Dear God help!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATED: So I put all the pieces back together where the originally were and when I start to pump it FLINGS out like a rocket. PLEASE DON'T TELL ME IT'S BROKEN.................................

Sounds like a messed up valve. Simply send them a message and they will send a new valve straight away.
