extra exercising

Does anybody know how effective extra exercising on top of a regular routine is? I stick to my regular plan, I have about one resting day every fortnight. However, occasionaly I will spend a whole day doing lazy ass stretches on and off on top of the routine.

Anybody else tried this and found it effective?
 
You can never do too many Lazy Ass stretches, or length work for that matter. Don't be afraid to stretch all the time as long as you are not experiencing any sharp pain.
 
Nah if pain gets too much, I'll always stop. I think I am benefitting quite a lot because I am proud to announce my latest measurement has given me .2" length and .25" girth in 2 weeks. Newbie gains. Love it.
