1x20mins or 2x20mins hanging 16 pounds, depends on how slippery my shaft get

I’m having a headache, don’t know why, and i’m studying so that’s not a good combination ??

Well you got a good workout in so that’s over and done with. So now try to relax let some of the stress so that headache can go away. You did order MOSGrip right?

I use the long SiliSleeve for hanging, is it better to leave it on while having a break in between sets? I feel like the blood circulation is a bit impaired by the sleeve, it’s pretty tight at 20mm diameter, on the other hand, constantly taking it off and putting it back on, causes the Sleeve to get more sweaty so that isn’t desirable.

I have now a huge mushroom glans because of all the blood pushed inside the glans, and my glans feels cold, should I let it rest until it feels warm again?

I hung 2 sets yesterday, maybe I can do 3 sets today. So 3x20mins hanging 16 pounds.

(Reverse) kegel training

I have to start jelqing again, been lacking in that as well. In 6 minutes I do 100 2 second strokes, so tonight I will do 200 jelqs after i’m done hanging.

You only have to take the sleeve off if your penis is cold and purple in color. I suppose what you should do would be where is long as you can to find out what your maximum is. You should never have to take the sleeve off between sets as it should never be that tight that would impair blood flow to the point of danger. Especially when you consider that many men wear them to bed for eight hours. So test yourself see how far you can go and take it from there.

Yep that’s not good so you want to go with a bigger sleeve. You only want to be under pressure where it’s purple and numbing for no more than an hour. But with a bigger sleeve you should be able to go for as long as you want.

Hanging 2-3 sets, 16 pounds I don’t know if it’s skin stretching or internal stretching, But I still feel some suspensory ligament soreness deep in my body, like in my pubic bone attachtment of something.
I only hang straight down, I got to invent something with a pulley under my desk to be able to hang straight out.

Hanging over the shoulder is something I don’t understand, as I cannot wrap my head around the fact that it would “target” the tunica “differently” or maybe isolating it....

A force Straight down equals a force straight out equals a force straig up ? Right? Why would another angle target or isolate the tunica differently? Could someone please chime and and explain that?

Hanging over the shoulder isn’t sustainable, and you deal with frictional forces of your own shoulder, the cable burns into your shoulder, you have to hang those plates and they’re annoying, how could one possibly bear that for months and months? That isn’t even possible for me as I need to study and be free in my movements.

I am busy with studying, my MOSgrip will arrive this week ? Can’t wait to test it !

No they do not equal the same. Any upward stretch is going directly to the Tunica as the stretch those lower and lower it goes to the ligament. Think about this way when you’re pulling up word the ligament is slacked but when stretching downward it is stretched. Another rule of thumb is far as this goes is how high in the shaft your gripping; A high grip goes to the ligament and a low grip goes too internal penis.

Hmm, so I have to develop some kind of pulley system which can support hangings upwards while remaining seated in my desk chair, without interruption of body movements ...

I mean, if I don’t gain downwards stretching, I have to find ways to switch angles... What about straight out stretching? Does it have any benefits?

What is the least effective stretching angle? That would be downwards right? My ligaments are torn already, no resistance from them,

So the ultimate goal is to find a way to do upwards hanging without hanging the weight plates over my shoulders, because I cannot study like that.

You’re going to absolutely love it believe me. And you don’t need that much for a session compared to regular baby powder. But the true brilliance is in the grip, truly amazing.

I skipped lectures because I have alot of pressure, in 2,5 weeks I have midterm final exams, and i’m stressing out about time management, I have little time left for all my courses :(

Try not to get too stressed out the exams are coming whether you’re stressed or not so you might as well relax and do what you can do to prepare yourself. It’s good to see the gun awesome workout in despite the stress. I pray things get better for you my brother.

I have ordered 2 sleeves of 27mm diameter, one short and one long sleeve. Along with MOSgrip I can hang comfortably without putting the sleeves on and off between every set. I am looking forward to using the sleeves and grip powder ??

Both are going to blow your mind when I receive mine I was so taken back by the quality. The powder is just insane, there is absolutely no slippage on manual stretching. The sleeves serve so many purposes so I’m glad that you’ve picked them up. It looks like you’re about to have some real fun :-)
