Yes , i believe his gains because i learned something . If you can't do or you don't have something , that doesn't mean someone else can't do it or can't have it . DLD should be respected , not only for his gains , but for this wonderful website which helped thousands of people including me .

The funny thing is that when we first started the members pay site in 2003, for an introduction, we offered a 200% refund if the program did not give you gains. We had issued 2 refunds in the first 7 years. Most of the members joined the forum to express their happiness with the gains they were achieving.

I honestly do believe him if he put in the time and effort he claims, I do believe it's possible. Many people have gained inches on a much less extreme routine as the one he says he did. His advice that is given daily and even helps guys build their own hanger so he certainly is an expert. I just wish he'd get with the times. It was cool when there were restrictions to the forums on what could be uploaded and technology sucked but he has his own forum now and technology doesn't.
