$2-5 for vacuum cup, $7 for necklace strap but could use string save about $6.80, glans protectors $4, elastic Walmart string as ring about 12-20 cents, so I will say safely this costs max $16.20 BUT could have been $11.80 if using only string for necklace part even could save about $2-3 and use Amazon finger sleeves instead of glans protectors (a bit harder to pull over cup but should work too) I will be trying it out tomorrow!!!!!!!+++++++

USA, you can even homemake your own bathmate look on Amazon for cylinders, buy a good one, buy a small sink plunger rubber preferably, then buy blood pressure bulbs

The cylinder is the issue, you can find a pumping device easily however finding cylinder such as the mitivac's is hard .

Buy all of these on Amazon in the pics, cut the rubber over the plastic cylinder but leave about two inches on all sides fold it over duct tape it like crap now the top of the cylinder drill a hole big enough for blood pressure bulbs hose duct tape it in there about an inch maybe 3/4 inch in the tube and the sink plunger cut off the handle make it fully cut off duct tape that to the bottom of another cylinder and repeat the top process if no drill use a knife or scissors carefully you can make three just buy three bulbs n plungers if you can find rubber sink plungers get those instead

Unfortunately, the import of anything that remotely considered as medical devices, be a pump, a cylinder, or a pill, can be taxed heavily. At times, the costs is as much as 500% of the value of the product. Freaking political crap game they play around the world.

It's not just the tax, but the import fees on top the import taxes. It's crazy. I know one region of Middle East, part of Africa, and the region of China will make you pay handsomely for medical components coming from outside of just the province. It's nuts.
