Exercises for Gaining Depth

I'm starting to notice that the only place I am gaining girth is my width, my depth is not moving and has not changed for the past almost 7 months. My width is a tad over 2". I'm having a problem gaining girth and im wondering if gaining depth would be the key. What exercises increase depth? Right now my routine is:

300 Jelqs
5 Horse 440's
15 min clamped
3 clamped Mini-supra slammers

2 on 1 off

What do you guys think?
 
While clamped and squeezing for girth, concentrate on putting pressure on the sides. Of course ahead of the squeeze, it will be irrelevant, but at the point of the squeeze, there will be more pressure at the top and bottom. Move your squeeze point up and down. Don't know if it will help, but it won't hurt.
