Just a picture from my 11-morning routine. I do 5-5-10. The last is with icecold water and cool down period 2 to 3 minutes with shower ice cold, no fluid retention at all.
As written previously, I did some pumping 15 years ago, but started again last week.
The Bathmate was the easiest to get hold on, but I will try some stretching as well.
I must say that I love the Bathmate, it gives a much more elegant and constant pull instead of air-vaccuum-pumps.View attachment 1831963
