I am 5'5" and 17 years old. I know I am a shorty, but I have grown comfortable with the fact. I have always dated smaller women and had no problem with it. But, ever since I was a kid, I was a little chubber. Now I am not talking about over weight with rolls showing through my clothes. I am simply talking about a little baby fat. Anyone who saw me in my clothes would say, "Pfft! You aren't chubby!".
In the past year I have been going to the gym more often so I am getting more definition out of my body. The problem is, when I gain muscle mass, it seems to make that little bit of chub more prominent. Are you lost yet? If so, I am sorry. Lol. Anyways. I am starting to stick to a cardio routine and a diet. But, I figure since I am "really" attacking this fat thing for the first time, why not experiment. I just recently got a job so I would like to see what natural fat burners are on the market. There is the question.
What do you guys suggest? Do the fat burning supplements accelerate the pace of fat burning as oppose to if I were to just "run" and eat "healthy"? What ingredients should I be looking out for? I have heard of a lot of fat burning supplements containing some no-no ingredients.
I guess the ultimate goal of mine would to get leaner. Cutter. I want to look in the mirror and be glad I have obtained a leaner body shape.
So if you guys can help, I would be most appreciative, as always.
