LOL yea and even with the tons of guys who "work out"...most only hit certain muscle groups and are leading themselves down a long, hard road prone to injuries. Guys who blast their biceps, shoulders, and chest for example will end up with back injuries. Guys who never train their lower body are setting themselves up for knee, foot and hip problems. But hey, whatever looks good I guess.
