I have been reading through the forums and there are some thing I couldn't quite understand. Do you now the meaning of these words?

Lol... it took me a while to figure out what “bundled stretches” meant as well. At first I thought it was the same as the newbie stretches. ?. Andysblink will greatly assist in understanding... he’s been a goid resource fir new to PE’ers...
