DLD’s 10-Minute Workout

I dont understand the importance of Ball and Ligament stretch, i've never done it and never saw in your programs. Can you @DLD explain more about that exercise.
 
F'ck, I been wasting 40-minutes of my time a day doing my current PE program. All along I could have been doing the 7 Minute Ab Workout instead.

It is the same as the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch found in the newbie routine
