Eugine’s new road to 8x6

Hey brothers,

I’ve taken the past couple years off of pe (doing it very rarely) due to lack of time, but now I am coming back with vengeance and want to finally get the size I’ve always wanted.

@DLD helped build me a length routine to start with and then once I reach my length goals I am going to start implementing more girth work. The routine that I am going to be doing is...

-bundled LM/manual stretches (5-10 minutes total)
- basic stretching routine; BTC, straight down, straight out, left out, right out, straight up, and rotary cranks (3 sets each for 30 seconds, along with 25 rotaries)
-power assist fulcrum stretches (4 of them for 2-5 minutes per stretch)
-expressive LM/manual low grip stretches (5-10 minutes)
-erect stretching (10 minutes every other day)
-testicle health massage and stretch routine
-silistretcher and silicone ads sleeve as long as possible

For the power assist fulcrum stretches it wouldn’t allow me to watch or download the videos so if someone could help explain how to do some of them that would be very much appreciated.

Also I need to buy a new LM so until I get that I am going to be doing all stretches manually.

I am also waiting for my new sili sleeve and sili cap to come in so that I can finally use my silistretcher (the sleeves I had for it before didn’t fit well, I am hoping these ones fit better).

I am going to try to stay as active as I can be on the forums and try to stay as consistent as I can with my routine, it might be hard to do it every single day in August but once September hits I am going all out! Overall I am looking forward to starting this routine and finally making the gains I’ve always wanted!

(P.S: starting size is about 6.75-7” NBPEL x 4.75-5” MSEG)
 
Day 1:

-6 minutes of bundles
-3x30 seconds of basic stretching routine (BTC, left, right, down, up, and out)
-3x25 rotaries clockwise and counter clockwise
-3-5 minutes of A stretches (didn’t have my powerassist with me today)
-5 minutes of Mandingo stretches
-3-5 minutes of testicle stretch
-10-12 hours in ads sleeves at 60-70% of BPFSL (my turkey neck inhibits me from extending it all the way because the sleeves roll up)

When I was trying manual expressive stretching today I felt that I was only stretching the skin so I switched it up to Mandingo stretches which I’ve always liked. Still waiting on my New sleeves so that I can use my silistretcher, I believe they should be in either tomorrow or the next day though!

Going to try my hardest to post my daily routines as often as possible.

Thank you DLD I appreciate it a ton! I just ordered my new LM and another silisleev5 with the built in cap so once those come in as well I’m going to be 100% ready to get this show on the road!

Everytime I have to take off my sleeves to go to the washroom before I put them back on I do another 25 rotaries both ways and 30 seconds of BTC stretches.

I found an old LG hanger sleeve and decided to try it out on my silistretcher yesterday and it worked quite well! The diameter is a little too much for me though so I think when I get my new duro sleeve it’ll work a lot better for me. I want to eventually try using my silistretcher at night but I’m a little scared to try it even though many people on these forums say it’s safe. If I do it I’m going to ease into it and do a couple hours and work my way up to my usual 6.5-7 hour sleeping time.

Later tonight I am also going to try out the erect stretching (5-10 minutes) and post about how it goes

I cannot wait for you to get your new LM and put that baby to work! Even without it you’ve been kicking ass. I’m really happy that you were using PowerAssist stretches, highly slept on an extremely powerful.

Thanks DLD I appreciate it! But ya man I’m looking forward to getting my new LM in! And I agree, the powerassist is a great tool that I think more people should be using, it makes A and V stretches so easy to do!

I also tried erect stretching today (did about 5-6 minutes) and I like it as well! Every 30 seconds or so I would have to stop to get hard again but overall I liked it!

Today I got my new silicap and durosleeve in the mail and when I first saw the diameter of the sleeve I thought it was too wide but turns out it still fits well! I’m using it with my silistretcher and I must say I love this device. I’ve tried a few different vacuum based traction devices in the past and this is by far my favourite one hands down. I also bought the 10” duro sleeve so I cut it in half and now when I’m doing an activity I can’t use my silistretcher in (golfing or the gym) now I have a silicap and durosleeve combo to use instead! Very happy with these products

I’m so happy the erect stretches are going well, they will greatly help secure and cement your growth! And I agree the powerassist stretches are awesome and hardly anybody uses them.

100% DLD, and ya the erect stretches I find are a very powerful exercise as well! I have another 5-10 minutes of it to do tonight, we’ll see how it goes!

Also with this routine that I’m doing right now (if I stay consistent with it, and when I get my LM in a couple weeks and implement that) how long do you think it will take me to gain .5”-1” in length?

I also maybe try using my silistretcher tonight for a bit, if I do end up using it I will mention something about it tomorrow!

Should be fine. I tried it once in my sleep and made it about 6-7 hours until I woke up at 4am with an erection, just took it off afterwards. No real issues though if you're able to fall asleep with it on. You could try just wear one of the SiliSleevs too which is what I prefer (or an ace wrap).

I would say with all the work you’re planning on doing and that you’re currently doing you should be able to see a half inch within three months and a full inch within six. It will greatly depend on your commitment and your motivation bullshit helps I’ll be here every day nagging you ?

Did 5-8 minutes of erect stretching again yesterday and I can already tell that I’m making slight improvements from when I started pe back up 5 days ago.

Didn’t end up using the silistretcher to bed last night (fell asleep before I could put it back on lol), if I get around to it I may try it out tonight.

Decided to add DLD blasters to the warmup portion of my routine. I do them while I’m showering, it works perfectly cause usually I shower for 5-10 minutes and just stand there but now while I’m showering I’ll just fill the time with some warmup Blasters! I used to to them back in the day and I love them!

While using my silistretcher yesterday the silicap that I was wearing was not air sealed to my glands so I ended up getting some fluid retention which sucked, but I massaged it out for a good 10 minutes and hopped back in the silistretcher.
 
Water retention will sneak up on you sometimes because of various reasons but I’m so happy you understand that it can be worked out by using a Jelq or the SSJ. The work at your garden is incredible and I like that you’re using DLD blasters, a very powerful fulcrum exercise.

Day 7:

-100 DLD blasters (10 second A-stretch after ever 10 DLD blasters)
-6 minutes of bundles
-3x30-40 seconds of basic stretching routine (BTC, left, right, down, up, and out)
-3x25 rotaries clockwise and counter clockwise
-3 minutes of powerassist A stretch
-3 minutes of powerassist V stretch
-5 minutes of Mandingo stretches
-10 hours in ads sleeves
-4-5 hours in silistretcher

Felt a bit of right side ligament pain today when in my silistretcher and also just walking around in my ads sleeve. I think this is due to me always wearing my silistretcher to the left side (attached to my left leg). I also think that ive been stretching really hard in the downward positions (down and BTC) and my ligaments probably aren’t used to that kind of stress anymore, plus the new addition of the DLD blasters probably added to that stress (even though it is an amazing exercise). Tomorrow and for the next few days (unless the pain gets worse) I am going to just do straight out and up stretches just so that I’m still doing something PE related. I can’t afford an injury! @DLD do you have any insight as to what I should do in this situation?

I’m going to try to set a measuring day for either later October/ early November. That way I’ll give myself another 10-12 weeks to make some gains before I measure again, hoping to get anywhere from .25”-.5” in erect length!

I also think eventually I am going to start adding hanging to my routine once I get my LM (even if it is only for about 20minutes or so). Going to try getting it done in the evening! This is only if I do not have a serious ligament injury.

Day 8:

-minor mid shaft stretches
-10-12 hours in ads sleeves

woke up this morning and the right side of the base of my penis (just above the base, believe it is the right side ligaments, but also a little bit right at the base) was still a little sore and a little stiff. Also tried doing doing a few downward stretches throughout the day and there was no real discomfort which I found to be a good sign, but the area is a little tender to the touch. Last night before bed I used a535 on it (anti inflammatory heat cream) and did about 10-20 minutes of massage. I also used a535 on it this morning.

@DLD Can you please give some insight as to what you think this may be? if you have time can you also Go take a look at the new thread that I started in the boo boos and injury forum? If you could it would be much appreciated brother, god bless!?

it’s when I’m just walking around it’s tender to the touch. I was to stretch downwards a bit today to test how it felt and I didn’t feel too much discomfort, but when I go to massage it or touch it it’s quite tender. As I’m writing this I’m currently using an ice pack on it and am going to do a couple rounds of icing and see how that works. The pain now really isn’t at the base of the shaft at all, it’s just above the base of the shaft where the ligaments are (or where I believe they are). I had this problem on my left side 5 years ago after about 4 months of PE only much more severe pain back then (hurt when I was just walking and took about a month or so to heal). It could just be major fatigue but to be safe I’m going to give myself a bit of time off
 
Day 9:

there is slightly less pain then there was yesterday, However although the pain has gone down a bit I still want to give myself a few more days off to make sure the pain has completely gone away before I start back up again (even if it is just fatigue, I don’t want to risk a serious injury). Also I am now believing that the pain is almost certainly in my ligaments. When I am not stretching my penis the pain is up above my penis when the ligaments lay, BUT when I stretch my penis and the skin the pain travels down near the base of my actual shaft. This leads me to believe that it is the actual ligaments that are inflamed. @DLD do you believe it is the ligaments too (if not, tell me if I’m wrong. I’m open to all input!)

when I start back up again I want to ease back into it, just doing about a 30 minute session rather than my usual 60 minute session. I am also going to make sure that I warm up and warm down properly to prevent injuries. Looking forward to getting back to my old routine!

my LM comes in around the end of the month so once that comes in I’m going to be fired up to make some real gains!

Just to be safe be gentle for the next few days but I think this is a case of fatigue and the soreness you’re feeling you probably will feel that for about a month. When that soreness goes away for some then they worry that their gains have stopped. This is not the case, when you no longer feel soreness you will still be able to gain
 
Day 10:

today I played in a golf tournament all day so I was mostly just walking around with my ads sleeve on! The pain has subsided a bit more today so that seems like a good sign. I think I’m going to take tomorrow off as well and then starting Saturday I’m going to do half the routine I usually do. That’ll last a few days and then hopefully I’ll be back to full throttle! I also made a rice sock last night so I’m going to start using that to warm up and warm down with. It’ll add an extra 10-15 minutes to my sessions but it’ll be worth it in the long run.
 
Day 11:

-9 hours in ads sleeves

pain has almost gone away so either tomorrow or Sunday I am going to jump back into a routine! Looking forward to getting back into the game and making some real gains! Might start off a little slower this time for a couple days then really start to up the intensity again. My LM should be in pretty soon (probably within the next 1-2 weeks) so once that comes in... ALL ABOARD THE GAIN TRAIN!!

ya DLD I’m excited too! I used to have the older version of the LM back in the day and sadly it broke (used way too big of a wrap and it ended up snapping). But I used it for a good 2 years and I loved it for hanging! When I say ads sleeve I really mean just a regular silicone sleeve aha. I cut my 10” durosleeve in half so now I have 2 5” durosleeves to use with my silistretcher so I’m just using an old LG hanger sleeve. When I ordered my LM I also purchased a 8.25” silisleeve5 with a cap so once that comes in I’m going to use that whenever I am not able to use my silistretcher (like when I’m golfing or at the gym)!

first day back doing pe in the past week and let me tell you it’s good to be back! I took it a bit easier today just to get back into the swing of things and I probably will keep it that way for the next couple days or so. My LM should be in by the end of this week, if not then early next week!

the plan is to consistently do PE everyday or at least as often as I can. By the end of my length portion of my journey I want to have gained around 1”-1.25” in erect length and hopefully a longer flaccid length as well. I am going to take a guess that this will take about 8-12 months to achieve. Once I achieve this I am going to do maintenance length workouts a few times a week and continue wearing my sleeves on most days.

This is becoming smarter and smarter for them to follow, doing one over the other seems to be the best plan of action. If you want length mostly then do a length exclusive work out. If you want to girth mostly do a girth exclusive work out. Being able to focus on one with complete concentration makes the process so much easier and faster.

After you have made the growth you desire in the length then you can go after yourgirth after

exactly DLD, if you apply the same principals to muscle building it makes sense. In order to build a certain muscle group Faster you must set other muscle groups to maintenance volume (example: if you want to grow your legs you can do less work on your arms and back so that your body can recover from heavier and more volume filled leg workouts in simplest terms). And if I’m ever worried about “needing” More girth when sleeping with a new person I usually just pump an hour or so before I know sexual acts are going to happen and then I am all set lol.

I also experimented with the drum stick stretch for my expressive stretching portion of the workout and it went decently well! If I grip lower near the base of the shaft then I can really feel the stretch and it’s a lot more comfortable than gripping with the sticks near the glans. Good thing I play the drums so I have tons of sticks laying around LOL!

I think my next measuring day is going to be around late November/early December, hoping to see around a .5” gain in length by then but we will just have to see.

@DLD, can you gain small amounts of girth/keep the same girth while only focussing on length or does your girth diminish from stretching the penis a lot? Also @DLD, do you have a link to a thread that talks about the perfect way to wrap up when using the LM?

ran out of time this morning to do my power assist stretches and my expressive stretching, but when I get home from work and the gym today I’llget them done. Glad to be back to stretching hard and getting good sessions in. This is the first day that I’ve used the silistretcher in about a week too so it’s nice to be back in it as well! According to UPS my LM should be in hopefully by the end of the week so I’m also stoked on that!

while stretching straight out today my BPFSL looked a little bigger today, I don’t think I’ve made any gains yet because it hasn’t been long and I already took some time off, but it’s nice to see that I looked longer already! I believe my BPFSL is around 7.75”-8”, if I could transfer that into BPEL that would be amazing! The end goal is 8” NBPEL but if I could even get to 8” BPEL that would make me equally as happy cause then I can say I have an 8” cock ??

I haven’t tried with my LM yet cause it is still on the way (should be here this week) but whenever I try to do low grip expressive stretches I always find myself just pulling on the skin and not actually getting a good stretch... any tips?

After my routine today and after wearing my silistretcher for the first 3 hours I noticed some soreness in my ligaments again... I now do believe that it is just aches and I am going to keep doing my routine and see how it goes!

session went well today, might try using my pump sometime in the near future to see how deep in the chamber I get (when fully erect I used to get to around 7.25” which is my BPEL size).

after doing my 6 hours in the silistretcher today I noticed on the underside of my penis just under the glans is what looked to be 2 small blisters. I think they may just be a result of water retention though so I’m not too concerned. Just in case though I used my ads sleeves for the rest of the day instead.

@DLD I have a quick question for you my brother! I was wondering if you still practice pe everyday, and if so is the training going well?!

The Lengthmaster is going to give you the best stretch. Manual stretching just does not have the power and intensity that the LM has.

my glans had a sharp soreness last night and today so I kept today’s session a bit easy, I believe it was because of fluid retention when using my silistretcher improperly. Hoping to get a good session tomorrow. The pain still resides right now (every time I squeeze my glans or do a hard kegel with my silicap on I feel it) don’t know what it is but I hope it’s gone by tomorrow or so so that I can have a good session and use my silistretcher

I know it’s only been about 13 days of actual pe (in day 18 but took 4-5 days off) it I haven’t seen any improvements really just from visual measuring. However I understand this is. Marathon so I am optimistic wishing 3-4 months I’ll see some good gains!:)

Day 18:

-warm up: 5-10 minutes rice sock
-100 DLD blasters (10 second A-stretch after ever 10 DLD blasters)
-6 minutes of bundles
-1x90 seconds manual stretching BTC, down, straight out, and up
-10-12 hours in ads sleeves

my glans had a sharp soreness last night and today so I kept today’s session a bit easy, I believe it was because of fluid retention when using my silistretcher improperly. Hoping to get a good session tomorrow. Nothing wrong with looking at it and seeing that you’re growing. Two weeks might not sound like a lot of time but many men make Newbie gains quickly in their first month.

@DLD, it’s been 3 days now and this sharp pain inside of my glans hasn’t gone away. There is not blister or any sign of water retention, it’s just a sharp pain everytime I do a kegel or when I squeeze/touch the area. Do you have any idea what it could be?

Perhaps you have brush burn in the area. It’s very hard to detect but I have had this before and when I really looked closely I can see that it was brush burn that was causing the pain. Take a look and see if that solves this is not come back and let me know

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
