they can give you instructions on how to use your warranty. You could try to fix it yourself by taking it apart and putting it back together as they show on YouTube but if you’ve already tried this and you’re still having issues you probably need a new valve. Send your email to sales@mattersofsize.com you should get a response within 24 hours. Do not get frustrated! There’s ups and downs my brother take things as they are.

Yesterday was a rest day, but I still wanted to be productive and do two important things:

Diagnostic Bathmate Tests

As mentioned in my last update I had a recurring issue with the Bathmate pop up again. Since I know there aren't any leaks coming out of the rubber gaiter, and I saw the air coming in from the valve, something is up. There shouldn't be any reason why the Bathmate works beautifully one time and then becomes non-functional the very next day.

I used the guide below and ran a few tests to see what's going on with my Bathmate:

Quick Fixes For Bathmate Hydromax Pump Suction Issues And Basic Troubleshooting

Ran the "Quick Step-by-Step Procedure" test. Bathmate stuck perfectly to the sink floor. The pump stayed completely in place and remained stuck at the bottom for 10 minutes. Could have tested for longer, but there were zero issues with this test.

Ran the "Hydromax Valve Test and Repair Guide" protocol. Also worked like a charm. No leaks from either the gaiters or the O-ring. I also did the air-pumping trick where you force the O-ring back into position.

So hopefully all of this fixes the problem I've been having. If not, I'll have to take apart the Bathmate and clean up the valve and O-ring with a clean Q-tip.


Purchases

I bought myself the MOSGrip along with liquid Cialis from one trusted source. Eager to see how both of these products work alongside the routine.

NEW FSBPL (Flaccid Stretched Bone Pressed Length) Measurement

Taking this measurement once a week while in a seated position.

Today my FSBPL (seated, hard ruler) I took was 17.25cm (+0.5cm from last week). Glad to see an increase, but we'll see if this gain is consistent from week-to-week.

What I suspect is to see a long-term trend in growth with minor variations each week. Maybe it goes up one week, down the other week. We'll see what happens.

  1. See my prior post on new changes in my PE journey
  2. Continuing work on on the thread of potential suppliers for Cialis/Viagra. My prior purchase of Cialis didn't go through for some weird reason, so I'll have to find yet another supplier and do so ASAP.
  3. May purchase baby powder for the SiliSleeve as recommended by @DLD for when I have a big gap of time between my length and girth routine.
As usual, did the routines one right after the other. Let's get into what I did yesterday!

MORNING/AM - INCREASING LENGTH

EXERCISE #1: Manual Bundled Stretches
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the right, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the left, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
Twisted my penis 1.5 full corkscrew rotations in each direction before stretching.

EXERCISE #2: Basic Stretching

1-2 minutes of deep tissue massage on flaccid penis as a "break" where needed, but at least do it when transitioning to the next group of exercises.
Complete 3 sets of one group before moving on to the next one:

  • Group #1: Behind The Cheeks x 3
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Left -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Right -- 30 seconds
  • Group #2: Straight Down x 3
    • Straight Down to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Down to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Down to the Right -- 30 seconds

Solid stretching . Much easier to do with two hands than one, although a Lengthmaster would probably make this far easier.

EXERCISE #3: Expressive Stretching
  • Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:
    • Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
  • Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).
    • Set #1 = up, Set #2 = straight out, Set #3 = downward, Set #4 = left, Set #5 = right
Internal penis stretch fully stretched. Going to see how I can jack up the intensity without needing any devices.

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching

One way or another I have to order 25 mg Viagra this week. Losing my erection and then having to get it back up cuts into time I could spend stretching.

  • Set 1, I broke a new PR and pumped all the way to 6.875in on the Bathmate reading. Set 2 had me somewhere between 6.75-6.875in and then Set 3 I stayed right at 6.75in for the entire duration. Reaching 7in is definitely possible within the month of June!
  • Even with the Bathmate seemingly fixed I have all of the quick solutions in mind. Rather than freak out like last time I'll immediately know how to get my pump back in working order.
SSJ Observations:
  • I'm somehow getting the timing on these right. By the time my timer beeps at the 5 minute mark I've compressed my shaft as much as possible and with as much pressure as possible.
  • All 3 sets went well and I have no further comments to add.
Wearing The Cock Ring:
  • When fully erect my mid-shaft girth was 5.25in (~13.35cm). My best short-term gain is 13.5cm, but this is still good and a very short-term gain worth being proud of.
  • My only concern will be if this number does not increase gradually over time.

Here are some small updates:
  1. Bought baby powder for easier putting on and putting off of the SiliSleeve
  2. Still working on on the thread of potential suppliers for Cialis/Viagra. Found another supplier of liquid Viagra and I'm going to place an order this week. The source seems legit but I'll have to take the risk and experiment to see if I found a reliable source.
As usual, did the routines one right after the other. Let's get into what I did today!

Solid stretching . Using one hand for the primary stretching effort and then another for support is the way to go for a maximum stretch. At least for me.

EXERCISE #3: Expressive Stretching
  • Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:
    • Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
  • Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).

Internal penis stretch fully stretched. I find if my stretch my penis slightly with one hand, and then overhand grip my penis at the base (palm facing down), I get a much better stretch.

My penile and scrotum skin have become unusually stretchy over the last month, not sure if this is a good or bad thing. @DLD - what say you?

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:

I'm ready to order 25 mg Viagra this week. If I keep putting this off I will miss out on the newbie gains I could be gaining with this stretch.

For the last set I was able to do contractions of 43, 10 seconds. A two second PR. Improvement!

As always, still working my way up to doing 3 sets without any fatigue.

Today's morning length routine took 65 minutes.

  • Bad news: The Bathmate re-emerged with the same problems I had before. Either tomorrow or the weekend I will have to physically take it apart, clean every part, put it back together, and re-test it again.
  • Good news: I found a way to get around my specific problem. It's not a permanent solution but it helped me get out of what would otherwise be a mediocre session:
    • When you have the valve in the center/open position and you're pushing down to release water, and you're at the very bottom of the pumping movement, immediately put the valve in the locked position BEFORE you slowly release the pump
    • This seems to over-ride the O-ring or the valve problem that causes air to come in and prematurely release the pressure
  • Set 1 was a small but new PR, going to to ~6.9-6.92in on the Bathmate reading. I'm eyeballing this but I know for sure it was more than last time. Set 2 had me at 6.875in and then Set 3 I stayed right at 6.75-6.875in for the entire duration.
SSJ Observations:
  • Goal right now is to increase intensity with the SSJ exercise. I can last exactly 5 minutes on each rep before I've compressed my penis as much as possible and kept an erection for as long as possible.
  • All 3 sets went well and I have no further comments to add.
Wearing The Cock Ring:
  • When fully erect my mid-shaft girth was 5.2in (13.2cm). Still a decent temporary gain but nowhere near my all-time high of 13.5cm.
  • Now I'm concerned the temp gains will eventually plateau at a certain number and not go up. @DLD - should I be worried?

So far it seems as if I'm a slow grower. Some people may gain a lot instantly, but I may have to continually grind this routine to gain an appreciable amount of length and girth that stays more-or-less permanent without constant training.

Either way I know I'll see something by the 90-day mark. Maybe not a huge gain, but at the very least something measurable to definitively prove this stuff works!!

Don’t label yourself as fast or slow, you are in it to win it! Time should be ignored on this journey, there will be ups and downs but your tenacity will always surface victorious. Your doing one of the most intense programs and it will be fruitful. I am making sure of this!

  1. Had a disastrous experience with the SiliSleeve5, which I wrote about yesterday. Will need to get feedback from @DLD and see how I can make the sleeve work properly.
  2. Continuing work on on the thread of potential suppliers for Cialis/Viagra. Reading reviews for the supplier of liquid Viagra I mentioned earlier as I want to be very careful about who I get it from.
  3. Waiting for my ordered MOSGrip to arrive in the mail.
As usual, did the routines one right after the other. Let's get into what I did today!

MORNING/AM - INCREASING LENGTH

EXERCISE #1: Manual Bundled Stretches
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the right, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the left, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
Twisted my penis 1.5 full corkscrew rotations in each direction before stretching.

EXERCISE #2: Basic Stretching

1-2 minutes of deep tissue massage on flaccid penis as a "break" where needed, but at least do it when transitioning to the next group of exercises.
Complete 3 sets of one group before moving on to the next one:

  • Group #1: Behind The Cheeks x 3
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Left -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Center -- 30 seconds

Good stretching . The two-handed stretch technique I mentioned last time is still helping. And tilting my body in the opposite direction of the stretch also helps as well.

EXERCISE #3: Expressive Stretching
  • Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:
    • Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
  • Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).
    • Set #1 = up, Set #2 = straight out, Set #3 = downward, Set #4 = left, Set #5 = right
Internal penis stretch fully stretched and I think I can do it even better. The trick I used from last session seems to be working really well.

@DLD - My penile and scrotum skin have become unusually stretchy over the last month, not sure if this is a good or bad thing. Why is this happening?

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
    • Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10
The usual, need 25 mg Viagra to make this exercise work, blah blah. Yet today my erection lasted for longer than usual before I had to get myself erect again.

EXERCISE #5: Kegels
  • Ensure your penis is flaccid (or semi-erect or fully erect, whatever helps you best see your penis moving with each contraction), then do the following sets one after the others without breaks:
    • 100 quick Kegel squeezes (if you use a stopwatch, you can do a "1 second on, 1 second off" timing)
    • 50 repetitions of "5 seconds on, slowly release for 2 seconds" Kegels (SQUEEZE your PC muscle as hard as possible)
    • Squeeze your PC muscle at maximum contraction and hold it for 60 seconds (if you get tired, squeeze harder until the minute is complete)
In the first set, lost my full erection by the 86th rep out of 100. Still aiming to get to 100 reps while still having a 100% erection.

In the second set I did all 50 reps and managed to maintain a consistent strength of contractions, with a bit more strength than last time. What's weird is I lose my erection quicker yet my PC muscles seem to have more endurance and strength if I use my finger to detect my muscle moving between my balls and anus. @DLD - is this normal?

For the last set I was able to do contractions of 50, 5 seconds. A serious improvement and I'm sure I can land a 60-second rep by the end of June.

As always, still working my way up to doing 3 sets without any fatigue.

Today's morning length routine took 60 minutes.

EVENING/PM - INCREASING GIRTH

EXERCISE #1: Superset of Bathmate Pumping and Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJs)
  • Do three sets of the following, with no breaks in-between sets (5x5x3):
    • Enter the Bathmate fully erect using warm water and pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
    • Immediately after, Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes, do this dry
  • Immediately put on a cock ring after all three sets are done to hold your "pumped" state for two hours.
    • After the first hour, remove cock ring and spend a few minutes getting good blood flow back to your penis before wearing the ring for another hour
Bathmate Observations:
  • Since I won't be able to take apart and fix the Bathmate until later this weekend, I used the workaround I mentioned last time to fix the temporary problem I'm having with the pump.
  • Weirdly enough, all 3 sets consistently had me at 6.75in on the Bathmate reading. It's bad because my PR is ~6.9-6.92in from the last session, but good because I didn't have the problem of losing how far my dick could extend in the Bathmate. I'll take it for what it is.
SSJ Observations:
  • Goal right now is still to increase intensity with the SSJ exercise.
  • All 3 sets went well and I have nothing else to say.
Wearing The Cock Ring:
  • When fully erect my mid-shaft girth was ~5.24in (13.3cm). Still an ok temporary gain but nowhere near my all-time high of 13.5cm.
  • I'm still concerned the temp gains will eventually plateau at a certain number and not go up. @DLD - should I be worried?
EXERCISE #2: Testicular Health Massage and Stretches
  • Remove cock ring and applied water-based lube to flaccid penis and testicles
  • In a rubbing motion, massage each testicle in-between your fingers with gentle but firm movement for 30 seconds
  • Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds to fully relax your scrotum
  • 5-10 sets of the following group of stretches, no breaks in-between:
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far upward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far downward as possible
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far downward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far upward as possible
Did a full 10 sets to mark off the end of the session and start the weekend on a good note.

no you should not worry it is a relative process. As you cement and make permanent growth new temporary growth will come into the picture and you just repeat the process.

See the attached picture to understand what I mean. It seems as if the skin on my shaft is creeping up towards my head when my penis is completely flaccid. Never had this before I started PE. Feels weird when I'm walking around and my skin shaft keeps starting to wrap itself around the head without me doing anything.

@DLD - does this mean something is happening? Is it a good or bad thing? It lines up with what I noticed before when my penile skin is getting a lot stretchier than usual.

NEW FSBPL (Flaccid Stretched Bone Pressed Length) Measurement

Taking this measurement once a week while in a seated position.

Today my FSBPL (seated, hard ruler) I took was 17.4cm (+0.15cm from last week). Hopefully this gain is consistent from week-to-week, or I see a long-term trend in growth with minor variations each week.

I don’t think it’s a bad thing I think it’s your body getting used to what you’re doing. It could be a good thing if you’ve already made growth and that’s causing the issue but in either case I don’t think it’s a big deal. Just make sure you massage your penis afterwards to reduce any water retention and any wrinkling

25 mg Viagra is mandatory at this point. These stretches didn't go well as I spent at least half the time re-gaining my 100% erection after I lost it. Got very minimal value out of these today.

For the last set I was able to do contractions of 51, 5 seconds. Maybe a new plateau I've reached, but a 60-second rep isn't out of the picture anymore. It's actually attainable!

As always, still working my way up to doing 3 sets non-stop without any fatigue.

  • Achieved my goal of hitting 7in in June, but I want my penis to consistently stay there. And for all 3 sets to have my dick reliably at 7in on the Bathmate reading
SSJ Observations:
  • Goal right now is continuing to increase intensity with the SSJ exercise.

  • In a rubbing motion, massage each testicle in-between your fingers with gentle but firm movement for 30 seconds
  • Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds to fully relax your scrotum
  • 5-10 sets of the following group of stretches, no breaks in-between:
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far upward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far downward as possible
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far downward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far upward as possible
Did a full 10 sets to mark off the end of the session and have a productive start to the week.

I don’t think it’s a bad thing I think it’s your body getting used to what you’re doing. It could be a good thing if you’ve already made growth and that’s causing the issue but in either case I don’t think it’s a big deal. Just make sure you massage your penis afterwards to reduce any water retention and any wrinkling

Very normal since your pelvic floor muscles run from your abdominals all way back to your sphincter. Every one of these muscles are engaged and anywhere along the pelvic floor track you will feel muscle movement.

  1. Haven't put on the SiliSleeve5 fully erect yet. Haven't had to since I do the routines one after another, but I have to get around to wearing it for as long as possible on rest days.
  2. 90% done my work on on the thread of potential suppliers for Cialis/Viagra.
  3. Still waiting for my ordered MOSGrip to arrive in the mail.
As usual, did the routines one right after the other. Let's get into what I did yesterday!

MORNING/AM - INCREASING LENGTH

EXERCISE #1: Manual Bundled Stretches
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the right, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the left, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
Twisted my penis 1.5 full corkscrew rotations in each direction before stretching.

EXERCISE #2: Basic Stretching

1-2 minutes of deep tissue massage on flaccid penis as a "break" where needed, but at least do it when transitioning to the next group of exercises.
Complete 3 sets of one group before moving on to the next one:

  • Group #1: Behind The Cheeks x 3
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Left -- 30 seconds

  • Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:
    • Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
  • Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).
    • Set #1 = up, Set #2 = straight out, Set #3 = downward, Set #4 = left, Set #5 = right
Internal penis stretch getting more stretched. Two hands is for sure the way to go.

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
    • Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10
25 mg Viagra is still mandatory at this point. Kept an erection for longer and needed fewer resets, but I'd rather have 10 minutes of a 100% erection without losing it no matter how hard I grip and stretch my penis.

EXERCISE #5: Kegels
  • Ensure your penis is flaccid (or semi-erect or fully erect, whatever helps you best see your penis moving with each contraction), then do the following sets one after the others without breaks:
    • 100 quick Kegel squeezes (if you use a stopwatch, you can do a "1 second on, 1 second off" timing)
    • 50 repetitions of "5 seconds on, slowly release for 2 seconds" Kegels (SQUEEZE your PC muscle as hard as possible)
    • Squeeze your PC muscle at maximum contraction and hold it for 60 seconds (if you get tired, squeeze harder until the minute is complete)
In the first set, lost my full erection by the 90th rep out of 100. Still aiming to get to 100 reps while still having a 100% erection.

In the second set I did all 50 reps and managed to maintain a consistent strength of contractions, yet I had more strength in each rep than the last session.

For the last set I was able to do a contraction of 55 seconds. A new plateau I've reached, but a 60-second rep isn't out of the picture anymore. It's actually attainable!

As always, still working my way up to doing 3 sets non-stop without any fatigue.

Today's morning length routine took 60 minutes.

EVENING/PM - INCREASING GIRTH

EXERCISE #1: Superset of Bathmate Pumping and Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJs)
  • Do three sets of the following, with no breaks in-between sets (5x5x3):
    • Enter the Bathmate fully erect using warm water and pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
    • Immediately after, Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes, do this dry
  • Immediately put on a cock ring after all three sets are done to hold your "pumped" state for two hours.
    • After the first hour, remove cock ring and spend a few minutes getting good blood flow back to your penis before wearing the ring for another hour
Bathmate Observations:
  • Still didn't have time to take apart and fix the Bathmate, so I used the lever workaround mentioned in earlier posts to fix the temporary problem I'm having with the pump.
  • Seems like I have a weird ability of manifesting PE goals when I speak them out loud: Today's session consistently had me at 7in on the Bathmate for all 3 sets!
  • When I did additional pumps halfway through each set, the tip of my dick was at around ~7.04in, right between the 7in mark and the 18cm mark.
  • NEW GOAL: Consistently stay at 18cm (~7.09in) on the Bathmate reading for all 3 sets
SSJ Observations:
  • Continuing to increase intensity with the SSJ exercise.
  • All 3 sets went well and I have nothing else to say.

Twisted my penis 1.5 full corkscrew rotations in each direction before stretching.

EXERCISE #2: Basic Stretching

1-2 minutes of deep tissue massage on flaccid penis as a "break" where needed, but at least do it when transitioning to the next group of exercises.

    • Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
  • Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).
    • Set #1 = up, Set #2 = straight out, Set #3 = downward, Set #4 = left, Set #5 = right
Internal penis stretch getting more stretched. Two hands is for sure the way to go.

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
    • Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10

In the first set, lost my full erection by the 90th rep out of 100. Still aiming to get to 100 reps while still having a 100% erection.

In the second set I did all 50 reps and managed to maintain a consistent strength of contractions, yet I had more strength in each rep than the last session.

For the last set I was able to do a contraction of 55 seconds. A new plateau I've reached, but a 60-second rep isn't out of the picture anymore. It's actually attainable!

As always, still working my way up to doing 3 sets non-stop without any fatigue.

Today's morning length routine took 60 minutes.

No routine today, and here's the reason why. I'm either getting better at listening to my body or becoming a total pussy! (movember)

For the past two sessions, I have consistently blasted through PRs on nearly every single exercise. Most notably the kegels and the Bathmate pumping. This is the first time during my entire journey where I broke through multiple barriers twice in a row. Barriers which I was convinced would take me much longer to arrive at.

With my kegels, the only thing that's left is to do 100 quick Kegels while maintaining a 100% erection on the first set, and get a single 60-second contraction on the last set at 100% intensity. Likely won't be possible without Viagra, but I'm getting close to achieving what has been a near 1.5 month plateau for me.

The Bathmate is a different story. After being stuck at certain points, going down in measurements of my maximum penile expansion, and then suddenly having everything work out so well, I've broken the 7in barrier. All that's left to do is hit the 18cm (~7.08in) mark consistently and then I will need to add a new form of measurement to the Bathmate. Put another way, I'll be going for a long haul goal of having my dick touch the O-ring of my HydroMax X30 because of how much it expands. At that point I will have to pony up the cash for an X40 due to growth.

A very long-winded story to explain why I skipped today: I woke up and my penis felt overworked. For some reason, it was as if it hadn't fully recovered from Wednesday's session. As if having two days in a row of busting PRs took a lot of stamina and energy. I could have ignored what I was feeling and go for a potentially 3rd PR-busting session, or take the safe route and assume my dick was telling me to take it easy.

@DLD - what do you think? Did I make the right call, or did I bitch out?

So all I did today was some additional testicular stretches and massages. I'll be taking the weekend off as well and resuming this routine on Monday. With the free time I have I hope I can finally get around to fixing the Bathmate, experimenting with the SiliSleeve5, and ordering Viagra for myself.

Not at all! You are learning to listen to your body and that’s a great benefit in your journey. If your body is telling you it’s too much or you need rest do so. The relationship you’re creating with yourself is very important and you should always listen to the voice in your head with discernment

Good to hear. Eventually I need to reach the point where I can safely discern between soreness and overtraining.

I have a feeling I may be doing something more intense after the first 90 days are up and biofeedback is extremely important to me. Especially if I will be doing this routine more days out of the week than I am now....

One minor update:

NEW FSBPL (Flaccid Stretched Bone Pressed Length) Measurement

Taking this measurement once a week while in a seated position.

Today my FSBPL (seated, hard ruler) I took was 17.6cm (+0.2cm from last week). Next to see will be a gain in my BPEL and MSEG without having to do any PE whatsoever.

Bio feedback is very important in the aware are you are the better. After 90 days we can reevaluate everything.

Erection strength was a 70-80% the entire time. Better than usual, but the 25 mg Viagra will guarantee I'm at 100% for the full 10 minutes without any resets needed.

EVENING/PM - INCREASING GIRTH

EXERCISE #1: Superset of Bathmate Pumping and Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJs)
  • Do three sets of the following, with no breaks in-between sets (5x5x3):
    • Enter the Bathmate fully erect using warm water and pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
    • Immediately after, Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes, do this dry
  • Immediately put on a cock ring after all three sets are done to hold your "pumped" state for two hours.
    • After the first hour, remove cock ring and spend a few minutes getting good blood flow back to your penis before wearing the ring for another hour
Bathmate Observations:
  • Still didn't have time to take apart and fix the Bathmate, so I used the lever workaround mentioned in earlier posts to fix the temporary problem I'm having with the pump.
  • Set 1 = ~7.09in (18cm) on the Bathmate reading, and 7in for Sets 2-3. A brand new PR! Now it's time to get Set 1's reading on all 3 sets
@DLD - If nothing else I need urgent help with something I noticed on my penis. It's a series of really small black dots that I know aren't there because of hair. Despite a 4-day hiatus, my penis showed these spots after each set of the Bathmate yesterday (SEE PICTURE ATTACHED).
What's going on here? In the 2 months of using the Bathmate this is the very first time I've seen any kind of weird discoloration on my dick. Why is this happening right now of all times?

To my surprise the spots disappeared 2 hours after using the Bathmate. I still have the concern and would really appreciate your guidance.

  • Continuing to increase intensity with the SSJ exercise.
  • All 3 sets went well and I have nothing else to say.

  • BRAND NEW RECORD - When fully erect my mid-shaft girth was ~5.39in (13.7cm). +0.2cm from my all-time high of 13.5cm! I had to do a double take because my penis didn't look any thicker from the top view. But lo and behold, a strict tape measurement done 3 times didn't lie.
  • In my second hour of wearing the ring I was down at 13.35cm, but that's OK. I know my expanded temporary girth progressively goes down over time.

  • In a rubbing motion, massage each testicle in-between your fingers with gentle but firm movement for 30 seconds
  • Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds to fully relax your scrotum
  • 5-10 sets of the following group of stretches, no breaks in-between:
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far upward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far downward as possible
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far downward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far upward as possible
Did a full 10 sets to mark off the end of the session.

Overall, a PR-breaking morning routine for length and a PR-breaking evening routine for girth. Have yet to fix Bathmate and finally buy Viagra, but I want to get over these two hurdles by the end of the coming weekend. See you all tomorrow!

MORNING/AM - INCREASING LENGTH

EXERCISE #1: Manual Bundled Stretches
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the right, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the left, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
Twisted my penis 1.5 full corkscrew rotations in each direction before stretching.

EXERCISE #2: Basic Stretching

1-2 minutes of deep tissue massage on flaccid penis as a "break" where needed, but at least do it when transitioning to the next group of exercises.
Complete 3 sets of one group before moving on to the next one:

  • Group #1: Behind The Cheeks x 3
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Left -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Right -- 30 seconds
  • Group #2: Straight Down x 3

EXERCISE #3: Expressive Stretching
  • Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:
    • Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
  • Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).
    • Set #1 = up, Set #2 = straight out, Set #3 = downward, Set #4 = left, Set #5 = right

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
    • Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10
Erection strength was a 70-80% the entire time. Better than usual, but the 25 mg Viagra will guarantee I'm at 100% for the full 10 minutes without any resets needed.

EXERCISE #5: Kegels
  • Ensure your penis is flaccid (or semi-erect or fully erect, whatever helps you best see your penis moving with each contraction), then do the following sets one after the others without breaks:
    • 100 quick Kegel squeezes (if you use a stopwatch, you can do a "1 second on, 1 second off" timing)
    • 50 repetitions of "5 seconds on, slowly release for 2 seconds" Kegels (SQUEEZE your PC muscle as hard as possible)
    • Squeeze your PC muscle at maximum contraction and hold it for 60 seconds (if you get tired, squeeze harder until the minute is complete)
In the first set, lost my full erection by the 91st rep out of 100. Still aiming to get to 100 reps while still having a 100% erection.

In the second set I did all 50 reps and managed to maintain a consistent strength of contractions (80% or so). Will get to 100% for all reps very soon.

For the last set I was able to do a contraction of 57 seconds. 3 seconds away from a 60-second rep.

As always, still working my way up to doing 3 sets non-stop without any fatigue.

I answered you my brother in an email but let me just say it here also so people understand. From time to time you’re going to get spotting on your penis from pumping or clamping or any other restrictive exercise. It has a lot to do with the temperature, humidity and many other factors. Spotting is normal and it usually goes away within 3 to 4 days. Spotting is never permanent. And if you practice deep tissue massage you can get rid of that spotting within 12 hours.

I answered you my brother in an email but let me just say it here also so people understand. From time to time you’re going to get spotting on your penis from pumping or clamping or any other restrictive exercise. It has a lot to do with the temperature, humidity and many other factors. Spotting is normal and it usually goes away within 3 to 4 days. Spotting is never permanent. And if you practice deep tissue massage you can get rid of that spotting within 12 hours.

  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the right, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the left, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
Twisted my penis 1.5 full corkscrew rotations in each direction before stretching.

EXERCISE #2: Basic Stretching

1-2 minutes of deep tissue massage on flaccid penis as a "break" where needed, but at least do it when transitioning to the next group of exercises.
Complete 3 sets of one group before moving on to the next one:

  • Group #1: Behind The Cheeks x 3
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Left -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Right -- 30 seconds
  • Group #2: Straight Down x 3
    • Straight Down to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Down to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Down to the Right -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Down Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
  • Group #3: Straight Out x 3
    • Straight Out to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Out to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Out to the Right -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Out Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
  • Group #4: Straight Up x 3
    • Straight Up to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Up to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Up to the Right -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Up Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
Good stretching . The two-handed stretch technique + body tilt = maximum stretch .

EXERCISE #3: Expressive Stretching
  • Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:
    • Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
  • Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).
    • Set #1 = up, Set #2 = straight out, Set #3 = downward, Set #4 = left, Set #5 = right
Internal penis stretch getting a better stretch with two hands as usual.

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
    • Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10
Erection strength was at 75% the entire time. The 25 mg Viagra cannot come soon enough!

EXERCISE #5: Kegels
  • Ensure your penis is flaccid (or semi-erect or fully erect, whatever helps you best see your penis moving with each contraction), then do the following sets one after the others without breaks:
    • 100 quick Kegel squeezes (if you use a stopwatch, you can do a "1 second on, 1 second off" timing)
    • 50 repetitions of "5 seconds on, slowly release for 2 seconds" Kegels (SQUEEZE your PC muscle as hard as possible)
    • Squeeze your PC muscle at maximum contraction and hold it for 60 seconds (if you get tired, squeeze harder until the minute is complete)
In the first set, lost my full erection by the 90th rep out of 100. Still aiming to get to 100 reps while still having a 100% erection.

In the second set I did all 50 reps and managed to maintain a consistent strength of contractions (90%). Will get to 100% for all reps very soon.

For the last set I did acontraction of 60 seconds! Goal now is to increase contraction strength and maintain it at the same level without any weakening

As always, still working my way up to doing 3 sets non-stop without any fatigue.

Today's morning length routine took 60 minutes.

EVENING/PM - INCREASING GIRTH

EXERCISE #1: Superset of Bathmate Pumping and Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJs)
  • Do three sets of the following, with no breaks in-between sets (5x5x3):
    • Enter the Bathmate fully erect using warm water and pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
    • Immediately after, Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes, do this dry
  • Immediately put on a cock ring after all three sets are done to hold your "pumped" state for two hours.
    • After the first hour, remove cock ring and spend a few minutes getting good blood flow back to your penis before wearing the ring for another hour
Bathmate Observations:
  • Still didn't have time to take apart and fix the Bathmate, so I used the lever workaround mentioned in earlier posts to fix the temporary problem I'm having with the pump.
  • Set 1 = 7in on the Bathmate reading, Set 2 = ~7.04in, Set 3 = 7in. Not a PR but still a solid pump. You can't expect every session to be a record breaking one.
SSJ Observations:
  • Continuing to increase intensity with the SSJ exercise.
  • All 3 sets went well and I have nothing else to say.
Wearing The Cock Ring:
  • When fully erect my mid-shaft girth was same as yesterday: ~5.28in (13.4cm). Want to work my way up to 14cm in temporary expanded girth.
EXERCISE #2: Testicular Health Massage and Stretches
  • Remove cock ring and applied water-based lube to flaccid penis and testicles
  • In a rubbing motion, massage each testicle in-between your fingers with gentle but firm movement for 30 seconds
  • Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds to fully relax your scrotum
  • 5-10 sets of the following group of stretches, no breaks in-between:
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far upward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far downward as possible
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far downward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far upward as possible
Did a full 10 sets to mark off the end of the session.

Overall, a solid morning routine for length and a solid evening routine for girth. Bathmate still needs fixing but at least I kicked myself in the rear and bought Viagra. If everything plays out I'll have some pills by the middle of next week. See you all on Monday!

Three minor updates:

NEW FSBPL (Flaccid Stretched Bone Pressed Length) Measurement

Taking this measurement once a week while in a seated position.

Today my FSBPL (seated, hard ruler) I took was 17.9cm (+0.3cm from last week). Quite the jump! I think reaching the 18cm mark next week won't be so unreasonable. I'm surprised with how this one measurement consistently goes up with each passing week.

Update On My Viagra Order

Bastards still haven't responded to me. I placed the order on Friday afternoon and I got a weird payment processing order.

None of their customer support agents, who appear to be online 24/7, have responded to me. None of the emails I sent have been responded to. The only person I heard back from was the doc who prescribed it, who said two hours ago she would make sure someone reaches out to me.

I'll give them until the end of the week to have this resolved before I call it quits and switch to another prescription site. I want to have one official source of Viagra/Cialis as a reference to compare against what I get from a non-prescription site.

UPDATE: Just as I was about to submit this post, a customer service agent informed me that everything went through and the order should soon ship to my house. I'll provide another update when the Viagra is here.

Fixing The Bathmate

I took apart the Bathmate, cleaned the valve and the cap with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol, and re-assembled the unit using some basic instructions. I did notice a few things (see pictures attached).

The valve itself has a bottom rubber component. I was quick to realize this as I know rubbing alcohol can be bad for the material. I still washed it up and left the rubber parts alone.

Either my eyes are failing me or there appear to be very tiny air cracks in the cap itself. This would be odd as I have never dropped the Bathmate, let alone violently. Perhaps it was this way when the Bathmate was shipped to my house due to delivery, and the cracks were not yet wide enough to cause the problems I had. @DLD - you have a good eye for detail. What do you think?

I'll test this out tomorrow morning before my routine to make sure my cleanup was good. And regardless I will order a replacement cap and valve in case the issue cannot be fixed.
