The method you can use to keep a good flaccid, no matter what the weather, I did this when it was cold, it works.

All I used was a standard blue silisleeve around the size of my flaccid length, but it can be slightly smaller.

A cable clamp, this is important, if no clamp then go with a shoe laces and do a loop knot.

Okay, now the execution.

Next if uncut, pull the skin back and apply the next piece.

You should still have a good expansion.
Simply tuck it behind the thigh, get ready for leaving, going out.

If you don't want the bulge to be really apparent, you can slacken off, which is why a clamp is great compared to other methods being so quick and easy.

Also you may find it less of a bulge by just applying around the shaft.

By going behind the balls, it pushes the penis forwards, hence more bulge in the trousers.

Once your happy, get to work. The silisleeve keeps the shape, prevents the size turtling, so keeping your natural size. The foreskin ring prevents the silisleeve from riding up over the glans, do everything stays in place.
