Fresh Start after 1 year of PE

I can’t believe it I hit my goal of 6 NBPEL! When I started this was my “final goal.” Now that I’m here I want even more (of course). Couldn’t have done it without you guys thanks to everyone who’s given me advice. Road to 6.5 starts now.

Been a while. Life has thrown a lot of things at me and PE took a backseat in my life but there wasn’t a day I didn’t think about it. Just hard to find the motivation when times are rough. Everything is well now and I’m going to start back up. Good news is I did not lose any size and I am still 6 NBPEL and 6.5 BPEL.

I’m glad that you’re back and I’m very happy that you cemented the growth of your past. It’s a very good time to get back involved with so many new things happening. Check out the SRT thread to get acclimated with the work we have done over the past two decades. I also suggest you look at the newbie routine as a foundational work out. If you need any kind of help just let us know we will be here to help
 
I have grown about 0.1 inches only stretching about 10 minutes a day and now I’m about 6.1 NBPEL. I’m really motivated and want to gain as much as possible and I can dedicate about 2 hours to PE daily. Can someone help me create a routine with no equipment? I know it would be easier with equipment but I can’t afford that right now due to the cost of school and living.

Welcome back! Long time no see. I like your attitude it shows you really want to get something done. The most progressive and powerful team is SRT. I suggest you have a good read through and come back with any questions you may have.
 
i completely agree with SRT but I have a hard time keeping extended with a sleeve because I’m uncircumcised and the sleeve kind of rolls off. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Have you tried the ace wrap method? That should work perfectly for you.
 
Been using the ace bandage and it’s been working well. Also, has anybody successfully straightened out a slight curve to their penis? I have a slight one that is becoming more apparent as I gain size. How could I fix this?

I’ve always preferred the ace bandage to every other wrap. I have created a curve but it’s the same method what you’re creating a curve or you’re trying to rid yourself of a curve. The usual discourse is to do jelq s bands against the curve. Also pumping while erect for five minutes at a time will also aid in pulling your Tunica straight. And some people say they have success with an ADS but I have not tested that method.
 
Mine curves to the left and I’ve tried an ADS but it didn’t work. Guess I’ll just keep going for now and possible use a pump whenever I get the chance to buy one. If anyone has ever corrected their curve let me know what you did.

Have you tried to erect jelqing against the bend? Also erect pumping will help too. I never corrected the curve but I have addeda curve by erect jelqing in the direction I wanted to curve. In your case you’ll be jelqing against it.
 
I haven’t tried that always thought it was a little dangerous. Definitely will try it out but I’m going to start slow because I haven’t been jelqing much.

It is always wise to take your time and master something before you go full out. Very smart my brother.
 
I recommend adding a pump to your routine. Pumps ..it will help a lot it will get your penis use to holding a lot of blood in in and you will have stronger & longer erections

Never really committed to a pump but maybe I’ll throw one into the routine. Haven’t seen much science to support it but there’s been guys on forums who have gained only using a pump.

Yes, with Pumps alone only help for temp gains...but using with PE routines helps with permanent gains they have some on here you can start out with Hang-lower

I get a weird aching feeling on the left side of my head when I go longer than five minutes. Definitely feel like I’ve been gentle too. Other than that, I’ve been stretching for two 15 minute sessions a day and staying wrapped up in between sessions. Haven’t measured but EQ has been great. Took these maca man pills that are from GNC and looked bigger than normal but obviously that’s due to the maca.

I was talking about jelqing. I don’t have a pump yet.

I understand now. If this is the case go five minutes at a time there is no minimum or maximum it’s what works best for you or in this case what is most comfortable for you.
 
Going to try to really up the intensity and duration of stretching. I’m going to do a 2 month challenge to try to gain as much as possible. After slightly losing some gains from inconsistent PE, I am back to 6 inches NBPEL. My goal is to gain 0.25 inches.

Can I suggest a stretching routine? If you’re looking for that go to the newbie routine and use the stretches outlined there. If you have a LM use it for these stretches because you will grow so much faster in doing so. Gaining a quarter inch is a snap!
 
I’ve been doing the newbie routine stretches as much as possible. Currently getting to about 45-60 minutes a day before I feel like I need to stop due to the tissues being very fatigued. I usually wrap after this and continue to do light stretching throughout the day.

never stop stretching when you have fatigue that is the best time to stretch. Let me explain; when you’re feeling fatigue it means that your pelvic floor muscles over train and put into a state of exhaustion. When this happens the pelvic floor muscles cannot hold back on the stretch you’re making so 100% of that stretch is going to tissue without interference from the pelvic floor muscles.

I’ve never thought about it like that but it does make a lot of sense. Crazy how there’s still so much to learn about PE even after being in the community for a while.

That’s true and I learn new stuff every single day.
 
Everything had been going good until about 5 minutes ago. Was getting in a good stretching session and I noticed as soon as I was done that my frenulum became strangely enlarged. It seems to be filled with some sort of fluid but I don’t have pain or anything. Looks very strange I don’t know what to do but I’m going to monitor it for a few days and see what turns out.
 
The swelling went down completely. Not even sure what was going on but I’m going to stop PE for a couple of days to be safe. Looked extremely weird and honestly kind of scared me.
 
It was really weird because there was no discoloring or pain but it felt like a water balloon. Thankfully, the swelling has completely gone away. Might have pinched a vein or something I’m not too sure. If anyone has a medical explanation feel free to share your thoughts.
 
The frenulum will do this from time to time. It used to happen to me also and I always want to weigh very quickly. Today I no longer have a frenulum, it was removed.

I was measuring one day with a wooden ruler that has that metal piece that goes through the middle of it, I hope you understand what I’m saying. But my ruler I used to measure had a very short edge and I slipped and next thing I knew I sheared my entire frenulum off. The pain was unbelievable, it lasted about two weeks. When I came back to train I had gained a half inch because of the removal. People saw this and then they started to practice frenulum removal. Today it’s a big thing.

Man this PE journey sure is full of ups and downs. I always find a way to make it back after falling off. With New Years recently passing I only have one resolution. Finally get to 7 NBPEL! Going to hop back on the newbie routine consistently and transition to SRT when ready for it. The past few months I’ve only been doing PE twice a week and have maintained 6.25 inches NBPEL but now it’s time for more.

that’s a perfect plan and you will get the seven if you stick with it. I bet you can add 3/4 of an inch within three months using SRT.

Let’s see if it’s possible. Going to update here every week as soon as I start srt. Going to hop off the newbie routine in a week or so I’m just trying to get back into the groove of things. Looking forward to the challenges ahead m.

I’m so excited for you to make that goal happen. It’s a very easy goal!
 
DLD I have a question for you. I have about 4 hours to spend per day on PE. I know you’re a big believer in high volume routines and wanted to ask, what is a realistic 2 month goal for me if I spend up to 4 hours focusing on length in particular with no equipment? I have gained almost one inch exactly in my entire PE journey but have been very inconsistent the past year and a half. Hopefully this means that my penis is in the right state to grow moving forward as the tissues are back to a more flexible state.

You won't see gains in 2 months no matter how hard you train. There is no short cut in PE. If you want to set short term goal, give it 6 months.
 
I understand what you’re saying but I’m not expecting crazy gains in 2 months. I know gains take time. Was just wondering if a rate of around 0.1 inches per month is achievable at this stage.
