Out of 35 respondents, here are the results so far:
of the circumcised crew, 33% are fast gainers and 67% are not
of the uncircumcised crew, 41% are fast gainers and 59% are not
of the loose/restoring crew, 44% are fast gainers and 56% are not
So it seems to me that the amount of skin does make a noticable difference in pe. The extra skin seems to give an 8 to 11% increase in fast gains, which is pretty good, I think.
