Day 20:

did some minor stretching today and wore my ads sleeves for most of the day.

@DLD I checked my glans and the only noticeable difference was a bit of redness underneath the urethra and that’s in a close area to where the pain was. There is still a little bit of pain today but nothing too significant, I’m hoping that it stays like that and I can actually get a good session in tomorrow!

I was thinking about this and I think you may have cut or got a Nic towards the top of your urethra. This is pretty common and it should go away rather quickly. At what point is the swelling started?

You can mess around a little bit but I wouldn’t go full out until your urethra is completely healed. It should not take longer than a couple days. The biggest thing you want to do is experiment with wrapping because that’s the one thing that men have the most problems with. But once you find the proper wrap you’re 100%! So spend some time doing this in no time you’ll be using your LM at full intensity

8-100 dld blasters (10 second stretch between every 10)
6 minutes of LM bundles (3 minutes each direction)
3x30 seconds LM basic stretches (BTC, down, our, left, right, up)
3x35 rotaries both ways
6-8 hours in Ads sleeves

Day 23 + 24:

days off, maybe a bit of time in ads sleeves.

I tested the LM for stretching the other day and it went pretty well! Let my glans heal up a little bit the last couple of days and I think I’m pretty much good to go now, I’ll probably start back the routine tomorrow. I watched the video on LM wrapping and I think I’m going to try the sports pre wrap/adhesive tape/ace bandage approach and see how that works.

the only thing I’m not the biggest fan of with the LM when you strap it on there is about 2” of the shaft that isn’t getting stretched since it’s clamped down. @DLD does this matter a whole lot or is it ok that the shaft inside the chamber isn’t really getting stretched (or is it)?

If it’s in the chamber is getting stretched along with the rest of the shaft. I hope I’m answering the question correctly.

did some manual stretching today to ease back into the routine and wore my ads sleeve for awhile as well, I may do another little manual routine later tonight.

life is going to be a little busy this next 1.5 weeks but after that I am going to try to start my actual routine again and make some real gains! Haven’t worn my silistretcher in a week or so, so I’m excited to start using that again when the time comes. Before my latest little injury set back I had 54 hours logged into it. Planning on getting around 100-200 hours logged in it by the end of September and consistently get around 100-200 in it every month while also using a sili sleeve while I sleep possibly!

Well you’re easing into this so being busy is actually a good thing. Add more as you can but do not rush it you don’t want to hurt yourself. I’m looking forward to when you can use it full-time and reap the benefits!
 
Hey brothers! Sorry I’ve been away from the forums for the past little while, I’ve been crazy busy and starting next week I’m only going to become busier when college and work starts back up again. I haven’t been doing much pe at all the passed week or so because of my glans but they are finally starting to feel a bit better! When I start up again (either tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday) I’m going to start off again at Day 1 since I have all my equipment now and since I’ve taken the last little while off of Pe. Looking to stay motivated and make some good gains!

helloDLD, I did a session today with my LM and then followed it upby around 5 hours in my silistretcher and once I took my silistretcher off there was a bit of fluid retention, then after a bit I put on my Ads sleeves the pain in the glans has returned. There is not cute or anything on it but hear the bottom rightside of my glans there is a sharp pain. Any idea what this could be? There hasn’t been any pain for a week and all of a sudden there is pain again
 
Usually a sharp pain in the head is indicative of brush burn which is very hard to see but it is pretty painful. Use a little bit of bacitracin on your head each day for about a week and should completely clear up

Hey DLD, can I do PE while also treating the brush burn with bacitracin? Or should I wait until it’s healed and then start or again?

Yes you can continue to train just avoid the area of brush burn. The bacitracin will clear that up within 5 to 7 days. In the meantime do expressive stretching or and other type of stretches that does not come in contact with your area of concern.
