Wait until you reach the point where your penile tissues reached optimal expansion at 50%. You will be scared out of your mind that your penis suddenly grows twice as large after the session. Length Master, 30 minutes BTC-10DS (10 minutes dynamic stretches per set), with full contortion for 5 minutes per side within that 10 minutes. 10 minutes of post BTC stretching doing different angle stretches at the front using the Length Master modded second handle to mirror the PowerAssist stretches. With that unique workout using a singled modded handle, I'll be making another handle soon when I get enough materials again. Post massage for 10 minutes and into the pump I went.

I was using a 3x10x7 pumping (a modified 5x5x3 routine), where 3 minutes of dynamic pumping with upper pressure at 11inHg, 10 minutes of SSJ and 7 sets total. I tried to a have a warm down using a 30 minutes rice sock while in using a folded up penile sleeve, but my wife wants the warm down inside her instead. I still did a proper warm down for 60 minutes after our 30 minutes of fun, followed by a 3 hours elongated wrap before bed time. Since then, I reduced the amoun of pumping from 3x10x7 to 3x5x7 to meet my optimization without over expansion. Wife didn't like it too big, and I still try to max the size to go slightly past 6.5in in girth.

I'm telling you, once you feel that extreme lubed up tightness as she breathes out raggedly while riding, you don't want to go back to just tight. One of these days, I'll surprise her with a full expansion that she can't even shove in. It'll be interesting to see her reaction.

SRT to the max! I love your routine and everyone should take it under their wings. There is no better routine. My goal is to get all brothers to take a serious look at the SRT routine and get the growth they desire

Thats a beast of a routine! I need to get my routine up to a similar level!

very excited to get the mityvac now so I can do both the LM routine and the pump routine
 
Be in touch with your Body knowing when to increase intensity. Slow and steady is the way to progress in gains and to avoid injury
 
Halfway through the 3rd week now staying on track minimum 3 days a week pushing for 5-6 but was so knackered at new job so struggled a bit

Still on 1 10 minute session i want to get this up to 20 minute session soon
 
Great job. Keep at it. Get into a good preconditioning state and you'll be able to go even further each time.
