Foreskin Restoration from Enlargement Exercises

You said you are 10 inches erect, that pump seems small compared to your flaccid size, so I can understand that while pumping your penis will get flooded with blood, thus resulting in you reaching your max BPEL, therefore you will need a bigger pump, mainly because:

You have to accommodate the ball + glans + the hole shaft in order to achieve a proper vaccum that stretches the foreskin.



If your goal is to have a bigger glans size then by all means.
If its not the case, just don't pump the glans.
Nearly 10", but not on the nose, just yet. 9.75" is where I am right now. Yes the cylinder and its opening is extremely small. When I ordered my foreskin tool, three brands turned me down before I found one that fit, due to the width of my glans being too large for their devices. In all fairness the customer service from those places was spot on. It would have been a waste of money. The TLC Tugger works well and fits pretty good. The concept of the pump interests me. I haven't checked yet to see if a bigger cylinder will help, though I agree, it's probably the solution. I appreciate your input here, brother. Thanks!
 
That's exactly what I'm up to, brother. Foreskin restoration is a strong goal with my PE as well. I'm using the TLC Tugger. Their customer service was very attentive and I appreciated this. Results showed up right away, until I started to test and prefer other tools that were more all in one. I'm an active guy so aside from pumping, mobility for me is key. How's your progress going, and what tools are you using? What was/is your CI coverage?
You might want to check this pump out, depending where you are in your PE journey. I can see that yes, going slowly, it does work.

I'm currently using the Lengthmaster (LM) for active stretching, the "clamp" part of the LM for hanging, and I do some ADS with the SS2.

I think we're at the same CI level. I began at around CI-1 and over time (unintentionally) have progressed to CI-3. Graphically, when I'm flaccid, there is slight bunching of the skin behind the ridge and erect, I can easily cover halfway up the glans.

Pumping the glans isn't something that interests me much. Maybe when the mood hits.

What's your goal for CI? I wouldn't mind going to CI-8 or 9. Pumping and PE encouraged foreskin growth. The SS2 gives me a good tug and I'm seeing that also helps with foreskin restoration. The sleeves make good foreskin retainers also I find. How's the LM working for you?

I think getting to CI-7 or CI-8 would be good - I'm not as concerned about the flaccid state but rather, I want that gliding of the foreskin along the shaft (when I was CI-0/1, the lack of gliding made things incredibly uncomfortable). Absolutely, doing the Uncle Jim's wrapping method for elongation improves the CI most effectively, I've found.

The LM is incredible - very versitle piece of equipment and allows for that added pulling force during the stretch (not to metion, allowing you to perform two-handed stretches). I see you've already bought a number of devices but put the LM on the top of the wish list.

I can see why the LM would be beneficial, and I would love to add more pull and weights to my routine in the near future, when I can freely have the privacy for it. I always use two hands for stretching. Do you mean stretching exercises with the LM? Sorry, I'm not clear on that.
 
This pump will not work for a big penis. It would for smaller sizes though. This morning I put the ball over my glans and wanted to see if I could just pump up the foreskin in the cylinder. My penis is very thick and there isn't enough cylinder to accommodate my size or the foreskin. The width of your glans at the base couldn't be anymore than 1 3/8", where mine is 53mm, just over 2". A bigger cylinder won't retain the ball at the end to prevent it from rolling out, up, and inside the cylinder. That was an expensive test, a whim really because I wanted to test it out, hence, been there done that! Result for me: Like trying to put a fat candle in a slender candlestick. Glad I tested it though.

Yes, that’s what I mean. You use the hole in the power assist part of the LM and as you pull your penis through there, it acts as a fulcrum that allows for better stretches. Does that make sense? I’ve done my routine today but can provide a demonstration photos tomorrow, if needed.

The extra skin and sensation clued me in right quick about what I've been missing. I'm not sure if this applies to all uncircumcised men, but, there is also an increase in pre-cum flow from the added foreskin sensation for me.

Cool, yeah if it's providing gains it would be great to see your progress. I'm not very familiar with the LM either. These tools are fantastic though, and it sounds like it's working pretty well for you. Let me know what your routines include? I'm working with PE that will add length and add value to my foreskin. Sounds excellent. Mind if I ask how you unintentionally made it to CI-3?- mine was a result of pumping. So, like you, I'm focused right now with length and foreskin growth, that's exactly where I am with PE. After consistently wearing the SS2, I already see permanent result; heavier hang, more volume and mass also. More sexual drive also. With this, it's all a process. I can go to the gym, and talk with other dudes about my routine. For PE, most of it up until now has been solo without others on the same journey to talk to. I've seen some dudes who get terrific gains from hanging. I personally like how it feels so I wouldn't mind testing it out more as a routine soon. I was wondering ... what is NBPEL? Keep it going, brother, it's great to see you!

In general basic PE exercise will cause someone who is uncircumcised to gain back some of their foreskin. You could put even more effort into this and actually bring yourself back to the point of uncircumcision.
