Progress thread From 6' to 9'. The Journey

I have been getting A LOT of compliments on my size the last few times I've gotten down. My partner definitely has noticed a difference.
I have also reach passed the 7.5' mark on my Bathmate.

+900 jelqs

Bathmate for 10 minutes x3 with 300 jelqs between each.

I took myself a little bit of a decon break. I wouldn't say I did it on purpose, but PE was another plate amongst a few others I was spinning, and I needed to focus on a few other things.
I also was waiting on a shipment of some new parts before I started back up again.

I got my replacement valve for the bathmate and some new sillisleeves in the male.

Decided to start off slow.
On 11/30 I just did another newbie routine with nothing extra.

12/1
I did the newbie routine
+a 10x5x3 (10 minutes x 300 jelqs x 3 times). while wearing the mitisleeve
DLD Superstretchers on the final 10 minutes.

I'm now wearing the duraring for an hour or so, and will wear the sleeves to bed.

I think the break was actually good, because I noticed I actually had made some gains, at least according to my bathmate. I can now almost reach the 8 inch mark. I'll be taking some new measurements and photos tomorrow.

I'm looking at these fresh expansion gains from the this work out and I have a huge grin on my face.

Yo Bro! Hope you've been doing well. I'm back on the saddle again.
I just thought you should know, Today i used the mitisleeve in my bathmate for the first time since it arrived. I had it stretched out on a tube overnight before I used it with the bath mate. The sleeve ripped on its maiden voyage.

You guys ought to make those things seamless like you do the silli-sleeves, cause that's the third one that tore on me, this one happened the fastest.

The routine is the stretched newbie routinerepeticitons.
Testicular stretching
Kegels 300
2-4 sets of 4 DLD blasters
2-4 sets of 4 A stretches.

2-4 sets of 300 jelqs.

Bathmate for for 15-20 3x

Duraring for an hour or so.

Sleeve the rest of the night.


i may take a set or two off, or opt out of the bathmate depending on how much time I have.
I try to get at the very least get the newbie routine without the extra stuff I've added in at least once a day.

I'm definitely making some gains. Although there is a LOT of fluctuation that happens when I use the bathmate, and that kinda stresses me out. even if I don't take the day off. I'm not sure what that's about, maybe @DLD do you have any feedback for me about that?

Bundled Warm-up/Cooldown
Newbie Routine:
+ Testicular Massage/Lig Stretching
Bundled warmup/cooldown
+3 sets of 200 plyometrics
+ 4-8 sets of 4 A stretches.
+ 4-8 sets of 4 DLD blasters
+ Rotary Stretches between Each Sets.
+ 2 sets of plyometrics

3 sets of 300 jelqs.

Bathmate Sets:
+15-20 min + 300 jelqs
+15-20 min + 300 jelqs
+15-20 min

warmup/cooldow

Duraring for 30min-1hr.

Silisleeve

A couple of quick ideas that might help you gain faster. I would cut one of the plyometric exercises and I would incorporate the newbie basic stretches as these cover every possible part an angle of growth. I would also super set your Bathmate sets using erect jelqing. Something like 10 minutes of Bathmate and 10 minutes of erect jelqing and repeat once as this will push your girth too much higher sizes than the way you’re doing it now. Do not fear erect jelqing because it is the fastest way to increase your erection size. I also suggest you get in some kegels to strengthen your EQ which will also go to helping you gain size in both length and girth .
 
So only do 10 mins of Bath mate. and ten min of erect jelqing repeated twice.
Take out one of the repeated sets of plyometrics.

I was wondering if I was doing too much with the bathmate. I appreciate the feedback.

That’s correct do 10 minutes of the Bathmate and 10 minutes of erect joking and repeat. In doing this you’re spending the perfect amount of time using your bathmate. Take out one set of the plyometrics and incorporate in basic stretching in its place so you’re covering every possible angle of growth
 
I just did some measurements for the first time in quite some time. And I found my old notes of what they were when I began in 2020.
When I started in 2020 these are my measurements:

BPFL: 4.95'
FG: 4.0'

EG: 5.0'
NBPEL: 6.25'
BPEL: 7.0'

1/30/21:
BPFL: 4.95'
NPFL: 4.5'
FG: 4.0'
SFL: 6.0'
EG: 5.0'
NPEL: 6.25'
EBPL: 7.0'

7/17/21
FL: 5.25
NBPSFL: 7.25'

Looking back over these last 2.5 years It would seem I've gained a quarter inch of erection. and about a .5' of erection girth.
I started with 6.25in NBPEL and now it's at 7.0in in length.
I started with 5in of girth, and now am at 5.5.
I've gained 2 inches in the stretched flaccid department. from 6.0in to 8.0in.

I'm not mad at my results. As I never quit, but I wasn't constant in my consistency. I took months off at a time, and it wasn't until the last couple of months that I started taking the SRTwith the sleeves consistently. I had bit of a learning curb with those things. And wasn't sure if they were working for me or not. Come to find out you need to just clean them, dry them, and alternate them and use baby powder on your junk. If it's slipping off it's cause you need to wash/dry and reapply.

I've got my routine down now, and I can get it done pretty quickly. And the hang of the of these sleeves, I suspect I'm going to make much better gains.

I'm a little curious about the erection length gain, as everything else was so much more drastic as far as increase was concerned. but again, consistency, and sleeve use. which I also wasn't consistent on. This next season I'm definitely gonna be way more consistent about it.
I'll be reporting back from time to time.

Here's my routine incase any of you are curious.

Make it Nine's Penis Enlargement Routine:

Newbie Stretching Routine.
+ 2-4 sets of 4 A stretches
+ 2-4 sets of 4 DLD BLASTERS
+ 2 sets of 100 plyometrics.

Bathmate:
10-15 minutes. x2 with 10 minutes of jelqing before putting on the bathmate.
Bathmate Super Stretchers.

CockRing for a few hours, Sillisleeve the rest of the day.

I'm noticing now my bath mate measurements don't fluctuate below the 8' mark anymore. That's kinda cool. And it looks like I've actually solidified some growthin my NBPEL. My ruler mark is now a little past the 7 without pushing into the pelvic bone.

Definitely not mad at that at all.

Interestingly enough, I've also been heavily working with the anchors I got from the Wendi Friesson PE audios. I've just been habitually using the anchor she creates. Even when I'm sleeping, I wake up and my body is using the anchor.

I'm feeling very good about my progress. And low key fired up about my continued progress, because I know it's working.
