Of course it's effective...most effective with powder used for a good grip on it. That way, you can lock onto it and there's no slippage with your skin.
Hello gents, it's been a busy week and I haven't checked in. I had a good LM stretching session yesterday and I even did some hanging with 15 pounds.
The result? A couple of new stretch marks
