Hello guys. Happy New Year :)
What results have you achieved with the DLD newbie routine ? I know DLD gained 2 inches with this routine.
Im asking because many people don't want to use devices. How much do you think is possible to gain with this routine and how much have you or your friend's gained with it ? Thank you.

I've been using it for the last month (and now with a bit of modification) and gained 1/4 inch in both lenght and girth ! Not much but I think it's a great gain for one month of PE !

I am mostly asking about guys who have done it for around 1 year. I don't think i'll need anything else since DLD gained 2 inches on this routine inside 6 months.

Most men see a quick gain using the newbie routine. Most men see about 1/2 to 1 inch gains after 6 months. You want to stay on it until you can’t make any more gains and from there you’ll need to jump into a more intense workout. After you have tapped out this routine I highly recommend going for the SRT routine next.

Thank you. My goal is to grow one and a half inches in length and 0.4 inches in girth as my starting girth is 6 inches. After two weeks my erections are way stronger. I don't know if it is possible but i went from 19 cm BPFSL to 20 cm in 2 weeks. I just want to thank you all again. Feels like a brotherhood.

Never ever question a gain! For many new people it’s not uncommon for them to make anywhere from a quarter inch to an inch gain in less than a month. These are called newbie gains. Don’t get used to them as it’s not always this easy LOL. Your goals are very very humble and I don’t see any reason why you can’t do this inside of the year. Keep rocking the newbie routine and when you find yourself no longer making gains jump into the SRT routine to finish off. We will be here with you making sure you get the job done!

It took 16 years to put it together and you were there through most of it! SRT is a combination of knowledge that not only I received that knowledge I learned from other people like yourself. It was a culmination of many ideas that worked and then reducing them down to a routine that everybody could do. I’m going to be rewriting it over the next few days to make it easier to understand and hopefully someone to help me with formatting it so it looks nice. I can’t figure out how to format on the forum, My brain just doesn’t work that way LOL

DLD, what do you think is the upper end of gains one can make on this routine ?

I really don’t see a limit in SRT because it uses equipment and exercises that can be increased over time indefinitely. All exercise in SRT, when using equipment, the intensity can always be increased. And with things like the LM there’s no way you will ever reach the maximum force that it puts out. If I were to start all over again I would start with SRT and I bet I would’ve gained everything that I have within two years.

But you may reach a plateau with the newbie routine and if that happens we do not have a choice but to switch to a more intense routine. So for now tapped out as much length and girth as you can with this routine and when you plateau simply slipped into the SRT routine

Allright. Thank you all for the comments and i'll be trying to get more than an inch in length only since you gained 2 inches then it's possible. Maybe just a little bit of girth as im jelqing 3 times a week because im starting with 6 inches of girth anyways. Thank you all again.
 
Nice starting point! Sounds like you want length. LM is the fastest way forward!

Remember to factor in rest time!
Sure but i want to gain at least inch and a half with the newbie routine before going to LM or another manual stretching
 
With that girth I wouldn’t worry too much a couple jelq sessions a week will keep you at six or a bit more. As directed best thing for length is the Lengthmaster

My plan is to take ALL the gains possible from this routine and only then going for the Lengthmaster. I want to gain 1 and a half to two inches on this routine.

You can go as long as you continue to gain. The only time to change a routine is when you plateau and gains stop. How much can you gain using the routine you’re doing now with extra work? Well I can only go by my own gains and I made a 2 inch gain in six months. This was doing the Newbie routine twice a day.

I went from 19 to a little more than 23 cm BPFSL ( havent measured BPEL because im a recovering adult entertainment addict) I started at 18.5 BPEL and went to 19.5 (after that i havent measured). But from 19 to a little more than 23 cm in BPFSL is amazing. Im almost growing weekly. What the fuck ? LOL I love you guys and i really hope i get to 23 cm (9 inches) in BPEL then i'll just cement the gains and do a maintenance routine 2/3 times a week. I started doing the routine 7 days stretching 5 days jelqing, then 7 days a week the full routine, then 7 days a week twice a day stretching, then 7 days a week 3 times a day, this month im doing it 3 times a day but im holding for 4 sets instead of 3 (which actually makes the volume of 4 times a day) i'll progress to doing it 3 times a day but for 6 sets which equals the volume of doing the stretching actually 6 times a day. LOL If i have reached my goal size of 23 cm BPEL then i'd just stretch 3 times a week to cement the gains but i'd jelq at least 3/5 times a week since i just fucking love it. I started with 6 inch girth so i dont really want to get a lot bigger, probably 6.5 at most. I just wanted to let you know guys that i fucking love you all LOL All my friends think im a crazy motherfucker btw and they are right. I am crazy and i enjoy it LOL

We love you too my brother and believe me the brotherhood loves hearing about the gains you’re making. I too am a recovering adult entertainment addict, I will come quite a ways since I started and I can tell you it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. It’s very rare that look at that stuff any longer and when I do I can’t stand myself. So welcome to the brotherhood him know that you have a friend here who can empathize and sympathize with you.

for 20 days i have grown another 0.4 CM in BPFSL LOL My BPFSL is growing like crazy im almost 23.5 right now. Now im doing the newbie routine 4 times a day i'll progress to doing it 6 times a day and i hope i would have achieved my goals by that time. DLD, Will i be able to cement those gains if after i have reached my goals i continue doing the routine 7 days a week but just once a day for 6 months and then doing it 3 times a week for another 6 months (stretching). (i will continue doing kegels every day and jelqing 3 times a week to the rest of my life.) ? Thank you guys LOL you are amazing

First of all congratulations on the amazing progress you’re making. Once you get to the goal you desire you could do a few things to cement it. You could work through to another half-inch pastor goal and then you will settle into your goal size. But the best thing to do is maintenance. Once you got to the size you desire you want to maintain that and you want to maintain your basic penile health I suggest training once or twice a week.

Thank you but my question was if im doing it 6 times a day when i reach my goal. If i start doing it just once a day for 6 months and then 3 times a day for another 6 months and for some reason i stop doing it. Will i lose my gains ? Is this enough to cement them ? (I'll still stretch once or twice a week,kegel every day and jelq at least 3 times a week) but im just asking about how to cement them so i can keep the gains forever even if stopped doing it completely

me? 4 inches length, 2 inches girth. Took me 15 years. Made my first 2 inch gain in six months and during that time I also put on 1/2 of an inch of girth.

He means that whatever exercises he did, he repeated the routine, exactly two or three times daily.

Imagine he did 1 hr jelqs, well repeat that 3 times per day. If he bundled stretched 30 min, then repeat that 3 times, and so on and so forth...

And what about the rest period?

You don't need to take long breaks, when you are not extending, your penis tries to turtle back, and that's when your penis is healing.

(You want to heal in extended state in order to gain permanent size, due to collagen fibers reorganization, hyperplasia and so on...)

He stated once, "If I took 1 day off it will be days/weeks or even longer times without me exercising/working out (P.E)"

So that's pretty much why he trained every day, "without" rests.


The more the better

Whoever says that less time under tension is more, is wrong. You can't do P.E and expect to make decent gains with 4 hours per day, and take 1/2 days off, combined with maybe 1 exercise. "All your work" will be for nothing.

Many people think that if they commit for 1 year and make 1 inch(?), is permanent, wrong. Before you take breaks, you have to cement your progress first.


  • Why do think people wear ADS, anti turtling sleeves while sleeping? Because you heal when you are not extending.

I am not taking the BS that say in other forums that if you extend today for 12h, tomorrow you have to extend for 10h because of conditioning.

That's not how stretching works. Collagen fibers doesn't understand: "Oh yesterday I was stretched and re organized for 12h, tomorrow I'll need less hours"

Everyone has to admit that @DLD is the only one that has demonstrated commitment for over 20+ years, and his exercises/methods works.

For instance, SRT, how many people made gains/are making gains using that routine? The more you do the better outcome will result

i’ve never rested, my entire program was seven days on no days off. And what I mean by doing the newbie routine three times is I did the newbie routine three times every day. After some time I added in the Lengthmaster and PowerAssist and eventually pumping and ads. I was very hard core and I wanted what I wanted when I wanted it. And what I wanted was to gain as quickly as possible. I threw all caution to the wind and became a living guinea pig for the PE movement
 
2 inches in a year and a few months on the newbie routine..just now starting into bundles, expressive and ssj..twice a day for me on the noob. Length in the morning, girth in the evening..

The newbie routine is the best workout without equipment. I’m so proud of you for putting on so much size so quickly and I look forward to you adding to that, inspiring and motivating us to reach for more.

Thank you! It was really insane going from...Man...I don't see crap happening here..to..OMG..a half inch? Real motivation right there..My advise?? Even if you don't see much early on. Keep pulling! It WILL come.. That first 3 months, I was so new, I was just learning the very basics. Simple pulls, basic jelqs. It was a good way to get the mind body connect. Once I got into the noobie routine hardcore, the length came fast.

Every time that I get myself In a plateau I go back to basics and I actually reset everything and usually come out with a gain. I write extremely intense routines for brothers and even in these cases when they reach a plateau I always say back to basics to reset everything before starting a new journey.
