After i completed my lm session for 30 min ..i try to sit on my bed i felt like around my penis was squeezing me .. and i almost unable to sit .. was it a good sign that i am pulling my penis hard as much i can or doing something wrong ?
In the morning before i start my first session i did erect pull as hard i can with my hand
After 30 min i started doing my first session for 30 min then i warped my penis all day .. at evening at 8;45 i start doing my 2nd session for 30 min i try to pull as hard i can .. the pain feel great.
