Tonight.

LM3 attached to base. Bundle express length stretches. 3x10 pulling more tension. This was probably my most effective session ever. I need to focus more on LM3 and hopefully the girth just shows up with it.

Got to 8” BPSFL measure !!! After all training New record for me.

3x5 MVAC hit 7.6 in pump. With max pressure after 3 rds. First rd is usually lowest. And it grows each round.

HUGE wins for me today.

Prob no training at all tomorrow morning to rest my tissue a bit
 
Yes The SSJ but be sure to use it in the context of SRT. This will bring you girth in the fastest way

With all this training, I presume EQ goes down with lots of training. I’ve been doing 2a days this week. Travel home to the wife on Friday.

If I want to make sure things are rested and maximized do I take a day off before to rest?

I also want it to be in the biggest state possible lol

It feels like EQ suffers after intense training. Either the tissue is just fatigued and doesn’t want to get hard etc.

Any advice. How to monitor. Etc.

Only did 1 session today.

Felt like I needed to rest a bit.

BPSFL PRE TRAINING was noticeably lower than it has been. Starting out tonight was like 7.35/7.4.
This was discouraging after being successful lately but progress isn’t linear.

3x10 min LM3. Focused on base. Bundles. Expressive stretch and downward bundle. Definitely feeling tension in ligaments when I rotate counter clockwise here.

Did some power assist in between rounds.

3x5 MVAC pump.

Got to 7.4” in final minutes of pump.
7.6 BPSFL final measurement.

May take tomorrow completely off to rest tissue. Probably needed to take today all off but didn’t, was a little over zealous and 1 session instead of too thinking that was enough.

EQ does go down when you train day in and day out. Eventually, the penile tissues will adapt to the stress load, not adopt. It will remain strong regardless of how much punishment you put them through. That will be an indicator you're not gain as fast.

Since today is late Thursday, take a full day off to allow the "maximizing" effect. You can do light jelqing to get blood flowed properly and stimulated, or perform light expansion to keep the size at maxed level. Make that lady sings and her legs shiver.

Suggestion. From now until you get freaky with the lady, keep your penile tissues warmed to provide constant blood flow, light jelqs to stimulate the nerve responses and heightened libido, and if you like, eat enriched citrulline food.

Nothing is linear. We don't use linear as a measuring tool, but progressive. Look at brother's @JustGrow logs. His growth is never linear. It's erratic. That's pretty much for all of us. You gain fast at some intervals, and some intervals feel discouraging. This is why we only measure every three to six months.
