guys i dont clearly understand how its done....i kept twisting my dick as much as possible but its hard to do so as skin keeps coimg in the way......can someone please explain how its done ?????
or can someone find the article on bundled stretches....

Considering I invented these stretches I am surprised that other sites are using them, I was under the impression that DLD and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] exercises are too intense for men. Please try to keep links within our forum, every time an external link is posted it pushes traffic out of the Brotherhood, especially when the information is on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums.

Got it boss :) I didn't know you invented the Bundle Stretches.Damn,you literally invented 90 % of today's exercises.
 
so basicaly i need to twist me penis like we do to a towel to get all the water out.......right ???? and then we pull right ???
i was doing it incorrectly aslo then....

Hey, off topic kinda. More related to my injury thread.
Can I do lightcore bundles if I isolate the injured part? I can tell where it is.
Don't want to stop and hinder progress again!!
 
I really wouldn't know, you'd have to try it to see if you aggravate the wound. Which is the single hindrance to your progress.
I can't advise someone with an injury to continue training though.

if you train in pain then you will out of the game......for a while atleast
it happened to me .....i could have fixed it in a week but i pushed further and had to take a month off.....now u choose.

Pretty much. What has happened is sites steal my exercises and call them another name. But, yes, I have invented most of the modern exercises we use today.
