Fresh Start after 1 year of PE

As you can see by the title, I’ve been doing PE for over a year. I used to post on thunders but I felt like I needed a change of scenery. I’m not going to speak on specifics but thunders wasn’t for me. The PE legends that exist on this forum are one of the biggest factors that contributed to me wanting to become a member here. So far, I’ve gained 0.55-0.6 inches through the use of an extender alone and I’m now at 6.3 BPEL. Never really did much manual exercises.

However, the glans of my penis began to recently develop weird stretch marks so I’m staying away from the extender for a while. Not sure what went wrong there I didn’t change anything and I’ve had a lot of experience with an extender. Anyways, now I am doing 20 minutes of stretching and wrapping the rest of the day in an attempt to heal in an extended state. I also Jelq about 5 minutes a day.

I’m super motivated right now and I’m going to do whatever it takes to reach my goal of 7 BPEL. Any advice or comments are welcomed and I will be posting here weekly with updates.

Thanks for coming out and posting, it is a big first step. When you say the legends are here you’re telling the truth. And don’t feel bad about Thunders their a bunch of ass hats. Just try to mention my name and you’re guaranteed to get banned immediately. They are no longer a PE forum, they are s social club for men who can’t gain! You got a find much more action around here and you’re going to find the best exercises here also. I suggest you look to SRT as this routine is being used more than any other. Just took a look at it. Seems like a good routine. I’ll start first thing tomorrow morning although I don’t have a cock ring yet. Is there any rest days with this routine?
 
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
 
That's JUST a package enhancer and nothing more. You're better off stuffing a sock in your pants if you want that. I tried a SFM a couple years ago and all it does is keep your penis warm.
 
I don’t care much for a visible bulge. Actually I would like the opposite. However, I do think it makes sense for healing in an extended state. An extender is probably ideal, but like I previously stated, my head seems to collapse towards my body which has been giving me weird stretch marks. This is regardless of tension levels. Might have to do something with my worn out noose but my plan is to lay off it for a month or so and then buy a new noose and try again.
 
Have you tried the Velcro modification with your extender? Because back in the day when most people were using the noise we came out with a Velcro strap that worked with most extenders. It works similarly to the noose but there was no slippage and it was much more comfortable. I think this is something you should try. You’ll find a sticky in the Sizegenetics forum called Velcro Mod.
 
I was able to find it. However, my concern is will it be able to support a good amount of tension? By the looks of it I’m not sure it can but then again I’ve never tried it so I don’t know for certain.

This is far stronger than the noose and much more comfortable. Another attachment option is the VLC, extremely comfortable and allows you to remain in the extender for much longer than other attachments. It makes putting on and taking of in seconds. Very cool.
 
Welcome bro. I didn't read all the post but I will advise you get a length master and use it in combination with your extender.

Don't be bothered by the stretch marks, they are PE battle scars. You will eventually go for 8.5 inches length because we are never satisfied.
 
I appreciate the help guys. last few days have been rough for me. Two days ago I had one of the worst feelings that many members have probably felt themselves. A friend I had known for a while but I wasn’t very close to told me that he smashed this same girl I was talking to. I knew this so this didn’t bother me too much because this was before we were talking and he said it just out of respect so I’m appreciative for that. Anyways that didn’t bother me, but then he told me about a time where they stopped talking and she would text him saying things like “I miss it” referring to his penis. I’ve heard from other females he’s packing some crazy size. I would be lying if I said that the whole thing didn’t make me feel like shit. Just the way she talked about it made me feel so insecure.

Anyways, I’m doing better I know I’ll get over it. Just going to use this feeling as motivation to better myself. I’ve stopped talking to this girl because I feel like it’s best to focus on me and deal with my own insecurities. Just like huge girth said, I may never be truly satisfied but I hope one day I can at least look at my stats and feel a sense of confidence.

Wow I’m so sorry you had to deal with this and it is a tough pill to swallow when we hear these things from women. I can give you hope in this that will accomplish a few things. Let me start with this, let’s say that this dude had a 8 inch cock and let’s say you have a 6 inch cock. After a year or two you can gain the size needed to pass him in size. When I was with my ex girlfriend Jen she talked about these two guys that were bigger than me. It made me feel like shit and being tha when I was with my ex girlfriend Jen she talked about these two guys that were bigger than me. It made me feel like shit and being OCD I needed to hear every detail. After talking about it I recommend the biggest guy she was with was about 8 inches long according to her measurements. At the time I was 6 1/2 inches long but I had just started PE. In my first 6 months I not only caught up to her old boyfriend size but I passed him by a half inch! As time progressed I got bigger and bigger and that old boyfriend became smaller and smaller LOL. I say this to a lot of people and I want you to take this to heart, never dig up the past because all you’re gonna get it dirty. Also don’t dig your girlfriends past, this is just as dangerous. No that a girl who is with you and loves you is not thinking about an ex-boyfriend. I mean when you’re making love to your new girlfriend do you think or compare her to your old girlfriends? I don’t so I figure you don’t either. Let the past be the past and start taking advantage of the moment. You will beat this dude in size if you’re determined and committed enough. Although just a little more than 0.1 inches in 2 and a half months, I’m pretty happy because I only logged about 160 hours in my extender during this span. Been very consistent with manuals since I’ve joined I haven’t missed a day. Great flaccid hang throughout the day as well. Happy New Years to everyone!

That’s great sounds like you’re coming along just perfect. I’m also very inspired by your motivation in this. PE is about two different things discipline and motivation. Between these two important things we find our growth and our consistency. I have learned to become very disciplined and I have a learned to channel my energy in the moment to inspire and motivate myself to do the things I need to do. So to every man out there, take heed, discipline and motivation are the keys to success.
 
Been consistent and still haven’t missed a day. I’m looking to buy a cock ring to keep expansion throughout the day but I don’t know what size to get. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it my current girth is 4.8 inches.

One solution is to go to an automotive store and buy a bundle of different sized O-rings. They work pretty well and it makes it easier to find your best size. I think the box I bought was less than 10 USD.
Everyone needs O-rings anyway. :D I did actually replace one ring related to our sink a while ago, so overall it has been a good purchase.

To me that’s the cheapest and smartest solution to cock rings. There’s so many different sizes so they’ll fit you through all of your PE growth.
 
I’ll definitely purchase some o-rings soon thanks for the recommendations. Continued with my routine today and my unit felt a lot heavier than usual. I think I’m on to something thanks to the SRT routine and everyone who has helped me out these past few weeks. I’m beyond appreciative as there was a point in time where I thought everything was hopeless but I think things are finally going in the right direction!
 
Goody hair ties are cheap, plentiful and do the trick for me

Goody hair bands are all over my house LOL I have long hair so I’m tying it back all the time. This is probably the least expensive method of imitating a cock ring. You can make it as tight as you like by doubling up there tie which gives you unlimited options as far as girth goes.

For that reason I’m going to lay off my extender for a while even though that thing has worked for me in the past. You might want to pick up a set of our sleeves especially the gl you might want to pick up a set of our sleeves especially the head cap as this may solve your stretch mark issue. Also you can never do enough stretching so if you feel like adding another routine and go for it, some days I would do many routines!

Then would it also make sense that the more manual stretches done throughout the day, the better gains one will make? For example, would 4 20 minute sessions be more beneficial than 2 20 minute sessions? I originally came from a forum that would greatly argue against this due to the belief that such a routine would cause injury. However what do you guys think?

You can never overdo stretching ever. The more the better in every situation. Even when you’re in a state of total fatigue it is the perfect time to stretch. I literally stretched for hours every day and I made faster gains than anyone in the world.

You can overdo her but even in that case we are Left with fatigue that only makes stretching that much easier. I didn't really know this either.....but it totally makes sense. I train 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off currently. When I am on my 2nd day of training in a row, sometimes I am too fatigued to use my bathmate or clamp but I can almost ALWAYS do my tension stretches. @DLD, what do you recommend for hanging? I was recommended to do 3 sets of 20 minutes hanging. Would it be bad to add more to that? I am going to start hanging in about a week and a half or so.
 
Add a minimum three sets of 20 minutes. If you’re doing other length exercises this will only increase the speed of your gaining.
 
Great! Ok. So I'm definitely going to buy myself a Lengthmaster by the end of the month for sure. I just need to wait a paycheck or two.

I did buy the sleeves :) Everything is supposed to arrive tomorrow I believe.
 
Been gone for a while, since then I’ve been on and off with PE but have done manuals about 3 times a weeks. However, my extender parts finally came in and im ready to start back up with that. Going to do manuals and then strap in for 3-4 hours daily since this is all I can manage for now. Summer I’ll crank it up to 6 hours.

Sounds good what extender are you using? And I assume you’re only going for length am I correct? If so the routine that you have above will be very good. I did vies you to take some cues from SRT in the healing portions to help you gain faster.
 
I’m using a cheap extender from eBay. Definitely plan on upgrading in summer but for now this will have to do. It’s similar to the size genetics but obviously isn’t the best quality.

I highly recommend you go with the SiliStretcher over any other stretcher as it is the best on the market right now and it’s only getting better! We will be adding additions to it in the future to make it even better. And we make it right here in the brotherhood.

Expecting instant gains within a month is the fastest route to failure/depression in PE. What has been working for me, is to measure only once in 6 months. I doubt if anybody can give you an accurate answer concerning your question.
 
I can’t believe it I hit my goal of 6 NBPEL! When I started this was my “final goal.” Now that I’m here I want even more (of course). Couldn’t have done it without you guys thanks to everyone who’s given me advice. Road to 6.5 starts now.
