Okay i tried to take a picture of this but it only occurs when i wank with my right hand, and i couldn't get a good picture of it.

Basically when i'm wanking right handed my fingers are on the left hand side of my dick, as per usual, but it seems to make a vein pool with blood and become like a bubble under my skin. My dorsal vein is coming up nicely, like a Y shape on the top of my piece but when i jack off left handed, it doesnt pool with blood on the right hand side.

Has anyone got idea as to what this is? Is it most likely the dorsal vein just pooling with blood? It goes away as soon as i let go and when i'm erect there is a slight bump there but its only when i jack off with my right hand does it bubble up. When im flaccid it doesn't show. It's not like Ramon's 'Pearl' on his penis. It's definitely blood build up but i was just wondering where it could come from and why it doesn't do it on the other side when i change hands?

Is this harmful? I doubt as it goes away as soon as i let go, but during sex?
 
Maybe you've stressed an already weak spot in the blood vessel and you cause a bulge in which the blood pools when you wank with your right hand. I always stress the heightened need for Vitamin C when you're putting direct mechanical stress on your blood vessels.
Try extra C along with some "hand" changes for a while and see if that has any positive affect.
