Do you really grow tolerance to Cialis / Viagra or is it a meme?

People say after some time Viagra / Sildenafil grows tolerance and you need ever larger doses and it stops working,

Is this true or a meme?

If it is true - in which scientific studies has it proven to be true?

If it is false - why people keep saying it is true?

Don't men just age and get worse libidos in general due to testosterone reduction?
 
No there is no physical dependency on either of those medications. There can be a psychological dependence but that’s not real.
