So my panick and anxiety attacks have eased off a bit; I don’t have so much attacks anymore and I am happy about it.

I start therapy at a psychiatrist on march 15th and I will work on my issues.

Apart from that,
I got into trouble again.... So I bought this testicle massage vibration device which you could use to massage your testicle sack.

Apparantly I overdid it and now my cremaster muscles of my testicles are injured. I did rounds of 5 mins massage and I did that during the day like 5 sets or so.

It felt very pleasurable because it’s like a manual testicle health massage only you put a vibrating device on your nuts and the oscillations do the hard work instead of you manually massaging your sack.

So I got lazy and used it for a few days but normally if you massage your ballsack for 15-20 minutes there won’t be any problems.

But with a vibrating device against your testicles it can really damage them. So please watch out and don’t try to replicate what I did. Your nuts will thank you.

I lost libido, I got erectile dysfunction, like a soft shaft, couldn’t get it fully hard even though I was kegeling and reverse kegeling.

It looks like I also overstimulated the pc muscles again because I felt the vibrations through my whole pelvis area. It was a quite strong device.

So I tried to masturbate manually, and I couldn’t get to an orgasm, I have the same problems as when I overtrained and overstrained my pc muscles. And when I stimulate my glans with lube and hands I won’t feel pleasure, it’s numb now, like some kind of dull feeling and when it twitches, I get a sharp pain in my left testicle.

So I quit all work, I quit kegels, and massaging my testicles; I must let it heal and give it some time and when it doesn’t repair on itself I have to make an appointment with an urologist to get a check up.

On the other hand, I managed to complete my research for the best thermometer for our application.

The best device I think would be a small steel rod that functions as a temperature sensor like those thermometers for aquariums / fish tanks.

It has a small sensor which can be put between your shaft and your leg. It will measure the temperature of your shaft and leg.

A thermometer is on its way and I will start the UltraSound protocol with hanging soon!

I am planning to gain an inch of length BPFSL this year!
 
First of all thank God that you are free of those panic attacks. I know my prayers work when I hear these things! Onto your testicles, I’m sorry this happened and I probably would’ve tried the same thing but your penis is very resilient and time will correct these issues. You’ve learned your lesson and once you have healed up you can get back to work and make growth happen.

Yeah I am able to function normally a bit.

Sometimes I feel the adrenalin pumping and I get those heart palpitations and it looks like I am collapsing but then it stops again.

I have to keep myself busy during the day, it’s only annoying when it’s midnight and I am in bed sleeping; suddenly I am wide awake from nightmares, so sometimes I don’t sleep well.

It is manageable.

I also got laid off from my job, so I am jobless at home. There’s one huge advantage, I have the privacy to do whatever I want during the day. Because my brother is at work and my mother as well.

That means working on penis enlargement; ultrasound hanging which I will start as soon as my thermometer arrives.

Forum member Jackxxx told me that I could work on length and girth at the same time.

Or do the ultrasound hanging cycle to get BPFSL gains and afterwards in the downtime of the deconditioning phase I could work on closing the gap for BPEL gains.

So I am gonna experiment with that. I have got plenty of free time now.

I will do no kegels or testicle massaging as I want to heal that region. I will work on length BPFSL with UltraSound hanging protocol.

I am starting ultrasound hanging routine with lower weights and I will ease into it.

And also I am trying out one ultrasound device. I need to order some parts to be able to connect it into a EU wallsocket.

The sensor measures 35.8 degrees Celsius and I don’t know why. I don’t know wether I should heat it 3-5 degrees more or higher to keep it into the 40-42 C range maybe I will overheat my shaft....

To be on the safe side I will heat it 3-5 C above my own body temperature. I keep my shaft not on my leg but on my fat pad upper right direction. I alternate between directions. Upper right or upper left direction.

30 mins stress relaxation 0.5 kg
20 mins ultrasound heating 40-42 C
10 mins cooling down under tension

Initial BPFSL: 184 mm
End BPFSL: 186 mm

So I stretched the shaft out a bit and the heat transfer worked a bit.

Strain Calculation: 184/186 = 0.9892
1 - 0.9892 = 0.01 %

So I got a tiny bit of length. It’s almost negligible.

I did this with a maximum weight of 1 kg. I have to work my way up again to acceptable weight.

But this is how it’s done. Only one need 2 transducers for more heating.

I have noticed that it’s quite a hassle to keep moving the transducer head along the shaft.

And you have to keep moving it otherwise you’ll burn yourself. It’s quite hard to reach target temperatures with only 1 transducer but it’s even harder to handle 2 transducers at the same time without frying your balls or burning your shaft.

Trying to keep target heat temperature along the whole shaft. I reached 38 C with one transducer.
My body temperature was 35,8 C.

I hope you guys have a better idea now on how to apply this method.
You have to keep applying the transducer gel otherwise you’ll lose heat and temperature drops.

You have to keep the shaft heated throughout those 20 mins. And at the same time you have to keep adding weight for more stretch.

I feel lightheaded and dizzy after the ultrasound hanging routine.

I never thought some ultrasound therapy could trigger anxiety symptoms but apparently some pregnant women also get panick/anxiety symptoms during an ultrasound check up.

It triggered a silent anxiety attack and it got worse because I was scared that I might have done irreversible damage to my testicles by putting ultrasound heat near them....

My thoughts spiraled out of control and I feel this buzzing energy/current going through my body, from my legs to my feet and I feel it in my testicle sack.

I did everything according to protocol and I didn’t put the transducer on my testicle sack.

I only heated the base of my shaft and along the shaft and the glans septum connection...

I don’t know what’s happening but I hope this will wear off soon.

I hope I didn’t fry my testicles.

The symptoms are manageable. I’ve got everything under control.

It was just a stupid trigger for my anxiety because I have underlying issues as you can read in my log.

I am coming down from a 3 week episode of 24/7 panick attacks so my mental health is still fragile.

It’s funny that daily stuff or penis enlargement exercises could trigger anxiety lol.
