Hey, ive got another one for you, more pertaining to sex. I want to last longer in bed but dont know a good strategy for it. I last about 2-5min every time for years and i want to be able to go the distance or to be able to control my ejaculation with stamina. I cant have a beast between and cant use it ya know? LOL Help me sensei!

Yeah it used to be the way we were able to support MOS. I think it was a $50 membership fee. The site went up in 2001. It’s kind of amazing how far we’ve come. And I would’ve never thought of a time that we will be giving the member site away for free but things change and I’m so happy we can do that now

Yea i remember! It was $47 when i got the membership for that site! Im proud of how far you and your team have come. Im so thankful to be able to talk with the fuckin GURU of PE, you have no idea. There was a time were i was made fun of size wise, at a very young age, up to adult hood. But now that met you and on a awesome routine i wont ever have to worry about what im looking like down there or if im packing! Because oh i am! lol

They used to be at any hardware store. Personally,now they are impossible to find at any local hardware store. You can found them online; usually purchase a set or several to make the investment worth it. Besides, you want to have several extra because they not easily accessible to have in a day or two..

If you search diligently, you will find some at a reasonable to good price. They come in several different sizes so be careful and choice the proper size for yourself. Do a internet search for "CORD ORGANIZER"

Save your money and go for the SSJ there’s no better girth jelq. If you want to take it up a few notches I would grab a Bathmate and do the 5×5×3 found in SRT. The 5×5×3 is the most powerful exercise available
 
I'll take up your recommendation, but i was asking about the Penilizer and your thoughts about them.

I know I shouldn’t say this because I lose money but the joke devices do not do anywhere near what your hands can do. If you do the Bathmate 5×5×3 I guarantee you you’ll put on size very quickly.

I LOVE THE HONESTY!!! And if you have forgot, i am on my second SRT trip (Phase 2) so you know im using that 5x5x3 with a better device than the bathmate, The Awesome MITYVAC! Im on it Boss, i think after Phase 2 im goin to post some pictures. Difference will be before phase one- after phase 2!

Erect stretching should be done 2 to 3 times a week for 10 minutes. It’s a very simple exercise, get an erection and right below the head grip and stretch straight out in front of you. This is plenty to cement new gains.

Testicle health massage and stretch is very personal so whatever feels best for you. I usually do it for 15 minutes and I don’t really count I just go by feeling. So I would do the same thing if I was you go for 10 to 15 minutes freestyle

I could probably hold a stretch for 60 seconds erect. So what I do is straight out, straight to the left, straight to the right and I do about five minutes of each angle. So 5 sets of 60 seconds per angle.

Because you don’t need to do that much work to close that gap. There is no real science behind when you do them. I always suggest that people do them independent of their work out. The science you need to understand here is stretching erect will exclusively stretch erectile tissue and this is what’s necessary to cement the difference between erect length and flaccid stretched length. When you stretch flaccid you’re not hidden erectile tissue in the same way. I hope that makes sense to you.

I think i get it! that makes so much sense! So are you saying you get different types of expansion and growth than you would erect vs flaccid stretching? Like theres different tissue being stretched while erect vs strecthing flaccid?

I decided to go beyond this so I could prove to the world it was possible and once I did that I focused all my time into creating exercises, routines and tools.

The best possible way to gain length is using the length master. The best stretch and style is bundled. You put these two together I guarantee you a half inch in a month.

That is a powerful little story right here! Thank you for the positive words Thr???, but when i say mostly i mean specifically good habits. I have excelled in most things in my life, military, college, body buidling, building my own business, but not so much my bad habits like smoking, drinking, masturbation, i surely will not try to do my best at that! You understand me a little better when i say mostly everything?
 
I follow all of srt to the T Boss, i try to do the best in mostly everything in life. To answer that, yes, 5min Lengthmaster, 4 sets of Powerassist/lenthmaster bundles with 100 rotary circles. Once i hit my goal ill be posting pics of before and after, also wanted to make some videos for a different way to stretch if it hasn't already been done. Ill be here for a bit ;)

I love this picture! The lengthmaster 3 has such a beautiful finish. I’m very happy to know you’re using the LM and this will be her best and fastest way to get to where you want to be.

Totally understand, i will start a habit using I "will" or I "always" And i wanted to explain myself more for myself. Sometimes you have to remind yourself of your accomplishments, because the present situations can sometimes fog the reality of what you have been through. I’m so happy to see you’re back at my brother with an awesome attitude! In my opinion you should steer clear of it completely and rely more on yourself than viewing something filthy. I have no problem with masturbation if you’re thinking about your wife But I draw the line at that. I think that adult entertainment simply screws your entire mind up which intern screws your sexual life up. I know it’s very hard to stay away, I fall into the same temptation from time to time. But always get back up brush yourself off and keep on going. It’s a smart choice. God bless you my brother

Thats so beautiful man!!! I think about the brotherhood often. Ive done the bundles so much thats its now a habit to wake up and do my routine before i eat, doing them now. lol I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

The brotherhood is a beautiful place and I’m so happy that we all work so hard from the beginning to be a family more than a website. It has really worked and I feel like we do so much more good than just PE, we give support on every level a man can use. I’m very proud of the brotherhood and the brothers who made it possible

Hello everyone, i have started my SRT journey, i am currently on week 4. I have been working on a good routine for girth and length. I have decided to do girth and length weeks vs days to see how the outcome differs. I have taken photos before hand, and will do after week 12. If anyone has additional routines you have done during SRT please fill free to post! Also if anyone knows great girth workouts for girth week please chime in!

Tunica strecth (5min) bundles(4 sets- 100 roratary- 6min per set.) Then 4-6hrs everyday with my sizegentics on. After measuring today, still 7.5 PBEL. I dont really want to stop, so im going to keep doing it every day. Do you have any advice for me, i want just 1 more inch (8.5 BPEL) I need some more guidance! Thank you!

you’ve only been using the routine for a couple weeks right? I would give it more time, I usually spend about 90 days on a routine before a measure or move on. You could add more work in and maybe hit a couple angles you’re not hitting right now. But yeah, give it more time and be sure you’re putting in all of your effort. But if you need me to go through your routine I will do this again for you. Simply tell me exactly what you’re doing right now, be very very specific, and I’ll look it over and see if I can tweak some things for you

2. Bundled stretches with Length Master+ Power Assist ( all angles 4 sets- behind butt (left, center, right)/ down in the front (left, center, right)/ center (left, center, right), straight up (left, center, right). 6min- each set. 30sec per rep- Total=24min/4 set.
3. ADS- (Size Genetics) 4-6hrs everyday.
I often do the newbie routine in the shower before hitting the tunica stretch. Just feels great. but there you go Sensei, theres my list. I know you have gained 4 inches from PE i just need 1-2 more. Teach me your ways! lol
