Also, where does the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] ship from if it's ordered in the USA?

If anyone saw that and typed it into google, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] would be the first hit. I had a word with them and they took off their sender information

No. It is a plain brown box from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]ULTRA MAX[/words]. It does not say [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] anywhere.

Why does the website claim it is being shipped from within the USA if I just got an email saying it was being shipped from the UK? I'm not very happy about this

Yes i ordered mine about a month and a half ago, and i ordered my friend one as well about two weeks ago and his arrived the exact same way. Comes from UPL Distribution, Brown box, but on shipping label description it did say [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in a small font. Also are you positive you ordered from BathmateUSA, because mine was shipped from illinois if i recall correctly, it should not be coming from overseas. I know the headquarters for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is in the UK but you should be getting your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] from a US based location. Just giving my experience. Also shipping was fast i ordered on a tuesday had it by friday.

IMO, It's not cool of the company to just send it off from wherever they feel like especially given the language that is stated right on the website. If the warehouse in the U.S. is having issues, they should ask BEFORE shipping to complete the order. This is how it's done at any respectable online merchant. I've also dealt with the customer service email and they do not care to address their mistake and are attempting avoiding blame. This company has some questionable practices.

I am confused, if they sent you this message how is it questionable, they told you they could not ship from the US so they were shipping from UK.

They shipped the product first. I had to inquire on my own after receiving the shipping information email as to why it was not shipping from the USA as stated on the website. That's when they told me that information about the warehouse in the USA.
