Progress thread From small to BIG: My Epic Journey With PE

Here are some small updates:
  1. Sunday is the day. 48 hours from now I will know exactly whether I have made progress with my custom routine from @DLD or not.
Let's get into what I did today!

INCREASING GIRTH

Took 25mg of Viagra on an empty stomach one hour before starting the exercises.

EXERCISE #1: Superset of Bathmate Pumping and Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJs)
  • Do three sets of the following, with no breaks in-between sets (5x5x3):
    • Enter the Bathmate fully erect using warm water and pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
    • Immediately after, Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes, do this dry
  • Immediately put on a cock ring after all three sets are done to hold your "pumped" state for two hours.
    • After the first hour, remove cock ring and spend a few minutes getting good blood flow back to your penis before wearing the ring for another hour
Bathmate Observations:
  • Set #1 got me to 18.5cm (~7.28in) on the Bathmate reading, while Sets #2-3 got me to 18.8cm (~7.4). Better than last time, so I'll take that for what it's worth
  • Surprisingly there were no black dots on my penis today
SSJ Observations:
  • All 3 sets went amazing. Max pressure on my dick at all times.
  • Nothing else to say, other than continuing to perfect this technique
Wearing The Cock Ring:
  • When fully erect my mid-shaft girth was at 14cm (~5.51in) right after the 5x5x3 was done. Not a PR but very close to my all-time high
EXERCISE #2: Testicular Health Massage and Stretches
  • Remove cock ring and applied water-based lube to flaccid penis and testicles
  • In a rubbing motion, massage each testicle in-between your fingers with gentle but firm movement for 30 seconds
  • Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds to fully relax your scrotum
  • 5-10 sets of the following group of stretches, no breaks in-between:
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far upward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far downward as possible
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far downward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far upward as possible
Did a full 10 sets to mark off the end of the session.

JULY 25, 2021: THE 90 DAY UPDATE

90 days of non-stop effort to make my penis permanently bigger. Today is the day where I finally see if I've made any kind of progress or not. If all the hours I could have been doing other things with my life were wisely spent on something fruitful!

So here's where I started on April 19 2021:
  • NBPEL: 15cm (5.91 in)
  • BPEL: 15.4cm (6.06 in)
  • MSEG: 12cm (4.72 in)
  • Flaccid Non Bone-Pressed Length: 9cm (3.54 in)
  • Flaccid Bone-Pressed Length: 10.5cm (4.13 in)
  • Flaccid Girth: 10cm measured at mid-shaft (3.94 in)
And here's where I am today:
  • NBPEL: 15.3cm (6.02 in) (+0.3cm)
  • BPEL: 16.9cm (6.65 in) (+1.5cm)
  • MSEG: 12.3cm (4.84 in) (+0.3cm)
  • Flaccid Non Bone-Pressed Length: 10cm (3.94 in) (+1cm)
  • Flaccid Bone-Pressed Length: 11.5cm (4.92 in) (+1cm)
  • Flaccid Girth: 11cm measured at mid-shaft (4.33 in) (+1cm)
I've attached videos showing off NBPEL, BPEL and MSEG as those 3 are the most important measurements. I use tailor tape because my dick points way up when 100% erect and a strict ruler won't give an accurate measurement.

If you think I did the measuring improperly just let me know and I'll try again.

QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS

The MSEG results are somewhat disappointing
.
  • I would have liked to have gone from 4.72in in girth to 5in within the 90 days
  • All of the pumping and jelqing I did just to get a very small increase (one a woman won't notice or feel) kinda makes me wonder if I will have to grind relentlessly for 1-2 years before I reach 5in girth with an unpumped erection.
The BPEL length gains are surprising yet don't make any sense.
  • My starting measurements imply I only had around 0.1 in of compressible fat pad, but I was 190lbs at the time
  • My ending measurements imply I have 0.6in of compressible fat pad, yet I am at 187 and I have visibly lost weight over the past 90 days.
  • Is it possible my fat pad has become more stretchable and flexible, hence I've "dug up" more unseen dick? There's no way I could have gotten significantly fatter while being at the same bodyweight +/- a few pounds.
  • The only other possibility is I screwed up the starting measurements and my BPEL is either unchanged or the gains were far more minimal than what is shown
The NBPEL length gains are equally disappointing as the MSEG gains.
  • Functionally my dick looks exactly the same from where I stand and in the mirror. I don't think anybody would be able to tell a visual difference if they saw me naked every day for the past 90 days.
WHAT TO DO FROM NOW ON

@DLD - this is the part where I need the most help from you. A 1-2 sentence answer won't suffice as I'm seriously struggling with my next steps. If we need to have this conversation over email instead I am more than happy to do so.

I have a couple of paths in mind but I don't know which one would be best

Path #1: Ditch PE altogether for the next 90 days and focus on losing the most amount of body fat possible and as fast as humanly possible. Experiment with supplements I bought online to see what makes a difference in terms of erection strength/duration, load size/texture, penile sensitivity, endurance, performance, etc.

Path #2: Continue my current routine of doing length on one day and girth on the other. No any changes in the exercises whatsoever.

Path #3: Do length + girth on the same day, 5 days a week to accelerate penis growth further (if possible)

Path #4: Spend a few days with you in email writing a completely new routine that requires new equipment and/or an exclusive focus on girth or length

Path #5: Give up entirely. Be content with having a micropenis and instead double down on mastering the use of my tongue, fingers, body language, communication, charisma, hip movements, and words, and anything else I'm forgetting which is entirely under my complete control.


If anybody else has been in my shoes and fixed the problems I've been having, feel free to let me know. I'm completely stuck and have no idea what to do from here on out.

Gonna spend the rest of the night thinking deep and hard, pun unfortunately intended, about my PE future.

JULY 27, 2021: GOING FORWARD

I had a very lengthy email conversation with @DLD yesterday and he advised me on what I should do for the next 90 days.

Below is a summary of what we talked about.

---

- Measurements were done exactly as they should have been done. No cheating or breaking the rules. The numbers I posted match what is seen in the videos. I now have a visual frame of reference going forward for all future measurements.

- Regarding my fat pad issue: Even if I measured BPEL wrong at the start and didn't press in, it's not unreasonable to say growth was made. If I give this another 90 days and keep my body fat the same (or lower) I'll know for sure if I'm gaining or being fooled by changes in my fat pad

- For the next 90 days I will do the following until I am due for official measurements again at the end of October 2021:

  • Change absolutely nothing with the current routine (i.e. length on one day, girth the second day, length the third day, etc.).
  • Double down on efforts to follow a fat loss diet and eliminate as much of my fat pad as possible
  • Set smaller yet realistic goals for each 90-day period from now on
    • Example: 0.125in (1/8th of an inch) gained in both length and girth
  • Keep my big-picture goal of 7.5in BPEL x 6in MSEG in mind when I feel like giving up.
  • Continue to experiment with supplements I bought online to see what makes a difference in terms of erection strength/duration, load size/texture, penile sensitivity, endurance, performance, etc.
  • Purchase a SiliSleeve2 and see if it fits my penis better for maintaining a stretched state after doing my length routine
  • Re-purchase a supply of Viagra for the next 3 months, or switch to Cialis. Will likely try the latter as I want to see which medication works best for me.
  • A reminder for when I do official measurements again:
    • "be sure you’re measuring from the exact same place every single time. And the ruler or tape measure should be anchored against bone so there’s no issues in measuring if you’ve gained or lost weight. When we measure this way we know there is growth regardless of fat."

At this point it's more of the same until I hit a hard plateau and none of the current exercises work for me anymore. At least not the current way I am doing them.

Let's continue forward with getting a longer and thicker penis! (monkey)

Thank you for trusting in me and my brother you know I have your best intentions in mind. I know PE to be challenging because it takes time but I know you have the determination and tenacity to do with necessary to get where you want to go. Know that I will be with you every step of the way until you have come to completion.
 
This is one of the most detailed log (with good quality photos and videos too) I have seen! Keep it up brother. Even though the result from the first 3 months weren't as good as you expected, don't give up.
 
SEPTEMBER 3, 2021: MY ABSENCE, GOING FORWARD, AND SO ON

Hello everyone! It's been around a month since I've last posted here or done any serious PE work.

Without writing a high school essay, I've been in the process of launching a brand new business with a friend of mine. I had to dedicate all my free time outside of my normal job to get things going and obviously you don't have time for much else in your life.

We were lucky to reach the point where we can take our feet off the pedal and cruise for foreseeable future and so now I'm back here. Most of what I did the past month was some light stretching but nothing serious like @DLD 's routine I was following before.

I took some measurements of myself a few days ago just to see where I was, and to my surprise I haven't lost any gains. In fact I actually gained a bit of length.
  • NBPEL: 15.5cm (6.10 in) (+0.2cm)
  • BPEL: 17.1cm (6.73 in) (+0.2cm)
  • MSEG: 12.3cm (4.84 in) (+0cm)
I've attached pictures as proof of the numbers above.

My hopeful goal is to re-start the serious routine early next week. 1 day for length work, 1 day for girth work, alternating back and forth until things stop and I need more intense exercises or equipment to maintain nonstop growth.

It's been nice to not think about dicks for a whole month straight. Especially my own. Helps me realize there's more to life than PE, as life-changing as it's proving to be.
