Didn't receive DVD after one month order

I m from Singapore,
I join on 19th Jun along with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] package,
until today I still not receive my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words],
I have sent many email to ask for status,
the last reply was 2 weeks ago, the email saying i ship to my billing address instead of shipping address, I ask them to confrim the shipping address again,
but since them I have not receive any reply, I have sent over 10 eamils,this is the worst service i have ever seen, does anyone know the contact number of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], so I can raise my complaint. DId anyone haev same experience?

final they reply my email, saying they upgrading their email,so can't receive email..well! I hope this is true, but the answer is just telling me that they ship to my billing address instead of shipping address < .. but after one mth, i still not receive it...sign.....

That's because those numbers listed are fake. No phone # starts with 555.

I'm sure the fake #'s are there because he doesn't want to be contacted by phone. Email or PM DLD, since that is his preferred way of communication, and I'm sure he will sort it out for you.
