Finally got rid of PPP K

I scraped the bumps away slowly as the warm water hit the bumps and grind them away .

They're literally unnoticeable now .

DLD, any particular brand/type? would a Crest tartar control work, or it needs to be a specific toothpaste for smokers? my only concern is getting burnt by it.

There is a brand called Rembrandt but it is very expensive ($12), look for the generic version in the same area and will cost half. You will not get burned although it is a cool, tingly feeling.
