Progress thread F26 - Grower to a Shower - create a flaccid Monster & Journey to 10 x 6.5 ?

100% DLD. I love the PMP belt system, it's very comfortable. The rod system is also great, but I don't like walking around with it as you can feel it when you're moving. But the belt system is completely stealth and even comfortable to wear LOL

Are you talking about our belt system? I have not seen anybody with a belt system comes close to ours.

I can wear it all day and it's even comfortable, already had been bicycling for 60min while wearing it (cwl)

I always prefer belt > rod system as they are much more comfortable, and doesn't cause problems while walking/moving/driving car/doing daily things and so on, but I know that rod actually would be better as it's more accurate, but it is how it is. Don't want to change my life/lifestyle for PE too much.

Man I don't know if my dick is different, but it feels like manual stretching isn't enough.
Since a few days I can actually stretch with as much force as I have in my arms and it's not a problem, doesn't hurt or nothing.
Now I'm switching over more to half-bundled, bundled work as I can feel it's more intense than normal stretching, glad I've always written that in my Insights for Month 2.
Also what really works perfectly on me is the LM Power Assist Wrench exercises (click here) as I can really feel my ligs while doing the exercise.
⚠ But as multiple times said in my thread, this exercises shouldn't be done by newbies and just by people which really have a good feeling of their dick and body in general, too much force and you could cause serious damage to your ligs! ⚠
I'm just doing this exercise carefully, I don't even push the Power Assist into my ligs, I just slightly let it 'touch' my skin and put it on my ligs. Even with that low force you can already feel your ligs becoming fatigue after 5min (as newbie).

Directly afterwards I'm doing erect work every second day, one reason is that I don't want my good EQ go down and another reason is that I directly want to workout my stretched dick from before.
Second reason is that after each length training BPFSL is usually higher than before (@longstretch shows it in each training log with strains).

With that I've the feeling & also based on logical thinking, that I can push my BPEL directly after length training and while doing Erect work higher than my BPEL usually is which sums up a great training for me.

Also during Erect Work I'm bending my dick into all kind of directions! Just doing it with as much force as it doesn't hurt and still feels comfortable.
I don't know if it helps in any way, but normally it should also push force on the tissue + corpora cavernosa & corpus spongium (click for anatomy of the dick).
Another thing to say for jelqing: Starting with low EQ and during jelqing my EQ goes up anyways until I'm at 100% EQ pretty soon, then I'm jelqing at 100% EQ, doing Erect Stretches, bending and all the other stuff which I've listed in my Insight 3 days ago.

I feel you, hot showers in the morning are awesome.
I'm still doing mid-warm to hot showering in the beginning, just shortly to feel comfortable and wash my body, shave and shampooing my hair.
Afterwards it's time to get ❄

I've digged into it few months ago, I already heard about this years ago, tried it shortly but haven't been consistend and when I was tired I bullshitted myself always with all kind of excuses that today I'm feeling to tired for doing this or any other excuse why I don't wanna do it that day.

Few weeks ago as I've really started to get rid of all my excuses in life and stopped bullshitting myself, I've also started cold showers again.
As said above, at first I'm showering on mid-temp/hot to still have a good feeling but then it's time to show if I'm a sissy or a real man (cwl)
I recommend to start it on mid-temp and then lowering the temperature daily, but I really didn't do it. It was cold and uncomfortable anyways so I'm always adjusting the shower tap (?) on the maximum coldness.

Cold Shower Routine:
Starting at my legs, slowly going up, cursing and hating my life at that moment (still), first the one leg, then the other one.
Then I'm fully aiming on my balls and dick (shortly stretching it so it doesn't turtle till nirvana).
Next step is to aim on my fatpad as I really want to get rid of it and maybe it helps.
Afterwards doing my arms, starting at the hands and going up to the shoulders. Then I'm doing the belly and chest, afterwards my back and then I'm hanging up the showerhead on the mounting again, letting it rain on my face (good against pimples) and on my head.

I don't have any problems with it, but when you're doing it on maximum coldness and putting your head below the showerhead, you start getting 'brain-freeze' like when you eat too much/very cold ice or drinking ice-cold slushy. So my head I'm just doing for a few seconds, then doing my body again being fully under the shower-head and so on.

After getting out on the shower you will feel like Superman and your body starts heating itself up, great feeling and you are starting fully awaken in the day. All the health benefits and more about it in the links below :)

I'm doing it mainly for the health benefits, but also to kill my comfort zone every day at the beginning, so you can say you already accomplished something.
For me it's also a great thing about self-control and being more clear in my head. But I'm not only doing this, I'm also doing some light meditation and focus on breathing and things like that a few mins a day or when I'm getting stressed, works wonders.

Also this shit makes the immune system much stronger and Wim Hof even did an experiment of getting flu bacteria/virus injected in his blood while being at a hospital and being checked by devices and he didn't get sick LOL
People from eastern countries are doing this since ages and athletes are doing it also after their workouts, it's helping the body regenerating faster.

I've done lots of erect stretching and erect bends yesterday, my dick is still pumped, thick and plump in a flaccid state.
Great feeling for me as a grower, for sure it's only temporary but it already gives a good feeling!
Currently I'm really enjoying the erect stretches and bends, I even stay erect for a few minutes while just doing that and no other touching.
As soon as I feel that my EQ goes down a little bit because the erection drops, I do some stroking and we're back up to 100% :D
it's like a game - dick vs me and really enjoyable. I really would have never thought that erect stretches/bend don't hurt and can give such great temp. gains. It's even better than when I've done pumping/bathmate for few mins when I've tested them.
But this was the first time, the days before it hadn't happened even if I did the same exercises, but maybe it wasn't that intense as yesterday.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhrrrgggrhhhh, how the fucking hell do you do erect stretches? I can't figure this out. If I'm erect, my penis gets too hard to move anywhere other than up and down (pivoting at the base, obviously). How can you stretch a steel rod?

Thought the same when I started haha :D
I position one hand below the glans and the other hand at the baseshaft and then I stretch with my hand below the glans, few seconds later I also start pulling with the hand on my base and then start rotating it a little like rotary stretches - here you really can feel it. You don't need to pull just straight, you can also pull to the sides (@DLD has made an BM exercise out of this: Bathmate Hardcore Stretches). It's designed to pull more dick out of the body, like expressive stretching.
It's difficult, but I started with making rotating movements at the shaft while the other hand at the glans had been pulling the dick.
 
Do you feel as though the testicle health stretch and massage is giving you a much better hang due to the separation of the upper scrotum and the base of the penis?

After Testicle Health Massage but also after my manual workouts my dick already starts to hang a little bit, even thought the 'hanging angle' is still shit as it doesn't really hang down, but that will also improve after becoming a shower over the next few months and increasing my flaccid size :)
Sadly the hang is still just temporary but at least it's improving and the more often I do it, the more permanent it will become!

Working on it every single day and trying to be as consistent as I can.
Today I'll give an update about some other great shit which maybe will help me becoming a shower even faster, I'm really dedicated on making it work and I'm more than thankful for this forum and the Brotherhood here with all of you great and supportive people :)

I’m so happy you’re seeing that as that’s exactly what this exercise is supposed to do. It really is a complete solution to turkey neck if people are the only practice it. I’m so glad you’re reaping the benefits of an awesome exercise.

Yep, getting rid of the turkey neck will be a long process.
I think for really 'curing' it, it will take daily work for at least 6-12 months.
But this is still better than doing a surgery, let's see what the results will be in a few months as I really can't say anything about the turkey neck after just 1 month now.

Update/Upgrade - Most stealth PE device ever + wearing it while sleeping & doing sports?

Finally it arrived! It was a very fast delivery, but I just couldn't wait for it.
As you all know I'm wearing my extender pretty consistent averaging around 14+ hours per day, which is pretty good.
But I often also told you about that I need something more comfortable for the night + during sports + when I'm for a long time in public like in the city, at family/friends and can't take the PMP with me.
Don't get me wrong, I can wear the Penimaster without problems in public and throughtout the day + it's stealth, but there is still one thing which sometimes gives me a cold shower on my back --> if somebody touches you by accident, you're fcked because they will feel the glans chamber LOL
I mostly wear my extender to the side (left/right) and if somebody of my friends or family touches my body, not by hands but accidentally when you're walking by in the house/kitchen or wherever when you're with them, then it always happens that your bodies are having contact sometimes.
Gladly I've always done prevention and did my hands in front of my extender glans chamber or switched my body to the other side (which maybe also looked awkward while talkingto each other) that you move your body position like 90 degrees when somebody comes next to you LOL

So I made the decision and tried to step up my game - Stealth Innerwear as I've heard really good experiences of it from other members and in the internet generally.

Mostly the only problem/dislike with the product was that most people are making a mistake during measuring for picking the right size.
After reading about that a few times, I decided to do 5 measurements throughout the day, sum them up, divide them by 5 (because 5 measurements) and had the average.
Also they have lots of great other products in which I'm highly interested, but at first I always want to test the brand if it's not bad, they do what they promise and how the customer care actually is. Lots of people do marketing perfectly but can't hold their promises so I'm very careful.

Alright, so I've ordered the normal innerwear and the strapless one.
As you guys know from the topic of this thread, I'm a 'grower' + my dick is a very bad turtle dick LOL As soon as I'm doing sports or if it's a little bit cold it shrinks down to 2" or even less. Yep, that's the sad reality. I don't even care if I have a bulge, but what happens when you have a 2" flaccid in your pants? It doesn't even hang down and people also notice it because they see you have a little flaccid dick (fail) so instead of not just being noticeable, it is noticeable but in a bad way as it doesn't hang but points straight. I also have a turkey neck so it's even worse!
This isn't really a big problem when wearing normal trousers/pants, but if you're in the gym or doing sports in public, if you're indoor swimming or doing other physical activities, it's really annoying because I'm not completely relaxed, I always check that my dick doesn't point straight and trying wearing a hoodie or a big sweater which hides it...
And also guess what some people may even think if my dick points straight? Yes, that it's erect. So it's not just bad, it's a double fuck up!

Well, it took me 15min at my first try to get in it (fail)(cwl) I nearly gave up and thought I did order the wrong size. Gave it a last try then, used more force and it worked. At first I tried the strapless wear (left one) and after 3min my glans already slipped through. Thought again that I picked the wrong size, but then I started to use the retainer band. Put it on but guess what? My glans was too small for it and still slipped through(cwl)
Then I 'double folded' the retainer band and put it behind the glans, perfect, it worked. For sure it was too tight to wear it all day as I knew it will get cold after 20-40min like a wrap and I won't be able to pee with it as it was too tight, but I wanted to know the feeling of it.
1hour later for sure my glans was cold due to the tightness of the double folded retainer band.
Then I switched over and tested the normal innerwear, here it was perfect, no slippage as the strap on the base creates some force against the glans and even with my very unique special dick with lots of problems it works perfectly.
I peed with it multiple times now and as I'm writing this post now on the next day, I already slept while wearing that thing without having problems(fire)

So for me, I could easily use a hair bobble which is buyable at nearly every store and wear that behind my glans for the strapless one, but I think I'll place a new order as I also want to checkout some other stuff and get me the smaller retainer bands which will fit. For the time between now until next arrival I'll stick to the normal innerwear with the base strap.
If I want to get a more tight fit I can use the sleeves/skins which you can see in the pictures which also will give me more girth and a bigger bulge.

Guess my flaccid size now when wearing this? Freaking 4.5-4.7" flaccid length, still being able to pee, sleep and also having a noticeable bulge (even without the skin/sleeves). Doesn't sound great, but my usual flaccid length is 2.9"!

So I'm definitely more than happy with it and stepped up my game a little bit.
Hopefully I can now be able to wear my extender for 14h and wear this thing for the other 8h, but let's better say 6h as I also do manual training and will also take it off during showering (even if you could actually wear it, but then it would be wet).

Cross the fingers that I'm able to make this happen and nearly be 24h extended each day :)
