weight and traction force loads carefully. Where you are now, increase 0.5lb of traction load using the
LM every other week. BUT, the key now is to keep the penis elongated under traction at least 6 hours a day to break the tug-back cycling. You have to keep the penis under traction tension at 1.2kg for that 6 hours after the length exercises using an extender or a stretcher.

@huge-girth has been monitoring potential growth using ACE bandages to create a casting wrap to keep things elongated. The sleeves and softer wrap will help with the healing, but the harder bandages (or tapes) create stronger immobilized casts acting as passive extender with at least 1.1kg of traction force, as long as your penis doesn't turtle/retract. This is a cheap alternative, but over time, the tapes can be quite expensive.
