i got this idea earlier today.
it really is simple, and i assume that alot of people already are doing it. but it is sometimes the most simple things that are brilliant.
a gain ruler!
simply take your notes of your starting stats, and your current results. and mark it on a ruler. should look something like:

basicly you draw the line from your beginning stat to your current stats. and make it as precise as possible. i am going to use my new made ruler like this from now on, now i can see my small gains everytime i measure! because suddenly even 1.mm is actually possible to see+ whenever i lose my drive i can look on it and ask. do i wan't to be that size (looking at starting stats) and then i got more to work at. for me it is amazing to know that i am more than half way to my beginner goal of 18cm lenght
that would be amazing to archive.
use it if you want to. else leave it.
