Greetings brothers,

[I've just posted this in the "New to MOS" thread but DLD asked me to repost here and start a daily log, so here it goes.]

I've been lurking around the forums for a little while now and I'm amazed by the success stories that I've seen. I'm in the fortunate position of being able to work at home during this strange time and so, I've decided to start my journey. From what I've read, the struggle isn't a physical one but a psychological one; the ability to be patient and consistent with your PE routine and to tune out of our need for instant gratification.

Here are my starting stats (feel that I have a decent starting point):

NBPEL: 5.75"
BPEL: 6.5"
BPFSL: 6.75" [Edit: added a photo of measurement of the BPFSL]
EG: 4.8"
FL : 3.5"

And here are my goals:

NBPEL: 7.5"
BPEL: 8"
EG: 5.5"
FL :5"

For the last three days, I've been doing lazy ass stretches for most of the day, as well as 3 sets of 30 seconds stretches at different angles(essentially around the clock, outward and BTC). In the coming days, I'll be adding the Silistretcher and the Penimaster Pro for some active extending as well as some light hanging from Monday.

I'll be recording a new sets of measurements every month, seems like a good frequency to let gains accumulate.

9th May

My electric pump came today, so while getting used to it, I did:

3 sets of 5 minutes at around 5hg (converting as the scale is in kPa) - post-pump flaccid was pretty nice [see photos]

In between sets, did around 50 reps of basic jelq.

3+ hours of LAS


Looking forward to Monday, that's when the Silistretcher 2 arrives and I can implement some light hanging and ADS; can't wait!

P.S. Just bought the MityVac, as the current electric pump I have just didn't keep the suction and vacuum consistent, despite shaved skin and as good a seal as I could generate. Want to keep pumping though because I love that post-pump thickness. If anyone has the MityVac, any advice would be appricaited.
 
I am so pleased with you my brother and I appreciate you have done this. This will be such a huge help to you in the way of getting advice and encouragement. As you know I love your routine and I think it’s going to bring incredible gains. I wanna also compliment you on your pictures you already look quite huge.

Awesome score my brother! My biggest advice using the pump is to follow the 5×5×3 in SRT.

Glad you think that the routine's on the right track, I'm in this for the long-run. Cheers, brother; I'm really looking for that long thick flaccid hang. I've read a few posts that you've made about the flaccid being trained to hang as opposed to retracting - that makes a lot of sense to me because even in the last few days, I've noticed that it kept hung after the stretches and maintaining an ADS. I've always thought I was a grower but now with your insights on this, I think I may transition to being a shower as the gains come.

Can I ask what increases you saw in your flaccid over your long journey, brother? I'd say I'm at about 4" right now, would love to progress to a 6"+ flaccid hang.

It's an awesome piece of equipment, right? What I love is the precautious taken to stop your balls being sucked into the cylinder; it forces a good pull of the shaft from the body, as well as an excellent pump. You read my mind, man! I'm all over that SRT pump routine; definitely keeping to that.

Happy Sunday, my brothers. I hope you're all keeping safe and getting bigger.

Here's today's routine:

3 sets of 5 minutes at around 5hg
Between sets, I took DLD's SRT pumping routine for a spin and did 5 minutes of SSJs between pumping sets. They're awesome! No wonder people get huge girth gains with these. Wore a ring after pumping to keep engorged [see photo]. I've been using coconut oil to lube up before pumping and for jelqing - amazing stuff! Also leaves the skin feeling smooth and conditioned after a heavy workout.

Can't wait for the MityVac to come, the current pump I have has too big a cylinder; so even with a silicone pelvic guard, the scrotum keeps getting sucked in. Hopefully should arrive Thursday/Friday. You'll all be the first to know.

Thanks, brother, Looks to be delivering a consistent, well-targeted pump - in tandem with the Silistretcher and other manuals, the gains should hopefully come, in time.
 
Just a quick update before my log entry later today.

Just received the SiliStretcher 2 in the mail and I've got the leg strap on right now [see photo]. What a fucking stretch! Great tension, amazingly comfortable and I can just forget about it. I'm going to test it out for a week or so and then I'll give a review here and on the store too.

@DLD, @Lightning and all at the MOS store -- you've cracked it! Amazing work, everyone!

If the SS 2 is this good, I can't wait to see what the MityVac is like, later this week,

No LAS today as the SS2 came; did 3 hours of active stretching with high tension and the rest of the day as an ADS.


I decided to put pumping on hold until the MityVac comes later this week. The pump I have now just isn't fit for purpose and I'd rather just focus on length until then. The vacuum pump I have is so intent on sucking my ball up into it that, before long, I'm gonna have a third eye upon my forehead!

Thanks, brother. I'm not going to lie, imagining that flaccid hang getting there on its own one day is a real motivation.

Got some weights coming today, so going to do some hanging with some manuals and ADS. Will update the log later today.

P.S. MityVac got dispatched last night, I'm stoked as hell for that my man!
 
Update before the log today.

Quick backstory:

Before coming back to MOS, I mistakenly bought the Penimaster Pro (PMP) with the weights set before realising that the holy grail was already here on MOS -- the SiliStretcher 2. Now that the former arrived today, I thought, "Let's make lemonade with these lemons.". So, I used the weights that came with the PMP and hung them from the SS2 [see pic].

The total weight is 2.75lb/1.25kg -- pretty much spot on. Managed 3 x 20mins sets and that stretch was satisfying as fuck. Feeling those deep ligs getting stretched and eventually feeling that fatigue -- amazing. Not surprisingly, the SS2 handled it with ease.

After we discussed it yesterday I thought about it and I realized I notice it mostly on my rest days now when I don't wrap up or do any PE and the penis isn't fatigued. Dick is swinging around heavy and full. It's a good feeling. Makes you feel confident.

Thank you, brother. I'm very fortunate to have been able to save a little during this lockdown; so, I decided to invest in this journey to make more of a real commitment to it, giving myself far more to lose if I quit.

That's an interesting observation - I'll have to keep an eye out to see if my flaccid follows suit. Absolutely, brother -- just that pride of walking around with that long, heavy dick. It makes you feel so empowered. (flex) My ideal would be to have a full 6" flaccid hang; I'm at around 4" now.
