Wash it and your goober to make sure there is no oils on it or your skin. I also feel that a freshly cleaned unit has some moisture and is sticky. Other than that make sure to roll up as much skin as possible

Cheers to that mate. Your advice worked perfectly, I am now able to stay hooked up for 5+ hours.
