I think that it will become less and less taboo over time. The west is largely inhibited by its Judeo/Christian influence and origins, but people, I think, always move away from such notions as knowledge expands. The biggest hurdle I see, really the only major one in my opinion, is the general perception that Penis Enlargement either doesn't work or that it is dangerous. As it is, there is almost no significant research by the medical community into this study. So most people are exposed to only anecdotal evidence in the face of the much larger consensus from the medical community that it is not possible, is unnecessary, or dangerous. (What else are doctors going to say, they are taught that a penis is fine as long as it serves its evolutionary purpose and merely functions "normally".)
However, sites like this have become more and more abundant (THOUGH THIS IS THE BEST

) and the public is now being exposed to all the penis pills and the like in the mainstream media. At some point the anecdotal evidence will become much more pronounced as more and more try Penis Enlargement and thus it won't be "anecdotal" anymore.
I see Penis Enlargement gaining widespread acceptance at its current trending and will eventually reach out to virtually everyone in some form or another. As more and more people are successful using Penis Enlargement the medical community will almost be forced to research, study, and improve upon what the laymen community has done for itself in its natural quests and desires.
Then again, Penis Enlargement may burst into every home in the world if DLD's new revelations next month are groundbreaking

DLD for world President!
