Thanks Boss, but ive been doing it definitely more than 2 weeks, 2-3 months is more accurate but ive probably been doing it longer than that. So my routine is this:
1. Tunica Stretch 5min, i use the length master and pull as hard as i can take.
2. Bundled stretches with Length Master+ Power Assist ( all angles 4 sets- behind butt (left, center, right)/ down in the front (left, center, right)/ center (left, center, right), straight up (left, center, right). 6min- each set. 30sec per rep- Total=24min/4 set.
3. ADS- (Size Genetics) 4-6hrs everyday.
I often do the newbie routine in the shower before hitting the tunica stretch. Just feels great. but there you go Sensei, theres my list. I know you have gained 4 inches from PE i just need 1-2 more. Teach me your ways! LOL
