I was advised to start a progress thread.

43 years old
5'11.5''
170 lbs
eat clean, mostly unprocessed, low sugar, no drugs, no alcohol, no smokes
Workout 3-5 times a week.
Ehlers-danlos hypermobility syndrome

Pre-PE:
I measured myself a lot when I was growing up after I learned I was far above average. I had this book given to me that was basically explained all aspects of puberty. I must have been in like 4th or 5th grade. It said the average adult male was 6.4 inches erect. At the time, I was already 7 inches although I measured from the side which isn't completely accurate. I remember in 6th grade we were having a sleepover and one of the guys bragged about being 5 inches and I replied, 'that's nothing, I'm 7.5 inches', to which he replied 'That's impossible!' I had this ruler I would keep between the mattress and measured myself very often. It had new markings whenever I measured higher. By HS I was measuring at 8.75 inches, although again, from the side. Hard to say what the BPEL was. I never measured girth back then.

Fast forward years... At some point I measured BPEL and came up with 8 inches length. I remember measuring MSEG at at least 5.25 inches. Something to keep in mind though.. I had been chronically masturbating for many years and had some level of ED. When I was watching *naked people stuff* I didn't really focus on being fully hard and I'd start and stop often and go for hours, basically edging. I did this until roughly March 2023 when I was part of a mass layoff. I decided I needed to reassess my life. The previous 4 years I was working 6-7 days a week, 12 hrs a day and didn't take my vacation days. Work was a nightmare. I spent my days working and then watching *naked people stuff*. And so I vowed that I would never sit at my computer and do that again. I would never sit and spend hours looking for new material. I said I'd only masturbate every other day in the shower and not spend more than 15-20 mins doing it.

I also vowed to reassess my relationship with camgirls. However.. while March and April were very good, my spending was low, and I started to notice my EQ improving, this gave me the confidence to participate in a 'dick rating' sale from one of my favorite camgirls. My pictures were pretty bad but due to my size, I got good feedback. And this motivated me to step up my game. Better angles, better lighting. And with each progression, I got better and better feedback. Now, one key thing to note is that I was measuring 8.5 inches BPEL at this point. And MSEG of 5.5 inches, 6 inches at the base. This was mid May 2023. I hadn't done any PE at that point. So, it seems like not chronically masturbating made me realize more of my true size. I did dozens and dozens of dick ratings, I was pretty hooked. It was interesting to see what the girls (camgirls and adult industry girls) thought. However, this was kind of a disaster for me. I spent a lot of money on all these ratings and I was subbed to way too many creators on OF now. So then I started chopping my sub list down again. Going forward, I pared down to a handful of my favs and only sending pics and vids to them periodically.

Starting PE:
I've kept a spreadsheet since I started although I didn't really keep meticulous measurements. I bought a bathmate hydromax9 in December and started experimenting with it on 12/4/23. It doesn't look like I was doing kegels or jelqs at that point until mid Dec. I was just very gradually building up the pressure and how long I used pump. I was being cautious. Note that I was never going into pump erect. Always from completely soft. And I never combined jelq and pump. Again, being cautious. Despite that, on 12/21 I nearly passed out while water pumping. I had finally gotten to where I was pumping a bit more aggressively, so that really ruined my confidence in the safety of pumping and I swore that I wouldn't pump again unless I had a pressure gauge.

So, for the rest of December, I only did basic jelqing. I continued that through Jan 2024 and started adding in some SSJ (or attempting anyway) and end Jan. I was consistently doing kegels and they seemed to work. I kept at that, nothing particularly aggressive through Feb. In March, I started adding in stretches for some reason even though I didn't care for more length. By end of March I was doing tunica stretching and diversifying my jelqs to more advanced ones. On 3/29/24 I finally got a 2" mityvac and started doing combined jelq and pumping. I was only doing 5Hg which I handled just fine. The tube was too small unfortunately so I was mainly getting length. I actually measured 9 inches out of the tube early on. Got the 2.25" tube and I'd say by mid April I was roughly doing the 5x5x3 program. 4/25 was first time going up to 6Hg. And I tried 7Hg on 4/29. And 8Hg on 5/4 which I will explain further below. All tolerated well. I would say 4/27 was first day I was doing the entire 5x5x3 movements.

I'll post more when I get time about actual sessions and some measurements. I'm kind of right on the brink of hopefully getting a new job..
 
Oh, I forgot supplements...
I eat a fairly high protein diet of 140-160g protein daily
6g L-citrulline
5g L-glutamine
5g creatine
fishoil, multivitamin, 2000IU vitamin D, probiotic
 
Excellent! Suggestions once your financial situation stabilizes:
  • Push Vit D3 to 3,000 units.
  • If you are using L-critrulline, and not L-critrulline malate, decrease to 4g per day. If you are using L-critrulline malate, only use 5g a day. Break both up to 2g or 2.5g every 6 hours.
  • Since you got good amino acids and proteins in you, along with great weight to height ratio, at the upper age, you might want to use HMB as boosters for your body during workouts, taking advantage of the VitD3 and good omega for muscle and testosterone maintenance. Work more efficiently and not waste the efforts.
When you are ready, take advantage of the malleability you are blessed with and increase in the intensity and sessions for the pumping as you reach the upper moderate pressure zone. The moment you hit 8inHg, this is where the magic moment starts. As you hit the 10 inHg, the magical moment explodes into a full on Shankar La miracle. Get ready and get excited.

clarification: 1000IU in multivitamin so total vitamin D is 3000IU. I'll have to look into L-citrulline malate and HMB. I do try to keep my supplements reasonable.

Right now, my routine is 3 days on, 1 day off. Masturbation on off day only to release.
This is basically just the 5x5x3 as laid out in these forums

warmup: shower or heatpad.

bundled stretches for 10 mins. Alternating sides. Turning evenly across shaft until feeling a deep stretch then pull outward, 30 sec at a time. I like to use a cloth to help grip and I tend to believe it evens the stretch out a bit.

Apply coconut oil and work into shaft and glans through basic jelqs, c-jelqs, jelq with bend, downward jelq for 3-5 mins until oil is absorbed. Then towel it off. Skin should feel smooth but not oily now.

Then going into alternation of SSJ and pumping 5 mins each.

pumping pressure: Right now I am going to 5Hg in 1st pump and maybe touch 6Hg at end. 2nd pump I'll go up to 5, then 6, then 7. 3rd pump I'll go up to 8Hg. While in tube, I am now doing slow thrusting while standing up and some shaking and pulling outward on tube. I am trying to focus my mind on what I am watching and get intune with it enough that I am getting natural erection inside tube. That's when I get the best expansion.

SSJ: I might be taking some liberty with these. I use OK grip and reverse OK grip below glans. I start with a squeeze, then quick kegel and start sliding up shaft. I am progressively pushing the glans hand back toward the shaft hand until they meet. Rotating a bit as well. I do like 4 slides. But then I also throw in some compressions at different sections of the shaft. Trying to focus more on the top half since thats where I need the most expansion. Alternating sides.

After the SSJ and pumps I usually do the compressions and bends.

Put on cockring off and on for like 1-2 hrs, cycling every like 10 mins. I like to wrap in heatpad and use vibrator to maintain heavy erection. I'll end with close up red light.

As long as you can be sure that the VitD3 is 3,000 unit, you're good. I mix my own powder at home, specfically with VitD3 for that optimization purpose.

Looks like you got your baseline and upper pressure well established. Great job. Keep at it. If you need more help, brother @huge-girth is there to coach you. You are primed for extreme growth brother. I'll be there to support you on the science and caution side.
 
I have measurements from 5/3 session which went up to 7Hg. start 5.75” mseg. After 1st pump 5.94" 2nd 6.06" 3rd 6.14". After depth/width 6.25". cockring on 6.3.

I filmed 5/4 session and screenshot below is from that session, getting up to almost 8Hg. I don't film every session. Setting up the stand and lighting and making a production out of gets exhausting unfortunately.

My 5/5 session I went up to 8Hg in 2nd and 3rd pump for extended time. I was doing slow thrusts and looking at some material and seemed to hit a 'magical' state. Will try to get on film.

5/6 offday. I was pretty sore after the 3 days pretty aggressive. I did some red light and heatpad in the morning while doing my kegels and reading emails and such.

I know you're tackling the upward curve using DLD's bending method. However, for pumping correction since you have a cylinder now, have you try S-shape method pumping? Say WHAT!? There's currently a curvature study right now, and it's a positive review using a pump. I purchased a silicone mix as well (wish I have this crap in the past) to do my DIY home design needs.

To create an S-pumping needs, since your penis is curving up, use any sleeve you have, roll it, and place it at the glans to push it down. Use another sleeve, roll it and place it at the curved point. You are creating a reverse curve, causing a stressor point at the top of the penis along the dorsal length. When you pump, you're causing that dorsal region to work harder, allowing new tissues to grow faster. As a result, your penis is straigthen out during each pumping session. Something to think about brother. FIRST INVENTION FOR MOS SHOP!!
 
Amazing expansion.

This is hard to replicate with a banana penis (upward curve).
With a banana penis you're forced to max out the girth, before length expansion will happen in the cylinder.
I have the same banana shaped curve when fully erect. My head slides against the inside of the cylinder thus creating friction and holding back some length. If I go into the cylinder with a 70% - 80% erection and then pump up that helps a decent amount.

I don't exactly understand, but there is a 2" cylinder from China arriving soon, and I believe that will do the sane for me. 2" is small for me and I believe this will straighten my penis out.

Correct. This is literally the pumping version of DLD's hand bending method to straighten out the curvature. Most don't think the bending can be corrected. But there are evidence in the current studies to straighten it out through either traction, extension, or pumping. This is the madness method of PE.

A bit of a curve helps with hitting the right spots. Combine with a larger glans, hitting the right spots will be perfect. Think about the glans's tip and corona doing a double hits in micro-seconds during a single stroke. But, a straight penis with also stimulate the A-spot continuously as well. It may be too much.
 
To get rid of a curve you need to jelq erect against the bend. Pumping will really help but it is smart to add in DLD bends to correct the curve. Using the same methods I added an upward curve which I really wanted that shape

I’m hoping the 10x10x3 will get me from 6”- 6.5” girth and then I’m done with girth and then maybe I’ll try “length pumping” even though the book is still out on that one

I'm not positive that I measured more expansion todays session but I definitely feel and look it afterwards.

heatpad 10mins
bundled stretches 10 x 30-45sec
5 mins variety direction jelqs with coconut then wipe off
5x5x3 SSJ and mityvac 2.25" air pumping
1st pump: 5Hg, end with 6Hg
2nd: 1 min 5Hg, 1 min 6Hg, 2 mins 7Hg, 1 min 8 Hg
3rd: 1min 5-6Hg, 2 min 7Hg, 2 mins 8Hg and bonus did just a bit higher for a few sec since I was feeling good
5mins compressions
5mins bends
1-2 hrs cockring edging with vibrator and heatpad.
30mins additional with cockring, heatpad bottom and red light panel overtop while edging and using vibe.
all cockring, cycling every 10 mins roughly.

measurements
prior to start, MSFG = 5.31", 2 hrs after PE 5.6"
after just basic jelqs MSEG = 5.82"
after 1st pump 6.02
2nd pump 6.1
3rd pump 6.29

note: I said before I thought I'd bust a nut at 8Hg, which thankfully didn't happen, but I was leaking a bit. It's crazy being at 8 or 9Hg. My soul is being sucked into my dick lol.

We have a few options in the 11 or 12 lengths. Go to the store to find exactly what you need
 
It looks like mityvac tubes 12 inch only go up to 2.25" diameter. Hopefully I can get 6+ girth permanently with the 2.25 or 2.5 diameter 9 inch tube.
 
No, you will indeed solidify your girth for 6, but I prefer that extra 0.5in beyond the diameter to get the air vacuum pressure to expand 20% beyond the means. I'm more worry about the vertical clearance to generate the proper vacuum head pressure. If you are using water, it's more prevalent to have it.
 
Oh, I think I did something.. I feel a bit of a bulge about 2 inches up the shaft on the top. I don't feel any pain. At least not yet. When I stroke with my thumb on top, it is going over something. I was just doing compression squeezes after finishing up my pump.
 
No pain. No discoloration. Feels weird, different. Gonna use heatpad and red light and no more manual manipulations. Hope I didn't herniate something.
 
Too zealous of a pump session? Give it a day rest and do light massage only. 2 days rest if needed.
 
Hm. Dorsal vessel hardness? Large, small, no observable bump?

Yes, today was a hard session. I did more than 5 mins each pump. More like 6-7mins. And I stayed at 8Hg for a decent bit. And I touched 9Hg for a few times for like 5-10 sec before bringing down to 7 or 8.

I was doing compressions pretty hard, making it balloon a ton.
 
I don't feel a 'lump though. If I bend shaft over something and press thumb, there's nothing. It's almost more like something sliding over something. It's very obvious if I stroke in a circular motion where I am doing down on the back end.
 
There's another spot about 1 inch below glans on right side. A bowing out a bit. And if I press there, it does feel like a hard vein. Well, I guess I know what is too much now. And I was telling myself not to get greedy. Maybe subconsciously I wanted to see what my limit was..

I'll take 2 days off as recommended. And come back on easy mode. Make sure everything is working properly. At least I know I can get the expansion. Just a little taste of paradise lol.
 
Good news is that its the next day and that weird slipping is gone. And the bulging on right side near glans is gone too. I do feel a tad sore. But no issue getting erection. I'm still gonna Take 2 days off. What do they say, "It's not a race, it's a marathon"?
 
Yep. That's an early case of thrombosis. Luckily you caught it early and compressed it still, baby aspirin and perform compression after a moderate and not extreme pumping session for a couple of weeks. Allow the blood vessel wall to heal a bit more before stressing it.
 
I ordered some low-dose aspirin though I am generally against continual use of pain-relievers. Does a silisleeve count as compression? I don't think I have anything else.
