Hello everyone, i have started my SRT journey, i am currently on week 4. I have been working on a good routine for girth and length. I have decided to do girth and length weeks vs days to see how the outcome differs. I have taken photos before hand, and will do after week 12. If anyone has additional routines you have done during SRT please fill free to post! Also if anyone knows great girth workouts for girth week please chime in!
