Dld Needs Your Help (everyone Please Read)

As Many of you know, DLD is still in the Hospital with a Severly injured arm. Before he went in, his apartment was unfinished to the point its unlivable.

DLD will be out of the hospital this Wednesday and We Desperately need an Electrician/Plumber/HandyMan to finish off the work to get it back to a livable State.

Right Now there is No Toilet and DLD has to Shit in a Bucket. Some of his walls are unfinished because electrical wiring needs to be Finished. The house can be at near freezing tempatures on cold nights due to the unfinished walls. He has supplies handy, but just needs help.

IF ANYONE HERE is a Handy man, Electrician or Plumber (around the Western Massachusetts Area) and can donate some of your time helping a Man that Has Helped everyone out, please PM me or email admin@mattersofsize.com

DLD seems to know many people. Hell he has a pic with Biz and seems to be friends with him, has a successful website, has made huge gains. I really honestly cannot see him "shitting in a bucket" why does this man have no money? Ive seen him in pics with the bangbros people, and like i said seems to know plenty of people. Does this man have a job, put money away, etc. Mike is what 38 (ive heard not sure of age) but yet has a awful financial situation why? Does all his money go to this site? Iam not doggin the guy iam just so curious. Lately it seems as if he has been falling apart, is there drugs involved, alcohol, other issues. DLD has told us about many things in his life, his transformation, issues with Jen, and his problems. Were not questioning his personal life we just wanna know wtf is goin on with a guy. A person who puts his mind to shit and gets it done, is now in some bad shape, the people who care about him like me just wanna know whats goin on, how he got in such a bad perdictament etc etc etc. WIth all the shit he's been through and told us about this is the most serious and we just care man. I think that DLD had better listen up, if he doesn't have a good hospitalization policy. When you owe a hospital and you are a business owner and not someone's employee, then you are in a heap of trouble. They go after you with everything, and the things they take are often not even legal, but to do it, anyway.

I had an acquaintence ruined this way. Supposedly, they were not allowed to take his business and what he used to make money, but they did it anyway, and then dared him to get a lawyer and sue them for it. They took his cars, his business, froze his assets. They took his home. They sold all of his silverware and clothes. The left him penniless. This was a Florida collection. He thought that he was safe from being stripped, but you are only safe if you can afford a lawyer who will prevent it. They knew he could not afford a lawyer.

If this forum is smart, they will introduce AlphaBlade in DLD's absence and start making some money for him. That's how you help Mike. And if he's too stubborn to listen, then he might be ruined, depending on his hospitialization plan.

He can always take care of business when he returns, and increase the income, accordingly. But he has to let his moderators keep his business going in his absence, or he won't have any. That means, he has to keep his promise and introduce AlphaBlade. Unless the legal dept. of the hospital sees the income picking up and a successful website, Mike is going to ruined. And if he signs the wrong papers, then after they take him to the cleaners the first time, they might be able to go after him again, as soon as he gets something else started. Don't trust them.

damn, formysweetie. that's scary. but we don't actually know whether or not (at least i don't know and my guess is that at least most here don't know either) mike has some kind of insurance, his family will/can help him out, he stayed at the hospital very long or not, his bills will be that great he'll be overwhelmed. etc. i think he will bounce back and everything will be okay and taken care of, not out of some wishful thinking but, because i feel he is a survivor. he has said that making money is easy (i'm paraphrasing) and i believe he'll come back on top. however, it's still wise to be practical and it's good you brought what you said to attention.

To Answer your question, DLD knows all these famous people through me. Due to the Nature of the business I am in, I know many celebrity type People.

To make a Short Story Long...

Our Merchant account has put a hold on our account due to getting some donations that were a bit large. So we got Red Flagged and all the transactions as of right now are still being processed through them but they are not paying out until we close the account and wait a few months for the bank to release the money after the settlements clear.

I been in the process of trying to find another merchant that was as good as these guys (percentage and payment wise) and not a fly by night company that will close down and take your money. We have gotten burnt a few times with merchants in the past and lost some Serious money.

Penis Enlargement to Merchants is considered "High Risk" the only High risk here is if they are going to pay us. This is pretty much the Same shit Pay Pal does when the do a Limitation on your account and hold funds for Months while they ask you to dig up impossible paperwork.

On the Same Token, Pay Pal also Limited a Pay Pal account I personally have and they are holding funds up until they verify paperwork which I have already supplied.

Well anyway, Once our Merchant account Red Flagged us I found another merchant account quickly (through our broker). Our broker informed us this New Merchant account would be Fine and Do Adult stuff and we can get Donations and the amounts were fine. Well after spending 3 days transferring all the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] Members over To it, they Red Flagged us as well. They Said Penis Enlargement is Not Considered Adult and it was a High Risk Business. So they instantly closed our account and asked for tracking #s to verify we were shipping product Out. So I supplied them with Tracking #'s and now I'm waiting on them to release the few Funds we made with them during the short week we were with them.

So I converted everything back to the Previous merchant account that is Processing Orders but not paying us. I am looking hard for a merchant account thats reliable and is not going to Rape us.

So this all happened rather quickly within the same week an we obviously didn't expect it. So when one of the 3 accounts releases some funds, we will have money to reorder stuff and pay for things. That's why I said in my first post "we can greatly reimburse you in the near future for your time if needed."

Dude i love this site. I don't wanna see it go down the tubes, why they won't let u access the money people donated is so dumb. People order a product, they pay them, and then they should pay you. They control the funds, so I can't understand why there is any risk to them at all.

On the original matter of helping out DLD, I am the furthest thing imaginable from a handyman and pretty broke financially at the moment.

Hey guys, please accept my meager apologies for non-contribution, but I'm all tied up with my own battle with the VA. (Shameless plug to support your local disabled Vet !) But to piggyback onto what formysweetie suBathmateitted I'd like to remind you about pouring too much time, money and effort into a place if you don't have permits. Up there in "Taxachusetts" them damn code inspectors can be pretty fukkin' ruthless as they make you rip out all the work you've done as well as summon yer poor dumb ass to court and impose heavy fines.
I live in Virginia and I'm pretty familiar with our codes, yours will be very similar and if you want to minimize any potential trouble you may want to reference your "UNIFORM STATEWIDE BUILDING CODE" and then your local codes which derive from the State Code. Usually you have to have permits for health, (plumbing, HVAC), safety, (electrical), structural integrity, (walls, floors, ceilings) or if you're breaking the weather tight integrity of the house, (doors, windows, rooves) and, basically, whatever else your local govornment says you do. As a guy who's had his own fair share with "Code Enforcement" (Virginia Beach is absolutely FASCIST when it comes to permits) I'd hate to see you guys pour heart and soul into Mike's house and have to rip out and replace. Since paypal also receives the complaints customer make, and since Penis Enlargement is a risky market ( so many people can complain it does not work ), they do not want to have to refund many customers, at the risk of loosing money. Remeber Paypal has a 1500$ insurance when you pay with it, for about anything you buy. ( Meaning if the item isnt in good condition, broken, lost in mail )
