Having trouble with gains, been using lengthmaster and I felt I was getting somewhere but not. Keeping it wrapped as much as possible while resting and after peing. When I first started hanging I got gains quick. Frustration has grown. Is there a point where you can’t gain anymore?? And how much rest is necessary? Feeling stuck.
 
I'll go 4 positions left center right (BTC,downwards,outwards,upwards all bundled) 5 minutes each side . Is going to be challenging. Would take like 45 mins a whole routine..Wdyt?
That's not a long time. 45 minutes is a very Good amount of time. Are you doing all of these stretches using the length master. Have you tried the power assist yet? There is so much you can do with this tool. And I hope you're taking an advantage of all it has to offer. Much love my brother in Christ

I used the LM as a power assist for a while. (Broke the hanging portion). I bought it and built the LM again. I feel the traction is way better. I'm measuring by the end of may and evaluate what I have to improve and change..I got great suggestions from old and lively. I'm having a LM routine tonight + pumping. Indeed there are many different routines.I would like to write a few that could help me out in the near future. Thanks🙏.

Go back a few discussions. Like the brothers chasing the intense length growth using crazy and heavy hanging and pulling methods before you, their tissues got strengthen and thicken to the point of a hard plateau. If you want to go past that plateau, either a very long rest to reset the tissues, or push past the body's limiting factors that hold you back.

Just like brother @9.5inchpro and @LONGERDICK7+ really intense sessions, approach the weight and traction force loads carefully. Where you are now, increase 0.5lb of traction load using the LM every other week. BUT, the key now is to keep the penis elongated under traction at least 6 hours a day to break the tug-back cycling. You have to keep the penis under traction tension at 1.2kg for that 6 hours after the length exercises using an extender or a stretcher.

If you don't want to use an extender or stretcher, coach @huge-girth has been monitoring potential growth using ACE bandages to create a casting wrap to keep things elongated. The sleeves and softer wrap will help with the healing, but the harder bandages (or tapes) create stronger immobilized casts acting as passive extender with at least 1.1kg of traction force, as long as your penis doesn't turtle/retract. This is a cheap alternative, but over time, the tapes can be quite expensive.

I have silisleeves and ace bandages I have this sleeve that comes with the Mityvac that could be useful too. I'd like to try the ace bandage use it as a passive extender too.

Yeah, I’ve been resting quite a bit since February as I told you guys and I’ve just kept it wrapped, but I still had pull back and now that I saw the wrapping video I did not realize that you put a sleeve over the Thera band and then wrap it and I’ve been doing that now For about a week and just gonna do this for a little bit more before I get back into stretching.

That is how I wrapped my whole career. I love ACE as it can do so much. It is especially good for keeping you penis in an elongated state while you heal.

He’ll the only time I don’t have it wrapped in a sleeve is when I sleep. Other than that I’m keeping it elongated as long as possible. I got the wrong size durosleeve though. Ordered a 1” x 6” and got 7/8” x 5”. Don’t know how that happened but I’ve emailed to see if I can get the correct one but not hearing back, probably just gonna re buy because I don’t want to lose time. I have silisleeve5 on now 1” x 5” but it’s starting to wear. It’s definitely working though that’s why I need the stiffer sleeve.

@DLD and his crew will help you to correct this one. The sleeve is quite stiff for that purpose. Think of it as a reusable ACE bandage with better hygiene.

If you are even more impatient, run down to the local drug store or box store and grap some ACE bandage or or coban tape for now. It will keep your penile shaft elongated until the sleeve arrives.

If you have the softer sleeves, wrap the inner layer with coban/bandage, and put a sleeve over it. It will act as both compression and semi-solid cast. Think of it as a temporary penis extender cast. Just do make sure to monitor for the penis of cold feeling, numbness, or lack of blood flow when using any elongation method as the traction load reaches 1kg or higher.

Just to be clear, when you say traction force, does that mean my penis has to be completely extended without the slightest pull back or just elongated fully with obviously that tiny drawback that is there??

Elongated without pull back is just a relaxed state. This commonly has NO traction force. This is to ONLY promote blood flow into the penile shaft for faster healing and delivery of resources for cells to use.

Using wraps, extender, stretchers, and sturdy sleeves, placing a traction force where there is an ACTIVE STRETCH between two points (somewhere between the penile shaft or between the base of the glans and the base of the penis), you are forcing void gaps to be created or maintained. So, there is a difference between keeping elongated in a relaxed flaccid state to promote blood flow and an active stretch during flaccid state.

Makes sense. Also do you think it’s bad to have sex/masturbate after a workout? Shits looking long and hard not to get after it lol, especially when my baby is excited lol. Is it bad for gains??

I do it all the time. My wife would jump on top of me when I was in the middle of my PE or right after my hour long PE routines. There's no bad outcome from it. It just whether or not you can maintain a good EQ coming out from a full stress loading period. At time, my little guy can't even get up after, other times, my EQ tanked after 15 minutes, or worst, after 5 minutes.

It's not bad for gains at all. Actually, if you can get hard for a full hours of excitement and keep pounding her until she screams for that long of a period of time, that's a major benefit to you. During this excited time, imagine the amount of hormones and blood rushing into the penis to keep it going. Nothing but benefit. The best ones are the endorphin loading with high nitric oxide level, that stimulate cellular activities at 200% because the body is flagged to repair, repair, repair, and build to sustain the penile rigidity for procreation. This is the way I would and have for my entire career in pe. Once you master it it serves so many purposes. I mainly used it everytime I was not doing pe with a break and rewrap break every hour.

Impatience really setting in. Been in rest mode since February doing very little btc stretches and pumping. Keeping it wrapped all the time but during sleep. You guys think it’s gonna take 6 months for penis to get out of defense mode and start stretching? I’m gonna lose it lol. It’ll be 4 months mid June

You can always experiment. Everyone break's period varies. If you are going bonker, why not ease back in after the 4th month mark. Keep at PE routines for another 6 months for gain observation, and if worst comes to worst, next period will be 6 months. This is your journey, brother. Only you and your body know when to start and when to stop. We can only observe based on your reports.

What happened that you're not longer training?
Most of the time I get sidetracked after a few weeks sometimes I just stop for no particular reason. I'll resume tomorrow.. Now I know why very few can fulfill their goals. P.E. is not only how the body reacts or whatever to P.E. Is the mind too. Is hard to have a disciplined mind really hard. When an untrained mind tries to achieve a goal the weaker mind acts a saboteur..Be wary of this.

Now I have to digest that part.. Every time I get my routine finished..I will just leave it. And move on with my life..

Tomorrow I have a chance to resume and exercise my cock.. I get frustrated because I want faster gains that's the hardest part.. I have to learn to stay patient. Enjoy each every session and each end every mm I gain..That's all..I know you are Magic Mike 😆 help me out to get a bigger penis everyday. Much love everyone

What are the benefits of the sili caps for pumping??

There are two versions of the cap. The SiliCap that you wear over the glans allows the skin to be compressed during expansion. This prevents skin blistering. It also provides tractions you need to prevent slippage out of the cup. However, most of our glans are smaller than the vacuum cup/bell, so, it doesn't do quite justice. Slippage will occur.

The second cap is the upper curve cap to flush with the vacuum lid. It creates a gentle curve to huge the tip of the glans to work in tandem with the wearable cap, preventing blister. It works, if and only if you can get your glans to touch all the walls of the curved cap and cup.

Coconut oil for the win lol. It’s actually good for the skin too. I had the silisleeve but wanted duro for the full traction
I never used coconut oil but am willing to try. Does it smell and what kind of traction have you seen?

Try jojoba or argan instead. No scent, or very little scented, but just as good of carrier oils. We use them to mix up specific ratios for daily uses.

It doesn’t smell, but now I’m confused lol. How do you see traction? I thought traction was just fully elongated and feel!? Sorry can you elaborate on what traction is supposed to look like??

Never mind coconut oil actually affects the silicone. It makes it looser. Maybe I used too much cause it didn’t happen before. I googled it and it affects the strength of silicone
